Getting the car was easy, Kiran in the rental department was fantastic, easy to talk to, and if I ever needed anything it was done very quickly. I rented a car with them for over a year and a half with no issues.Its now been 2 months since I handed the rental car back, and my deposit is under process. Every time I call or WhatsApp I get no response.such a shame as it was a great experience with the company until this.

I have been renting a car with Mazda Galadari for 3 years. It has been a convenient and amazing service during this entire time. The customer service provided by Mr Kiran Raj has been exceptional. Especially during Covid Times and the restrictions and limitations that were in place. I highly recommend renting with Mazda Galadari, for a comfortable monthly installment they look after all the other requirements for you.

Worst customer service experience ever. New Mazda CX3 broke down 3 times in the past month. Let me sit in 46 degree heat for 3 hours and then send someone to help me.Second time 2 weeks later the car broke down in a busy street again in 45 degree and a child at the back heat and telling me they are trying to reboot the system. This carried on for almost 2 hours. I then got a pickup truck to take the loan car to Mazda. I even had to pay for it as they didnt want to pay.Again this week the car just cut out in the middle of the road. 3 days at repair shop and No reply from the customer service team on the when I call for any update.Dont wast your time to get a Mazda CX3 in Dubai. The service one get is really poor and endangering ones life to make you wait in the middle of Hessa Street in summer so they are rebooting the system and let you pay from your pocket for their car that broke down is really terrible. Very unhappy.

This establishment has been amazing for the 5+ years I have been renting from them. The professionalism is to be admired and Kiran the agent has been the most accommodating and is a phenomenal person to deal with. Every interaction has been met with a smile and an attitdude to want to help in anyway possible. I have recommended many friends and colleagues over the years to Galadari and Mr.Kiran and he has treated them with the same respect and courtesy he has extended to me for being a long time customer. I used this car hire company from Jan 17 till end of April 17, now back in the UK the company has taken money from my bank account in June with out my authority. DO NOT use this company, they will rip you off while you are in the UAE and they will do it when you leave the county as well.

STAY AWAY!!!!! used this company for a car from July 2015 to September 2015.... I am now back in the UK and this company is still charging my credit card with fraudulent charges. Luckily by bank HSBC have confirmed the company is acting fraudulently and has refunded me the money and cancelled my card. When I called the company to question them all I got was threats that they will have me banned from Dubai and every airport in the world. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO!!!
