Im from London and needed a car whilst here for a week. I would highly recommend Bargain Car Rental, I got the car delivered to my location within two hours with no hassle after contacting the customer car, deposit was less and got the refund back within 2 weeks as promised, no amount was deducted and always received prompt response.

I was looking for cheap rent a car deals in Dubai and found them on google. Since it was late I sent an inquiry at 11 pm and surprisingly got a call from their customer service within 5 Minutes .the vehicle was clean. Over all it was a good experience. These discussing people stole my 1000 dhs deposit they claim it takes 2 weeks to clear. It has now been 6 weeks and still nothing. Used about 6 months ago aswell and deposit never went in had to ask over 10 times and managed to get back in cash. but this time havnt got any back. Avoid Scammers!!!!!

Worst car rental company in Dubai, the staff have no respect for customers, they will try to steal you infront of your face!I have rented a car for a month!claiming that its alright and when I had problems and came back to them they wanted to charge me 2 extra days although it was thier problem! When I told him I wasted two hours of my time to come to them to find replacement they told me come and I will show you how to driveI refunded my money and will never come back again.....

The price was the lowest i found in Dubai, car was ok. The only important thing - youd better have a credit card. If you dont have one, they will return your deposit via Western Union. All in all - very good!
