BE CAREFUL AND DON T RENT FROM QUICKLEASE!! This car rental company scams all their customers!!!! You won’t get back your deposit, and most likely they will charge you extra on your cc, hoping you won’t notice.I returned back my car after 1 week, they agree that they were no damage and that I will get back my deposit after 1 month.On my next credit card billing I see that non only they didn’t give me back my deposit, they charged me an extra 750$ !!! When I called them to get an explanation they said that they realized after I gave them back the car that the inside smell cigarettes and that there was other damages they didn’t see when they did their check. They told me that if I wasn’t happy I could go to the police, they knew that I lived in the US and obviously I won’t be able to make a case against them from abroad.When I brought back the car, a few other customers were in the agency as well, all of them came to complain about deposit not received back and extra charges on their credit card. Now I understand why.

Terrible customer service. Arrange for a car to be delivered to my villa for 8pm. Never turned up. We sent a whatsapp to the guy requesting clarification the car would be delivered at 7pm. He read the message and turned his phone off. Disgraceful. The fact that they only respond to positive reviews says alot about the company.

They dont deserve even half star. The worst car rental office in dubai they will suck your credit card without your approval or notification and they will deduct from your deposit once you return the car back. They will never inform you with the following :1- If you took any fine, as they will deduct it from your card and deduct 50 dirham more for each fine.. for what 50 dirham ?2- They will calculate the 31 days / month as 30 days and charge you One more day.3-They will not inform you with the date of handing over the car and once you return it back you will surprise with the scam.Moreover they dont respect the customers.I dont recommend quick lease at all, deal with them and you will be the only loser.Really If I have a time I will call the police for them.

The worst customer service/rental car company. My car needs service (pic attached) and I have informed Quick lease three weeks ago. They asked me to contact the operation team, which I did several times, but none of them came to do the service. Today, the battery died and I cant even drive my car to work. The guy in charge of the operation team was sleeping and it took me an hour to get hold of me. He informed me that the team starts working at 10:30am and he will see when he will able to change the battery but cant do the service today!

Very Dishonest practices, beware. After repeatedly asking for clarification on unexplained invoices, I returned my rental after over a year. Still my credit card got charged for an amount way above what they claimed, all of this while they still hold my deposit. The unprofessional customer service is unreachable via all the emails they claim to be contactable at. This is going to the Police.

The worst car rental company in Dubai.Do not return calls or emails. I have been trying to return the car for 3 weeks. I have had no contact from anyone except the automated email for contact renewal.Very unprofessional stay away!!Update : after numerous unanswered calls and emails when I am trying to return the car I have now been charged for another months rental. Even after i have given them 3 weeks notice I will be returning the car.This company is an absolute scam. Stay away at all costs.

QUICKLEASE CAR RENTALS team is awesome. The customer service was great. I rented a fuel efficient car was amazed at the mileage rate that I received. The vehicle was very clean. The manager was very helpful in providing a car that he thought would fit my needs.

I called in today, hoping to get a car as the other car rental canceled my booking due their previous customer has car accident. The staff at quicklease car rentals has been excellent. They explained to me and guide me through their cars which suit my purpose. The price is fair and competitive. On average I would rent a car a couple of times a month due to work commitment. I am sure I will come back again next time. Keep up the good work.

The rental experience was pleasant. The car was delivered at the location on time. Received a different car from the one booked. Nevertheless, The car was in decent condition. Price was quite reasonable. Received the deposit refund after a month of returning the car.

Upon reaching the shop to pick care up he goes no confirmation u should get an email! How should I know that I sent u the details u needed more info message me or call me! The worst experience ever!!! Their customer service is the worst! They charge me 50aed for dropping off the car, but asked for 150aed for pickup, where is the sence in that?! So I drove it to drop it off but the location they sent wasn’t accurate and I was rounding in Al Barsha for half an hour. At the end they were searching for the smallest things “damage” to charge me extra. They found a scratch inside the tire, how would I do that?! And of course I didn’t checked inside the tire when they dropped me the car in the first place. Overall awful experience and so much stress

Very rude and unprofessional staff.Prices and cars in stock on the website have nothing to do to with the reality when speaking to sales team.I had a voucher from my work that entitled me to a 45% discount for a rental.They refused to redeem, saying this is for special cars and the best they can do is minus 30 dirhams.When i asked what about this voucher they didnt answer.When i asked who i am speaking to, the person gave me a first name (Godwin) and blocked me.

