Great experience at Hertz Dubai Marina @ Radisson Blu outlet. Faiz at the reception was extremely helpful and efficient in helping me select the vehicle of my choice and I got a brand new Toyota Corolla (First Rental) with 40kms on odometer. I kept it for 1 month and have just returned it back to Hertz... Great experience

We rented a car with a friend at Hertz MARINA for 5 days (which we paid for at the beginning of the rental). The car was perfect (brand new). We returned it all cleaned up (not damaged) and the agency called us to tell us that a certain amount would be deducted from the deposit because the rental we made wasnt a whole week. Nobody had informed us of this at the time of payment at the beginning of the rental !!!!! We asked them to take it back but the car was supposedly stored in the garage...I DONT recommend the agency at all for their HONESTY ....To run away !!!!

I returned my car after I purchased a rental for a month and they agreed to refund the full amount minus the one day where the vehicle was in my possession. Hertz told me that the refund would take up to 30 days and it’s been over a month and a half and I still have not received it.Edit: Finally received my refund after messaging them about the situation.

Inside the Radisson Blu hotel. Probably one of the worst experiences with rent a car. We arrived with a booking and had to wait for 1,5 hours because apparentely our booking was not found. Finally they found it but had no car there so we got another car. Called an upgrade, but it was super big with too few horse power. Not again.

I rent a car this week end. AND I TOLD YOU DONT GO THERE!!!!!There are thieves!!Unfortunately the minimum rate is 1/5 I would like to put 0/5 !Let me explain why:- First I explained when I took the car than I wanted to get it for 6 days (Monday to Saturday). The guy who was there told me it would be cheaper if you take it for 1 week but you can get it back before no problem. So I chose to register it for 1 week but as the guy told me, I can come back whenever I want.- I had a good car, quite recent or nearly new (no pb on this part, and Its the only part that was good).- I came back on Saturday (around 4-5 PM) to give the car back. It was really quick. One person make me sign a document and thats all.- An hour later, I received a call from a lady who is work at Hertz Dubai Marina and told me: I just look at your contract and you should have refund the car on Monday not today. So we will charge you 67 Diram for the refund that you did before the initial date. Ok its 67 Diram, its nearly nothing but I got shafted by the first guy who told me that its the same price to rent it for 1 week end to come back when I want!!Im sure rent à car for 6 days cost less than a week but I didnt want to check cause it will make me more angry against them than I am at the moment....I hope it will be the only call and hide spend that the company will stole from me!!!Just dont go to this company!! RUN AWAY FROM THOOSE THIEVES!!!!!!!

Utterly unprofessional and untrustworthy.My credit card was wrongfully charged without prior notice or my consent. Several weeks after redelivering the car, they suddenly claimed AED 300 for damage (mind you there were dents/scratches on the car prior to renting it).In addition to having full insurance, had paid to have the car picked up in my garage. At time of pick up and inspection, was on the phone with Hertz pic who confirmed the car was in order and without any damages.Asking about the claim and a refund today, Hertz referred to an incomplete inspection report not previously received, seen or signed by me and stated ... a new fender damage was found on the vehicle upon off-hire. Again, this was several weeks after redelivering the car.Avoid at all costsUpdate as of 3rd Feb 2021:Still not received a refund and Hertz now ignoring my emails, after asking them for proof.

Dont recommend at all, Horrible Experience and very aggressive staff , My advice is to check the car well before taking it from them as they will try to Rob you in any way they can when you returned it , read the contract well and listen to the quick notes mentioned cause they will say that they have told you about your rights while they didnt, My final advise avoid this place and avoid this horrible customer experience.

I rented a car from this company 3 times a week of rest at the beginning of June 2021. Only good impressions remained. The staff is polite, they always found options for me, although I came without a reservation. I always took it with full insurance and did not bathe) No divorces from the staff, special thanks to them!) A deposit of 1500 dirhams (≈30,000 rubles) was unlocked from a credit card within 5 days after the last lease, although they warned that the money would be returned within 3 weeks ... In general, I can safely advise this office👍 P.S. from the documents you will need your driving license + international (this is a gray book) and a passport.

Unfair trade policy, they try to take as much money as possible without justifying why they took us!Its just a huge shame! I had ordered a rental car and had already paid for it by credit card, I had to leave a deposit and they wanted me to pay with a credit card and pin and I didnt have a pin. So I suggested paying the deposit in cash. They refused and I was without a rental car. All employees are without competence.

Station in the hotel lobby. The staff was friendly. However, I have never received a car with more damage. 24 markings on the transfer sheet. The car was therefore deliberately handed over in the dark garage. So you really have to look very carefully.
