Very fast service when I pick up the car and upon drop off as well. The staff were very helpful and the assist me in unloading my luggage.I was very reluctant to ask them for discount when I had that service.

Who took the car from me was rude and lier .. be careful..! He made me sign then he put the marks on the car ..! So they can take from your deposit..! I hate dealing with them ...! Very bad and cheap behavior ..!

They send you a small line on the bottom of the email let us know the kilometers in the vehicle so if it’s due for service. Everybody misses it becaausw it’s below the signature in small print They made it bold everyone still misses it. So when you return the car and you didn’t do service on their own car they want to charge you for it. That’s just wrong and we will let corporate in the US know about it. They are better than most rental car companies here but still ethics can be better

I took a car that had a problem, so I asked to replace the car, but strangely more car available apart from cars 3x cheaper than the price I paid for the one I had (and who had a problem). So I naturally refused and asked for reimbursement of the difference accepted, I had to be reimbursed within 10 days then under 14 then under 21 and after 30 days and several calls and trips to me say that they do not know why the money does not was not returned with an apology.