Don’t rent a car from them. Worst company with the worst customer service and experience ever.Zero sense of communication and understanding the costumer needs. One person respond your phone call, another person text you on WhatsApp, and another one deliver the car and another person at the counter in their shop, and all these people do not communicate with each other and you have to share the details 3 or 4 times and keep on repeating. I booked my car 4 days before and at the last moment, only one hour before the agreed delivery time they sent me WhatsApp that the car is not available and they didn’t provide any alternative. They ruined all my plans, and when I called the call center the person behind the phone had no idea what’s happening.

One of the most customer friendly Rent a car companies one can find in entire Dubai.. Unlike most of the other rent a car companies, Quick Lease has a 7 days working counters and have a very flexible options with very competitive prices, as less as starting AED 55 per day with no hidden clause (like minimum 3 days or 5 days rental to get competitive prices).... The company has no compromise on passenger safety as every car is cleaned and sanitized right before the delivery... Highly recommend if you are after value for money... 👌👍

Most unethical irresponsible poor service company I ever dealt with since I arrived to UAE! After they reserved for us a car few days back, they never delivered the car! Kept following up from 5.30pm until 8pm and all I got is that “we don’t have the car I cannot give you the car…” of course couldn’t find an alternative at night and our business plan for the next day was trashed….Not a manager or responsible person to talk to… very frustrating!

So far so good , stay tuned for the conclusion(Skip the intro for my experience and advice)Intro: Many of the bad reviews that Ive seen in my opinion are exaggerated. It is never easy dealing with a car rental company, just as its not easy to be a car rental company! If you break the law ,you cant say: I didnt meant to break it ! I didnt know this law even exists !Bottom line, before you rent a car, do your research, know your rights and your obligations. end of IntroQUICKLEASE adds will pop up as soon as you search for a rental in Dubai or UAE. I communicated with them via WhatsApp, they where professional and responded quickly, gave me a great monthly deal, and brought the car to my office building , a brand new car ! I sent them all the paperwork through WhatsApp, and it only took 10 minutes to finish the formalities.My first advise is this : when you pick up a rental, take a 360 video of the car inside and out , while doing so , say the name of the company , the date , the duration of the contract , if you notice any scratches, show them to the employee, have them on video , check the tank , ask if there are any special restrictions or rules that you might not know of in Dubai , ask about salik charges and how will they update you about them , ask about when the deposit will be returned after you give them the car back , and have all that on Video !The first thing I noticed , is that the Fuel tank is empty, I have not discussed this matter with them , so I informed the employee that I will give them the car back with an empty fuel tank just as I received it , I also informed the guy who I was whatsaaping , and he said the Mr. Maroof ( The boss) is the one to be informed . So I asked for his number and informed him . He was so polite and regretful about it , and he immediately apologized for the inconvenience, and promised to compensate me.The next day , I heard a squeaking noise coming from the breaks ,I informed them , and they immediately replaced the care with an identical new one ! with another empty tank :)Once again, the boss told me to send him the receipt when I fill up and he will compensate me ( The one I returned I had filled up ! )I am not upset about this , sometimes when things are busy and they are renting out tens of cars everyday it gets hectic. As long they are willing to cooperate and they have good intentions, all is well.Final advice, download the official RTA app and check your car weekly for any traffic tickets , call them to check for you any Salik charges , so that you can pay them without late payment penalties. How do I know all of this ? By asking people who have the experience ! Always ask for advice from anyone you know.Stay tuned for when I return the car review, if all goes well, and I get my deposit back within a reasonable time frame , I will change the rating to 5 stars.The only reason I didnt give them 5 now is the fuel tank issue .Stay tuned !

Worst car rental Ive dealt with so far. daily rates are attractive but lots of weird extra charges even before you return the car. when you find out, their explanation is system error, sorry for the inconvenience, We will refund the money once you return the car. After I have returned the car flawless, I had to wait a month to get half of my deposit and overcharge and waiting to get the issue settled.

