I try to deal with international companies when renting to avoid the culture of rental companies trying to rip you off on every occasion(scratches, time of delivery, delay of returning the insurance deposit).This is an international company with the soul of a local one. The representative called my saying that a 1 min delay in returning the car than the time mentioned in the contract is an automatic full day charge. Did not budge till I escalated through their hotline.The extra star is for the cleanliness of the car.

Worst company ever and they never return the deposit to any one and they randomly deducted from my card especially the customer service in marina mall are the very unprofessional and so aggressive

Weak weak services, the car stopped in the middle of the road without reason, when I called to ask for assistance , someone named Nuhaimi told me 5 minute the will call me back, I didn’t get any call back for more than 30 minute and when I tried to call no one answer.. finally when someone call me back he was coming from Sharjah !!! 30 minute moreSo more than 1 hour car stopped in the middle of the road, no AC with 40 degrees temperatures and the guy told you sir, why are you angry!!! Avoids this company

Its a very good attempt to make the process of car booking for self drive easier. The booking process is really simple here and you dont need to be very tech-savvy or highly aware to do the same. The staffs are also helpful and well behaved.

I rented a vehicle on April 13th for supposedly a week, but was terminated from my job and had to return the vehicle on April 15th (2 days later)... These guys lied to me and stole my money as they have not emailed me a refund receipt, nor have they followed through in customer service nor have they responded the website contact us customer care website message wrote to them in regards to my refund. It is not July 18th!!!! Yes July 18th and still no refund nor news from these crooks. Return my 345 USD!! Do not rent from these guys as they will steal from you!!
