Good service

Awful. There was a complete breakdown in communication between corporate/call center and the branch. Despite 2 follow up calls for confirmation, upon arrival we found the car was not ready and would not be for another 3 hours at minimum. The employee at the branch was rude and blasé about it, and took utterly no responsibility. I can understand that it was perhaps not his error initially but as the customer facing point person, he should be better trained to at least not act like the matter had nothing to do with him at all.I used to rent a car weekly to drive to Abu Dhabi and have never had such an issue. I would suggest avoiding this branch/company if there are any other options open to you.Edit: Updated to 2 star because the employee suddenly became much more helpful after we waited 30 min for a car to be brought over from the airport. He realized there was a car currently available (though not the class we booked) and we decided to go with it instead of waiting around more for the other car to arrive.
