Very bad attitude from the front disk and they charge me full day as i come late 3 hours and the guy is shouting as I’m taking the car for free i will not come back again and i will advise everyone to do the same

Very efficient when collecting the car for service. Provided another for me for just the 2 hours it took so I was able to carry on with my day. No issues and great service.

The car was part clean. The overall service was bad as they didnt inform us of ramadan timing even though we rented the car 1day before ramadan, he specifically reminded us that the returning time is 6 pm as we picked it at 6.We came back to return it at 4:30, to find that they closed at 4pm. We were then inform that we would have to drive to the Marina branch by 5:35pm otherwise we would be charged. This is total basics of sales and customer service. Most people have been informed of there ramadan timings well in advance. When calling the Marina branch with our complaint they were both rude and unhelpful.I will definitely not be recommending your company

Its really a great experience dealing with AL Emad, I used to take cars on rent since 2010 but I have never seen the honesty & professionalism like them which is a lacking part in this Industry.

Clean cars, fast service & good client handlingwould definitely recommend to others. Specially Miss Lynne was very helpful on the front counter

Vary slow, no people to help in the front desk. Unprepared and they just say sit in the waiting room while all 10 employees laugh and talk behind close doors. Before getting to their office location, i asked about the process and made sure it would be easy and fast. Yet i waited for an hour!!

Terrible staff and terrible service! If you do not want to be deceived - do not go to them! We were given a car with a flat tire and a lot of damage !!!! And as a result, we also had to pay an additional amount !!!
