This is the worst rental service I have ever taken a car in. We paid rent for a Mitsubishi Pagero for 7 seats. In fact, the car was defective, the rear passenger seat did not recline, it was jammed, which was very important for us. When we asked to provide us with another car for 7 seats, an employee of Green Motion replied that there are no more another one. When asked to offer us an alternative or return the money, we were answered in the negative. I insist in no case to use this rental office!

I had a good experience. Lets see if they return my deposit in 15 days as promised. Lot of people in Dxb have issues with their deposits from car rentals based on the reviews ive read.I am updating my review. I got my deposit back in 2 min once I showed them the original receipt. I will definitely use them again. They may not have the fanciest office or the best rates but at least they are honest.

Who reviewed them good? I visited once and the guy sitting was very impolite. Will never go there again. There are many many good car rentals in Dubai Sir!