Best service from the team in counter, Each and everything was explained to me while renting the car, including the exact time of security deposit and excess amount in case of any accident and about the full insurance also. Which I took it and dont regret at all, as it lets me drive with a safety shield.The agent in front desk named Rohit clearly told me the refund would be processed 30 days from their side, which is fair enough as I received the deposit in 34 days as it took 4 days from my bank as its international card. Also I was new Dubai I didnt know how to put parking or about any fines. I got 2 fines also got the proof of fine was given to me during returning the car. So fair enough, as I thought first it was some hidden charges but when I asked for proof quick lease team gave it to me and explained it.Would rent again when I m back in Dubai . Thank you

They charge you for salik fines when they should have a full account, not drivers fault they didnt top up. They also lock your car if 2day late paying so you are stranded . No calls no follow up just click and block your car. Very bad customer service

Regret choosing this company!They always charge random stuff without your authorization or at least a warning.They take forever to give your deposit back.The cars are in a very poor condition and then they want you to pay for the repairs.I even had to deal with the pick up, they were 3 hours late.Overall a very bad experience!**UPDATE**Returned the car May 30th, it’s July 9th and haven’t got back my deposit yet.** UPDATE**31st August, 2021Been in contact with Roy (Accounts), he stopped replying for weeks and apparently we went on an emergency leave and none cant do his job.I also got in contact with Ahmed (Legal), attaching screenshots of his clueless idea of how to manage a client situation.Last person Im in contact with Amish (Accounts) he said he will update me and hes just avoiding my messages and calls.NO DEPOSIT BACK YET!

When I went to the desk to collect it at Al barsha where their office is I was not even greeted and I was treated like some kind of inconvenience by the person who was at the front desk. WORST RENT A CAR EVER! Please read full!Got reply on 20 September 2021 after almost 6 months aprox. An absolute lie from the owner. He knows who I am clearly. Even I have received a call from their representative. Don’t ever use this rent a car. There are so many other good options in Dubai.New Updates:I have finally received my deposit after false deduction from Quick lease. As mentioned below I had received a call from Mr. Zubair who assured me that only one day pending rent will be deducted but they deducted extra 129AED. Mr. Zubair told also me that when he was on the leaves everything was messed up and now he will look after these issues.I will request all the people to avoid using this fraudulent rent a car with zero integrity.Updates on my below review 24 March 2021:I had received a call from Mr. Rehan that he will go to legal concerns and will complain about me. Then I received a call from Mr. Zubair who was apologizing a lot for my worst experience and he assured me that I will receive my refund without any false deduction in a day but still I am waiting for it. I am not sure when they will refund my deposit although it’s almost 37 days after I returned there car.Last Review on 22 March 2021:It was the worst experience with Quick lease. Their staff is a complete fraud. I have used their 2 cars and they tried their best to deduct wrong amount every time. Mr. Rehan is the branch manager who is absolutely a liar and unprofessional person. They don’t know customer dealing.It’s been 35 days and I have not received my refund of security deposit yet although it is clearly mentioned in a contract that it will be refund. Upon asking the breakup of my refund amount from accounts department I came to know that they are deducting 50AED for removing the quick lease sticker from the car. I haven’t removed it in-fact their own staff did it.Every time I went to their al Barsha branch you can see people shouting on them. TO YOUR RESPONSE: We were told changing the windscreen was going to cost 2000, so you are incorrect by saying you helped us by covering 1000. Also, please send me a photo of the chip as requested. And you told us we had insurance but conveniently left out that windshield protection wasnt included.Ok so we rented a Peugeot 2008 at the beginning of the year. We needed a car for the 6 months we were in Dubai. Quicklease seemed like a good option but we were slightly concerned by several reviews claiming it was a scam operation. But the price was good so we felt if we did everything by the book there would be no issues, especially being in Dubai where laws are quite strict and we didn’t think actual scams could exist. We rented the car and were told insurance is included. However it turns out windshield protection cover isn’t (we were never told this and would have of course taken it as that is always the biggest risk). At the time of taking the car they were very relaxed with identifying ‘the marks’. We filmed the car ourselves just in case.So we returned the car after 6 months in perfect condition. Knowing the risks we looked after the car so carefully. This is when it got crazy. They literally scanned the car with a microscope and marked down every tiny little spec. We watched the video and most of them were on there before. But that’s all irrelevant. They got us with the windscreen. There was a tiny dot on it, literally miniscule - I wish you could see what I mean, like nothing. I would post a photo but sadly we didn’t take one, (at the time they took one and said they would send it to us but we haven’t received anything of course). They used that to say the windshield needed to be changed and we had to pay for it. If we wanted to claim insurance we would need to get a police report (this is apparently normal in dubai). We were flying in a few hours so we couldnt go to the police. The whole thing was ridiculous, they aren’t going to change the windscreen 10000% but I ended up paying 2000 Dirhams. Unbelievable. You had to be there because you can see it play out in context. It’s done very skilfully to put you in a corner. They were looking for anything to get us. All the reviews you read about this company being a scam and their approach to cheating you are true. It’s done in that legal misinformation grey zone where you get caught out by the fine print. Maybe that’s why they get away with it; you are left with a sort of ‘what could we have done’ feeling. We wouldn’t have paid but we were flying out and were nervous of them saying we owe money which is quite serious in Dubai - we didn’t want issues at the airport . I’m working towards a full investigation when I have time. Already contacted my lawyer and will file a report to the commerce department in Dubai. The bulk of their money is made from this approach - clearly many people affected by this as per the other reviews. The 5 star reviews are clearly fake. This is a very dishonest, immoral operation. It will come around for all of them, Karma can be a b****.

