They always bring many reasons for you not to pay in cards (the machine is broken).- make the deposit as minimum as possible as a big chance you willnot get it back.-Don’t believe anything their CEO says.Worst experience ever. Complete and utter scam! Double charged my card for rental and deposit still not returned. Has promised a refund for over 2 months and now I must go to the bank to dispute the transaction. Rented a beautiful Lamborghini Huracán with ease. The process was very quick and the staff were friendly and patiently answered all my questions. They also have the best prices and a variety of cars to choose from. My deposit was also given back to me on time. Definitely recommend and will go again!! :D

I visit Dubai frequently and have used many other rental companies but have now found one I will stick with. Everything with Be VIP Rent a Car was very easy. It was simple to pick from a wide variety of cars on their website. When we flew in to the airport it was easy to spot the Be VIP Rent a Car representative who was waiting for us outside of baggage claim. The Rep was holding a Be VIP Rent a Car sign, friendly, and knew our names. He full explained the car rental contract and we did a good walk around the car inspecting any damages. The car drop-off went smooth. It was kind of strange leaving the car in the drop-off parking lot without meeting anybody to re-inspect the car. I would 100% recommend to anyone I know visiting Dubai to use Be VIP Rent a Car, Friendly, and a Great Value.

My experience was good. He was really friendly till I couldnt get my deposit. Normally, I should have it one week later from my rent as they said.I got my deposit back 8 months later...Whenever I wrote him he replied regularly but every time I couldnt get. I listened so many excuses.There were so many Sorry speeches but not Deposit.It is really bad thing that he is sharing photos in his instagram with luxury cars photos but you are waiting your deposit.To believe someone shouldt give bad feelings like this.I also opened 3 tickets to Dubai Police but every time my tickets closed. I really didnt understand why they closed.I hope he will not behave like same to not pay back deposits.Rental cost is yours not peoples deposits....Be a real human. I rented from Be VIP for the 2 weeks I was in Dubai. Great experience.They delivered the car to my hotel for no charge. (I did tip the guy $20 because he made it so convenient.) There was a cooler in the car; no charge.My girlfriend was allowed to also drive at no extra charge. When we returned the car, they drove us to the hotel and dropped us off; once again, no charge.If I go back to Dubai, Be VIP Rent a Car is who I will use again.[also left similar comments on our Facebook page and TripAdvisor]

I rented a car with Be VIP Rent a Car 3 months ago. At the time of the rental I was charged additional 10,000 AED as a security deposit. The car was ok and I safely returned it to the company. Since then, Ive made countless attempts with Mohammed Kamali, the CEO, for the return of my security deposit. Despite numerous promises he has failed to return my money. I am still hopeful that he will do so. In the meantime, please be careful if you plan on renting a car with them and make sure you take care of the security deposit issue.Update 2020: in case anyone is interested in, I am still trying to get my security deposit back and have not been successful despite many promises from Mr. Mohammed Kamali.
