Not worth it. Took more than 2 months to return my deposit. Had to call 100 times to get back my money. Even after all this only 80% of the money was returned. Dont fall for cheap scammers like them. And the office location mentioned does not exist. its fake.

I have taken a Nissan Versa car from Car4Sure (aka City Adventures Rent A Car). I fell into their trap after seeing the facebook ads. I had taken the car on 29th October 2020 and returned the car on 31st October 2020. The deposit money of AED 1,000 is still with them. They are the inventors of excuses. They blame the governments, muncipalities, RTA, etc for delay in refund. In fact, they blame(d) the customer also for delay in refunding deposit. They stopped answering my calls. It is 29th of January 2021 now. They have not returned my deposit after nearly 3 months. I have lodged a complaint to Dubai Economic Department Consumer Rights. Hopefully, the government will take appropriate action on this fraud company and bad people. See the attached photos which have the telephone numbers same for both fraud companies. Theyre just using two different company names to trick the customers. If you need peace of mind and your deposit money back in time, please stay away from these fraud companies.