Be careful they will hold your security deposit money and will make you run pillar to post. its been three months now I returned the car but they are still holding my security deposit. Beware!!! this company is a one heap of scammers! we rented a car last May 24 and returned it May 26 the agent told my husband to better fill up the gas as they will charge 45aed if its not returned on the same gas range. as my husband was on his way back to the car rental office after gas up. the car broke down amd my husband was able to manuever it on the side of the road. yesterday June 06. they ilegally charge us 5,000 AED without any emails, calls or notifications! on our way to the police station and went to consumers right to file a complaint. def. thieves in a broad daylight! after reading all the reviews they have been doing this for a long time i cant believe they are still operating!My answer to your response: We did not inform??? how come we did not inform? 1 of your maintenance team was the one who took the car on the side of the road in Al barsha and brought the battery for replacement. my husband went with him back to your office using the same car we rented. which means the car is fully functioning after battery replacement. and thats the time the agent asked to take photo of our debit card front and back. my husband was so naive. were about to return the car. my husband just went to the gasoline station few kilometers from your office when it broke down. 5,000 charge for 2 days rent? and the email they said that they sent to us June 1 informing us of the charge is fraudulent. they just type ( edited) the whole thing to make it look like they sent it on June 1. when in fact the email was never sent at all. Very bad service, when u return the car they will find any reason to charge u additional to what u paid. I asked them not to automatic renew my monthly contract and to check with me before renewal. But again they deduct money from account without asking me. When I return the car they said they will pay me my monrley back in 1 month apart from the deposit. And they found stupid reason to charge me 150 additional. They wanted 520 at the beginning. I dont reccomende it to anyone.

One of the worst car rental company. Name is quike lease but the serives is very slow. And u will not get ur deposit backon time, there customers service is very poor they are very rude on whatsapp, i was texting them for my deposit back they were not replying, then after 24 hours i get reply that call on another number And that another number took 2 3 days to transfer my deposit back.Never recommended. I took a small car for 2 days. I took detailed video and photos before signing the contract.All went well until I returned the car.The total cost of the car was around 150-200aed and they wanted to charge me 400aed for a pre existent small scratch.I insisted and refused to pay and I showed them the videos I took before to get the car.After 30 minutes of discussion they agreed with me. The personnel is very rude when you return the car.I will not recommend this company. Thanks.

4 stars at the moment due to mixed feelings of this car rental. Emergency and recovery team is amazing and friendly. I highly recommend Suniel as a point of contact as he is caring and friendly. He always called to make sure I am okay. Great guy!However the random charges being charged also worries me and some other members of staff dont seem to be very pleasant.

