I Should have read review before taking car from this car rental. As many mentioned, they took 1000 dhirhams and not returning it. It’s been more than one month. And response is very poor.I took car from their branch office in City centre, IMPZ.Edit: i got my deposit after one week continous follow up and collected it from their office.

Always have wonderful stuff, I feel like I used my own car when I rent a car from them.

Worst car rental company you can find in Dubai. No ethics, no professionalism and more over no ownership. Returned the car and after a month refund is nowhere to be seen. Constant follow ups from the counter and the lady has no response for me. Called her manager Yahia and the guy hangs up. Really disappointing

I rented a car before going back home. The took a deposit of 1000 dirhams. I delivered the car without any problem. The lady told me that the company would refund in my bank account the 1000 dirhams in 2 weeks. After one month, they have not done it. Take care with this company. They are not honest.

I am extremely happy with this company. excellent service, polite staff. Cars are very clean, new and very well maintained. Good rates. its my second month renting with them and i am very satisfied.

Ridiculous, flat battery and due to it being a day off tomorrow they will not come collect the car. Made aware that the car needed servicing over a month ago and still no service. They demand a date and time and you are suppose to reciprocate and take the car to them. I know the uk rental services dont work like this. They pester you and pester you but when you need something doing they dont help. As soon as Im done with the month I will rent elsewhere

Cars are nice and price are acceptable. but dont trust with the guys who give u the key , check the scratches 1st otherwise u will be charged for some one fault. recommend with carefully!!

This company keeps getting worse and worse.First i had the delivery of the car delayed and was lied to about the reason.Then I was told to cancel my booking. After making a complaint I finally got the car which was in terrible condition.After asking for it to be cleaned and serviced and taking it in my self they told me it didnt need a service and was fine.1 week later it rained and upon using the wipers found they were so old they didnt work and actually damaged the window.I asked for the car to be swapped and was then sent to the wrong place. They tried to polish the damage out which didnt work and simply brushed it off and was told its fine I wont be charged but was expected to continue using the car.I complained again to higher management and was told I had to wait until Sunday to get a response after the weekend but Sunday came and no one contacted me and was told its a holiday I need to wait longer.Do not rent a car from this company unless you want endless issues!

Very disappointing and expensive 👎👎👎👎They made me pay 5 aed on each salik gate. They charged me more than 300 aed extra because I was not allowed to drive more than 140 km a day!! The worst case is that i was driving the car only 2 days a week as I didn’t even drive it everyday!!!!! Very unfair policy!! Moreover, the car stopped and was sent for repair more than once due to battery and engine issues... I don’t know since when rent car agencies provide cars with bad conditions?!?!

Beware of this rental company, when renting out a car from them make sure that the guy who is handing the key to you give you clear closeup photos of the windshield and all windows before you use the car, otherwise you will end up paying for the entire windshield without insurance protection if they find even just a tiny chip or crack and they could not give you clear proof that the damage has been there even before you rented the car or not! And they will not even consider fixing it instead of replacing it, what a total rip off
