The car quality is superb as usual, and the car pick up and drop process is smooth.

The car was good. The service was great. Draw back is the way the clerk inspected the car. I felt like they were looking for anything to charge me for it.

I rented from the car for 19 days in August. The car was OK, the staff emphasized so much on returning the car clean and no “stain on the seat”. It was absolutely unnecessary and a redundant thing to say. The reason for this review is that I left an expensive pair of glasses in the glasses compartment of the vehicle at the time of drop off right before my flight. But they contacted me and reported that they found nothing. I was expecting better service and accountability from Hertz /Alfuttaim enterprises! Disappointed really.

A decent RIP-off. They will inspect the car to the maximum and try to charge you for everything (even dead mosquito spots) We are talking about 2 super small pokes in the seat. The service was good when I have taken the car, the team was friendly and they were good when the car was returned. However, There are no proper contact details or email addresses on the documents with me, I needed the final invoice including Salik to report in my company. I was not able to reach anyone, I did not receive the email as they promised, I have found their number from Google, called several times for almost three days and nobody has attended my call!!! I am stuck and dont know what to do. I have submitted my request online, received the automatic email and thats it

Very nice car and friendly team when getting the car, but after they have your card details and you have swiped, issues start, first, they can change the car to a similar one, then they can keep you waiting... waited for an hour plus for the car, then finally i am back home and need the security amount from the credit card unblocked and final invoice and they cant be reached, no call or email response... it been 2 days calling

Stay away from this conniving, decietful and fraudulant company! I booked well in advance and paid the complete amount of booking via my visa gold card... I arrived on perfect time was not given the vehicle due to not providing a credit card although I had provided them the visa gold card (that they charged in full) and all documentation required. I was not given any refund even after more than 8 months. After being denied the vehicle, I managed to ask a local taxi driver who was very kind to contact another local rental compay (GMCG rent a car) and within 20 minutes I had another a car without need to pay anything in advance! Hertz is by far the worst rental company I have dealt with. I rented a luxury vehicle from the other company in the same price as the mediocre car from hertz! Save yourself, choose any other company preferably the ones outside dxb airport, just ask any of the taxi drivers for guidance. Shame on hertz.

The friendly Hertz staff at the airport counter offered to extend my previous lease from Al Ain to ease my car to car transition. Car return was also pretty smooth, despite the chaotic scene in the tiny rental office at T1.

Stay away from Hertz dubai. Does not reflect to hertz quality one is used to. We had to wait pre booked child seat for ages and when returning rhe car even tough the exact same scratch marks on the documents and car doors, the representative claimes them to be new ones. In case you have to rent from here always take photos of the marks on the car, the staff is not trustworthy.