Dear guys,Please be careful when negotiating rentals online with this company.I will share my experience with them:I asked for a car with comprehensive insurance and the online agent gave me a rate/day for a car with comprehensive insurance. But when I reached their office near mall of emirates the customer executive told me that comprehensive insurance means basic insurance only. Which was really shocking to me.I was having offers from other rentals too like al emad, and al ward but since I had already spend money to reach quicklease so I didnt had an option except taking additional insurance for AED184.So guys if you wana take car from them please ask for 100% insurance coverage instead of using the word comprehensive Thanks

Worst car rental company ive dealt with. First, when the car had an issue, they expected me to take it to their garage, which is very unusual for a car rental company. 2nd, their 30 days deposit return is policy is a scam. They avoid talking to you and make false promises. Im ony 39th day waiting. 3rd, accounts guy a bit rude and sarcastic after making me wait for 5 minutes on the phone, which is why i just lost it and made sure he understood he has a job to do. This company dont even deserve this one star.

I have had some different experiences in Quick Lease. Some have been good and some have been bad. But since meeting Mr Zuber it has been a very good experience. He quickly arranged a replacement car for us as ours went to be serviced and he was very helpful from start to finish. He has helped me a lot recently. Thank you Mr Zuber for being so helpful.

Be very careful, its a scam he attracts you with low prices to better steal you, they have me signed a paper for a misleading reason then they modified my contract to cover themselves to the police, they owe me money and refuse to refund, you charge your card without reason, and Im not even talking about the refund of your deposit!!!

I do not understand why they are still open and nobody is checking their activities from the authorities?The worst service for Dubai, they should all go to jail. They took 1000 security deposit and from that they deducted for un existing charges, for small scratch 150 AED, then for every over 100km they charge 50 AED.Better use taxi instead of taking car from them.

I was stuck with my kids airport because another rental company told me they had a car for me and after making me wait for almost 2 hours told me they didnt have a car available, a wonderful QUICKLEASE CAR RENTALS representative heard my daughter crying and offered us a car rental, we were out of there within 5 minutes. I rented a peugeot 208 yesterday and it turned out to be a faulty car.So I called up the number which the sales team gave me and I ended up speaking to Sunil.To my surprise, he was very polite and helpful. Excellent service by the whole team! Specially staff in the front mr rohit . Went in for a car mr rohit personally showed me all the cars and provided me all the necessary details ! Provided me the best deal and the best part is no waiting time within 15 mins of giving my documents the car was ready ! Kudos to operation team also my car was serviced and returned within a day ! My experience with this company was terrible. From lack of information given to me considering that I am a first time customer and new to the country, to bad customer service and speaking to me in a rude manner, to making me wait outside till some paperwork is done in their parking and having to deal with low mannered team.It had been a nightmare and would never recommend this company to anybody.One example is when I rented the car, they have not informed of any traffic rules neither of any additional charges incurred in case of payments to RTA nor the option of upgrading the insurance package. I had to discover all by myself. Another example was when o was returning the car, the sales representative told every time you rent a car you damage it. It means you are a bad driver. I was astonished by this and decided to share my awful experience with them.

Be careful renting the car at this company!I have left my card details at the front desk. Next day I got 5 unknown charges and my card got blocked.After returning the car I was charged for a full tank of petrol, even though I received the car with 1/4 tank. I went to the office and got confirmation and was promised to get my money back. No apologies and no refund since.After reading other people’s reviews I’m just grateful I didn’t have any other extra charges....

This is the worst car rental company! Do not rent from them!I rented a car from them last year and I have still not received my security deposit of AED 1000, they lie and say they have transferred through western union and you find out they never filled in your details with WU so how the hell are they going to transfer anything? On top of that, when I rented my car they delivered the car late, they falsely accused of scratches made on car when there was clearly no additional scratch and reduced that amount from security deposit (which I never got back).

The Car rental Company is good, but Salesman is not keeping there promise, The Salesman (I dont want to name in public) promised me 1 day extra rental, since car was not delivered to me on time. But when I received my deposit they deducted 2 days from my rental. I tried calling the sales guy he is not responding.I request management to take note of this & provide me my refund, otherwise I will have to visit your office and raise the issue, as its my legitimate claim and would not let it go.My suggestion you have a redressal forum in your company who will solve customer issues because otherwise sales people will bring bad name to your company

I had a very pleasant experience right from leasing start date till deposit refund date. The vehicles are well maintained and rentals are reasonable. All transactions, records are transparent and well organized. I m happy customer and will chose Quicklease when ever necessity arises. They need to reduce the time frame for refund of security deposit which is absurd.
