This is a review asked by my Chinese friend. Sorry to say, but this has been the worst car rental experience he ever had. Monaco managed to lock the car remotely without any notification during the period of his rental, just under their imagination of the car was not driven by same person in the contract(but my friend has never given the car to any second person).This was really annoying. And after the car was returned, Monaco is raising problems on the car which they think are made by my friend,but all rental companies inspect their car before returning!!! They are trying to finding the excuse for not returning the deposit!!!Anyway, if there was an option, my friend prefers to give minus rating to Monaco Car Rental.Thanks~

This company is a scam. Returned the car on 27th of February 2020 and they haven’t returned my deposit since then. Claiming that banks are closed, then the office is closed. Excuses after excuses.The car wasn’t clean, the steering was slightly off centered, the noise isolation was faulty, the tires were badly damaged, the paint was dented.When complaining about the state of the car the person dropping off the car said: Lots of Saudi guys rent this car so they don’t care about it.When you charge so much for such a poor quality car you should at least take care of it.Extremely bad service.DO NOT RENT A CAR WITH THEM. Worst car rental agency! Ive been waiting to collect my deposit for 3 months now. they do not answer calls when we contact them to make an appointment to collect the money. I strongly advise against them they are thieves and are not professional

The worst car rental company. They try to find many ways to deduct money from the deposit I gave, first reason they say I damaged the car they sent me picture after 50 days keeping my money with them, good that I had a video of the car on the day I received it. Even they charged me credit card fees while I paid them cash, and salik fees is just a number they put on you not real. Never rent from them they have no idea what good service means.

The worst car rental in Dubai! I rented a Kia sportage in December 2018 and my caution never came back. The car was returned in perfect condition.When i came back in Europe i send a lot of messages by whatsapp to your fake agent and i had no answers. I am a football player for a professional club in Premier League. My friend and I rented a Rolls Royce in February. We paid the rental cash and the deposit on debit card. The company has refused to give back our money. Last month they told us that they will refund us only if we give them a 5 stars review on google. Monaco car rental LLC is a scam do not rent a car with them or they will steal your money. After blackmailing me the person from Monaco car rental LLC left the conversation and blocked me so I will never get my money back.

Do NOT under any circumstances rent a car with them. They are crooks and thieves. We rented a car in February 2020. They delivered the car at the Bvlgari hotel, they were late, the car was damaged, the tyre almost had a hole. They took a deposit and never returned it. We asked them every 3 days they said: the office is closed sorry. And now then say: we will return you the money if you delete the comment and post a very good one on Google. This is blackmail. Do not rent a car with them under no circumstances. MONACO CAR RENTAL LLC is a scam.

Staff was really cooperative and never called to return the car and gave me leverage to even extend the hire for couple of hours.. delivery and pickup at my convenient time and I would like to end up saying the excellent service I could ever expect .. HIGHLY RECOMENDED*
