Big BIG THIEF !!!! If I could put 0 star it will be with pleasure. Never rent here please if you dont want to be stolen ! He charge us one entire day for giving back the car at 18 pm instead of 14pm and of course doesnt prevent you in advance about these fees, only looking for cash cash CASH $$$Look for someone more nicer its better ! 😘

Looking for all the ways to steal you please find another rental service. Theres a thousand in dubai please never rent with this thief. Even his english is very bad you understand nothing when hes stealing from you.

Avoid at all costs, especially the person named Shawn, arbitrarily changes rules and introduces charges at whim to try and make as much money off of you. Would rather pay more and take my money somewhere else than deal with him

DISHONEST THEIVES!!!! They dont give you a receipt for money that you paid and then later claim you havent paid it. They tell one thing on the phone and then later dont do it. I rented a car from them for over 6 months and renting from them was the worst decision that I have made in my life. To get money that they claimed their business development manager Shawn showed up at my work for 3-4 hours and made claims about me to my management and badmouthed me to all the other employees that he could and tried to ruin my reputation. The cars have heaps of faults and they are really slow about replacing them. They agree to not insist on charges and then still charge them. They try to give you with extra charges, especially on their fines, even if you want to dispute them, try to give you really high excesses on their insurance and also 1 car the radio didnt work properly or even if the car is not serviced in time (by saying that you should check when it is due for service). They then filed a claim and made threats after missing an arrangement that we had made to resolve it on a particular day and then tried to get me arrested over the same claims. Like I said worst decision in my life renting a car from them and if I could give zero stars it would be a more accurate reflection of everything to do with my experiences.

Terrible customer service, charged an extra day because they couldnt collect before they closed and said they would collect first thin . Then came in the afternoon and charged for the day.
