And yes, you can use the toll routes, youll just have to pay the fees after which was much less than the two speeding bills I recieved.But they provided me with the ticket number, Im glad they handled this instead of the cops!

The staff here was kind, courteous, and friendly. It was my first time using Dollar, but the whole experience here made me want to come again. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because the employee during the car inspection was trying to rush me and not giving me the proper chance to look at the car. The worst car rental service ever , the staff are really sneaky & looking for tips in every step . I rented a car thru a web site ( third party ) , when I receive the car it was in a very bad condition, dirty interior, all the wheels were extremely old with damaged cups . After arguing with them they changed the car with a new one. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL .

The worst experience & worst rental company in dubai...the pick up process was very slow (almost 45 minutes) then i got different car from what i booked.. And the charge 1 day rate for an hour delay in return.

This has to be the worst experience in any industry that I have every had. I received bills for tolls, and tickets that came weeks after I had rented the car. They charged me for a tire rim that I didn’t scratch, they never answered my phone calls or returned my emails. This is an avoid at all cost unless you want to get extorted. Criminals.

Once even brandnew.Staff is friendly and helpful.No problems driving to Oman.Delivery service 10/10.All other services from DOLLAR 10/10Unfortunately last time collection service was late by over an hour, therefore only 1/10.Overall I can recommend DOLLAR for UAE.We will use DOLLAR again.

Dubai airport (known as DXB) had 4 terminal. Terminal 1 for all airlines except Emirates airline. Terminal 2 for FlyDubai and some small airlines mostly for countries near Dubai (actually second or third airliner). Terminal 3 and Terminal 4 dedicated to Emirates airline. Terminal 1 is crowded always because of many airlines and is not big enough like 3 and 4.

I ordered the cheapest car at rentalcars, came to receive it at terminal 3 of the airport, the registration took 15 minutes. The deposit was 3000aed and I received a brand new Toyota Yaris sedan, on an automatic machine with a mileage of 3900km, which was very happy. Warned in advance that toll roads cost 5.05 aedDuring the vacation, I drove 1200 km, there were no accidents with the car. The car is comfortable, convenient, the air conditioner works :)I handed over the car in Terminal 3, since I traveled a lot on toll roads, in the office I was billed for 106 AED. Manager mr. Imran checked the car, entered photos into the program, the car was not damaged, so there was no disagreement.The deposit is promised to be returned within 3 days.After the deal, Mr. Imran, translator in my language via google, read from the screen myself, wished a good road and invited me to Dubai next time, and promised to pick me up the best car for the same amount :), I also received a corporate calendar as a gift, very nice :)I liked everything, thanks !!I liked everything.

RUN AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Despite the negative opinions, we chose this company because it was the only one to allow its vehicles to enter the Sultanate of Oman, one of our stages.Everything went normally until we returned to the agency.The employee gives us a sign OK when we park our vehicle.Just arrived in the terminal, we see the employee come running and force us to follow him despite our protests (we were late to catch our flight).It shows us a hitch that we had not seen before on the bumper of the vehicle (probably a shock during parking in the parking lot of the previous hotel). Photos of the damaged bumper are attached to the bill but no photo of the broken lighthouse (and impossible to get one .... and for good reason ...).Despite our protests and the refusal to give our agreement for this estimate of fraudulent repair, the total amount of the invoice was taken on our deposit (and at a prohibitive rate !!!)As already mentioned in previous reviews, this dishonest company charges imaginary repairs impossible to check for you steal a maximum of money on your deposit !!!!!AVOID AT ANY COST !!!!!!

Thieves,We booked a car at 290 € for 2 weeks and back in France we found 3 debits on the card of 340/330 and 115 € or 785 € instead of 290 €, they used the deposit as if it was their mothers money.A solution and a refund pending or we go to the police station for theft is inadmissible.
