Service was good. Received almost a new car with fresh smell of a new car. The only downside was that the travel from terminal 3 to 1 was far and had to take a taxi. Next time i’ll book from terminal 3

Wouldnt rent from here, terminal 3 and terminal 1 are way better than terminal 2 in terms of car rental. This company is not cheap, the cars are ok not the best not the worst. Waited for over an hour to get the car, and one thing I really hate is the fact that they hold such a large amount of money for 2 weeks.

Horrible Experience. To pick up the car there was only one salesman available and had to wait in line for close to an hour.They have a secret AED50 airport charge which is not mentioned anywhere while booking the car.Please KEEP IN MIND: They place a hold on your credit card for a full month of AED1000 (even though i rented the car for 24 hours!). This hold has nothing to do with your bank. They actually just keep a authorization hold on your credit card for that long and after several emails of me asking them why are they doing that, they FAIL to provide any valid reasoning for doing so. Will make sure i never rent from them again.

Dont ever book directly with this bransh (terminal 2)They will charge you wrongly, those who have time to call them back will get their money, others will be ripped offI hope this is not their strategy, they even falsely marke my fuel guage empty (asking for extra 115) , until I prove it wrong!!!

Csr rental but service is not good here. Sales staff is not adequately trained to handle customers.

Ok company, they arent cheap and they dont have the best cars for the price you are paying. And they hold the deposit even after you return the car.

The Honda Accord was rented through the rental car website from the Thrusty company, and upon arrival they handed me a Passat 😧 and said that the Honda was not available - the system of neglect I did not like and I canceled the reservation from them. Their system puts you in front of the fait accompli because you are coming from a travel trip and the owner of creation discusses, takes and gives - The best is not to tire yourself, take a taxi, and if you feel comfortable, go through the nearest rental shop and receive wide options . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
