Customer service is terrible. Website is outdated. App on iPhone is outdated. Offers arent updated, and you have to contact them to ask whether the offer youre seeing on THEIR website is still valid. emails arent responded to and ignored.

I have used Dollar Rent A Car for my last 6 months in Dubai and every interaction and experience was a pleasurable one. A big big thank you to Ms. Rose Anne Daligdig who delivers exceptional service every time! No delays and nothing is too much to ask of her. I would strongly advise everyone not to deal with this rental company who believes in flushing the money out of clients pockets. Can you imagine, every time when you call these people they will simply tell you that they have cars available starting from 400 aed per day.Trust me you don’t want to take chance getting service from dollar rental company.They can make you cry in terms of your budget , trust me .RegAbhishek

Horrible!! never never rent from them. Customer service is a joke. nobody knows whats going on and they wont help to clarify anything for you. Told us we were getting a good deal, ended up costing us more that if we rented a luxury car from another company. The first car they brought us was scratched and dented all over and smelled of smoke, even though they assured us no one had smoked in it before. The second one they gave us was a 2014 but ran like it was from the 1990s. could barely make it to 100kph and if we did get above that it would stall or shake. When we called to explain this problem them to us they told us that the car was in perfect condition and didnt have any problems. The trunk carpeting was ripped up all over the place and the jack for the spare tire was missing. The car was not acceptable for a rental car standards in anyway.DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS!!!! COMPLETE RIPOFF!!!

When I was filling the document of my 1 month rental, the employee told me mistakenly that they only offer the worst cars for monthly basis. But I didnt expect it to be worse than what I got (the car was 2013 model but full of scratches, around 65K KMs, the car keep making weird noises on the road, and the worst is that car smells like a smoking room from inside!!) I couldnt drive without opening the windows and switch of the AC and they put a sign (NO SMOKING) in the car. Well, I used very cheap and budget rental car in Dubai but never faced the above issues but I expected a quality as their prices not cheap. I wonder if theres any contact of Al Moosa Enterprises to report this.

DOLLAR RENT CAR REFERENCESCAMS, BE CAREFUL!!!I rent car on regular basis as I prefer expensive car on the weekends and cheap car during workdays.Last month I booked cheap car with Dollar.Not to mention that the car itself was in very bad technical condition, it was also full of scratches, like more than 100.When I was taking the car we had put the scratches with the employee on the car map, basically the map was just entirely covered with our notes, although employee insisted that nobody looks at it, because the cars are crap as he referred to them and nobody checks their condition.However when I was returning it one day later (I took car just for one day) a different manager suddenly showed controversial attitude, he became very irritated with the car condition and started to diligently check the scratches against the map, finally he found one scratch size of half a centimeter that was not mentioned on the map and started to demand that I had damaged the car!I called the police, but they refused to come quickly!!! I waited for 2 hours, nobody showed up.Then employee lied to me saying that if I write a report about this situation then nothing happens, , they just need a report to protect themselves.I wrote a report saying that we (me and employee) didnt put one of the tiny scratches on the car map when I was renting the car.What happened next?They charged be $400 US Dollars on spot in 10 minutes after I left the office!!!I told about this story my friends and it turned out to be that I was not along.NEVER USE THIS COMPANY SERVICES,THIS IS SCAMMMMMM!!!!!

DO NOT RENT here!The power-lighter was not working (therefore i couldnt use the GPS) and it took them 2 days to change the car. Once they managed to bring another car, they delivered one with VOMIT all over the carpet.The service is HORRIBLE, theyre personel doesnt speak fluent English and the quality standards of this company (at least in UAE) are terrible.Look somewhere else, otherwise youll end up spending most of your holiday fighting to get a decent service.

We rented a car at Dubai Airport. Dollar rent a car blocked 1500 AED and promised to release the amount after 2 weeks. Months have passed and they did not return the 1500 AED despite the numerous requests. This is not honest and is unacceptable. I do not recommend doing any transactions with this company.
