Management has changed and it’s worse now, don’t ever try to rent a car from them. This is what happened with me.I have rented a car for 14 months with them and i am paying them monthly regularly without any pending or delays.Last week a new manager called me 10:30 pm and told me he wants to take my car for 3 days and do some fixing and renew mulkiya and he doesn’t want to give me replacement for these 3 days. I told him to wait till next day morning so that i can arrange another car rental, but surprisingly he refused and he wanted to take the car at 10:30 pm. Sure i refused and told him to wait till next day morning. He took it personally and tried to threaten. And at the end he managed to find my location, sneaked to my building parking, loses air from 2 tires, removed a tire from my car and took it him (as showing on building cctv check attached photos)I know this is unbelievable but this is how they deal with their customers now.

I have returned the car on 15th June. As per agreed, Olympic promised to return the deposit of 1500 dhs by bank transfer after 30 days. I have been following up on daily basis or every two-three days. On 13th July, they told me they will transfer the amount after EID. I am fine with that. But after EID, I have been following up but they still didnt return the deposit by bank transfer. Reason is that they have many payments with bank by month end.Every company, each household and every person has their life difficulty. Olympics payment with bank should not be the reason for delaying their commitment to me. I try to be understanding but it has been also 1.5 month. I have to send message daily. That bothers staff and whats worse, that bothers myself, too.I must say, things were pretty fine until this moment.

Very poor services. Cars and promotion deals on their websites are virtual only, they are never available in real world. Once book online with deal, they will approach you that car is not available and show you an alternative car which will be dirty, with bad engine and quote higher price. Though behavior of staff is good but I wont recommend this car rental service.

Not recomended. all management change also all staff new. now they not have respect to customer. almost 2 years my company always rent from them. before they moving the office from hor al anz to oud metha .after staff change, the staff now dont know how to care royal customer they talk also to much grumpy. sorry for bad english just want to share ..have nice day all
