Worest car rental service ever!!!!I rented a car for a month, in the first day it broke down and they replaced it with different one which broke down as well in the next day, and worest the 3rd car every few day a problem with tires then with the AC which they never admit it or even tried to fix it and had to fix the headlight TWICE myself as they werent bother to send someone to take the car to the garage.

Compared to at least one other car rental company in Dubai, Fairdeal is excellent. Granted, the cars might not all be brand new, but they are serviceable and reliable in my experience. If something does go wrong, Fairdeal respond quickly and efficiently. Joy, who appears to do all the admin single-handed is fantastic - she always replies to emails and phone calls, often very quickly and always clearly and effectively. I would definitely hire from them again - crucially they always do what they say they are going to, as far as I can tell, from vehicle pick-up (or delivery) to drop-off (or collection). I experienced no hidden costs, no problems with credit cards being unreasonably debited or deposits being with-held and all the charges were clear and, happily enough, fair.

WOW! absolutely shocking service.the salesman hangs up the phone as i call them because im in meeting yet is constantly online and replying by whatsapp.2. on google it says they close at 8pm, yet salesman did not want me to come at 6:15 pm because they are closing at 6 apparently3. terrible service and mis-information, my friend asked what is the deposit, they told him 1,000, i asked about the same car they told me 1,500.4. so unprofessional and do not want your business lol, what a disgusting way to treat potential clients, i am going to rent a car regardless, i was just looking whether this company will push me to rent from them, offer me something better, well they pushed me alright.... away from their businesswill make sure not to recommend to anyone and let everyone know not to rent from here as per my experience
