We used this rental company while in Dubai. We rented the G- Wagon. It was clean crisp and luxurious. I will recommend to any of my friends that come to Dubai.

Booked with my family over the weekend. It was 8 of us. So we booked two different cars. They were on time and pleasant to work with.

Worst company ever fraudulent trying to cheat you in ajman branch contact was sterling then found all receipts from another name different numbers and apperently they are all one company cheating in every possible way in ajman branch many people working there u dont know who to claim Ur deposit from they dont believe in receipt that they gave to customers and he literally told me that he doesnt care about me and that he can get other customers ajman Branch be careful guys old Toyota Yaris was charged 42aed a day for 18 days within a whole month of rent for 46aed a day with a receipt and all then at the end they tried to deduct from deposit saying that the person who gave me discount should have done that !

The reviews on this company are obviously fake reviews. We went to collect a car with a model agreed upon. When we arrived they tried to give us a car that is 5 years older. Also the cars they had were super dirty with food crumbs, cigarette ashes and all sorts of trash in the car. Absolutely stay away from them, will report them to consumer protection.

DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL COMPANY EVER!! Forget any images they show you!Shocking, unprofessional! From sending you a picture of one car and sending a dirty one to not processing your deposit and trying to rob you of your hard earned money!!!

This place is a scam. They will switch up the cars for you, hide fees, underplay the damages on the car before giving it to you. Shady avoidant staff. Very poor service, waste of time.

Great team! Hats off to the management who managed to book my car even after I cancelled it. Service and the car both are perfect!

The car rental process was not bad. Excepting that their driver was late for 15 minutes for airport drop off (by the way which is surcharged 150AED). He just lied about traffic but I drove the same road 15 minutes before and the highways were absolutely clear. Anyway, it wasnt a big issue. From other hand there were fast communication through WhatsApp, smooth delivery to the hotel and the car by itself was new and clean.The big problem began after 21 days regarding deposit refund of 2000AED. By their terms they return deposit after 21 days through Western Union. Not a usual way for a rental company in our days isnt it. They gave me a contact of their colleague who is responsible for deposit refunds.October 9th (after 24 days)Ive wrote her a message and she replied me with the customer statement of Account. I supposed that tollway charge is too much a little and asked her to provide me a statement from the road company. She responded that she will send me a report with no specifying when she is going to do so.October 10thI remind her - no reply.October 11th (Friday)She replied that she will send me the report tomorrow.October 12thNo message from her.October 14thOn Mondays Dubais evening she replied me with the tollway statement. They overcharged me a little as much as 17 AED. Not so much but what for?I asked her to send deposit minus tollways to my foreign AED account which is opened in UK bank. She said that Western Union is easy for them but after communication she agreed to pay to the bank account.October 16thI still have no money on my account and contact her with message Hello, could you confirm that money transfer has been executed?She replied with No feeling well again. apologies.October 22Me: Where is my 1932 AED?She: Hello sir, should we do Western Union?Me: Miss Sarah, I absolutely dont understand that kind of approach from the car rental company. If in one massage you tell me “ok ok“, and after a week starting discuss the same thing again I find this unprofessional. Why should I spend a lot of time to remind you about myself and to discuss the same things a lot of times? Are you professional or not?in 2 hours she back with some photo of PAPER ORDER!!! where I see1. 1915AED instead of 1932AED (after all agreements she counted tollway as 85AED again instead of 68AED)2. AED converted to GBP (British pounds). What for this double conversion if my account in AED?3. Exchange rate of AED/GBP was awful.I mentioned her unprofessional approach and asked me to send money by Western Union. And... it was my mistakeOctober 23She asked me country, currency name, my name and address. The information she already had. So, she executed WU transfer and the exchange rate as I supposed was more worse than ever.Bottom line:14 days of stupid communication with unprofessional. Regular attempts to remind about myself. Stupid repeated questions from her What bank? What currency name? What country? when she had full information from the very first day. I just copied/pasted every time she repeated that.I received here ~1640AED because of exchange rate and Western Union fee instead of 1932AED. (80USD difference)If you are local in Dubai may be they will fit to you. But if you are tourist in UAE, its much better to choose some major rental company with smooth business processes. At the end it will be cheaper in money and in time as well.
