The company was very professional and understanding of my needs. I got confused by the terminals and they were patient with me. Deposit can be paid by card or cash, although I recommend paying by card. The car was great but needed service so they took it and provided a replacement car and a free big car for airport drop off. However, the deposit refund took a while but they were on it and transparent with me. Despite that, everything was great and value was on point.

Worst experience I ever had with a car rental. I rented a Porsche Macan for 7 days but ended up with a Mercedes which got changed 2 days later for a Range Rover. I finally decided to stop the service as the owner recognized he could not rent me the car I had chosen and paid for more than a month ago.I spent hours on the phone with them which definitely wasnt needed for a 1 week break.Worst thing is im still missing some money from the deposit which they refuse to send me back for absolutely no reason.Do not get tempted by the somewhat attractive prices, it comes for a reason. Better to avoid as best as possible.

However, you will not be charged to clean the car just because it was dusty outside like some other rental companies.

This company its a scam.They charge for Cleaning and for extra hoursafter they agreed for no extra charges for couple of hours. and the stuff talking to you like you owns them.Stay away from this company!!!

Used this service again, the company provided the car quickly and dealt with all the little details. In fact Adeel Brother was super helpful in making sure I was paying the correct amount for the vehicle I rented, when I had made a error where I would have paid more. He quickly pointed this out and refunded the difference.

I rented an SUV from Silverstone for a few days and the service was great! The car was dropped and picked up at the agreed upon times and the vehicle was nice and clean.

Despite our horrible experience to other rental company and the reluctance to hire another car bcos we were terrified but when Silverstone Car Rental Team showed fairness deal and made our 1 week rental a smooth experience with the good customer service they offered and the professionalism they gave to us. Visiting from Canada, I had decided renting a car would be the most efficient way to get around Dubai and Silverstone Car Rental was the perfect place to do so. The staff was super professional and polite, providing me with the car of my choice, a Bentley Continental GT, on the same day I called. I received it in great quality and am very pleased with their services given the extremely reasonable prices offered. Highly recommend!

The worst after sales service ever. The car was not in a mint condition too . The car smelled of cigarettes . Someone named Amer is so rude . They do not refund you your deposit unless you nag and remind them every day . Your credit card deposit is not kept blocked, they withdraw the money to their account . They promised to refund the deposit in 2/3 weeks maximum. A month past i gave the car back without any faults and after alot of calls and messages and listening to insults from Amer i got my money back today . Bank transactions are not blocked during Corona. I live in dubai and they gave me that reason . Do not rent a car from them . It will be a mistake. And i honestly also believe all the 5 star reviews here are fake.

Ive recently dedicated my time into traveling as much as i can this year and my experiences with car rentals havent been very good at all until recently when i travelled to Dubai and came across Silverstone Rent a Car.I wanted to move around the city with style and comfort and I have never been more happy with the service, price, and car availability that this car rental had. I rented a Mercedes C300, and the conditions of the vehicle when it was given to me were excellent!Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the UAE thats looking for a modern way to roam the city safely and comfortably.

To avoid a bad experience, A not serious company never respects the agreed time.The cars were damaged, they returned the deposit with Western Union so as not to pay any fees in the end $ 150 less on my deposit.
