TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! TRICKY GAMES!!!I rented a car in April. When I returned the car they signed the return paper and there was NO scratch on the car. Later I realized in my bank account that they deducted money from my 1000 aed security deposit. When I asked them they said there is a scratch under the bumper, so they deducted the money for that. I told them that I have their rent agreement document signed by them not mentioning any scratches. Now I see in the previous comments that they use the same allegation for other people!! There is a big fraud going on! And I will open a case against them! This is just to inform innocent people to stay away from this company. Go for the reliable companies to rent a car!REPLY TO YOUR MESSAGE : As I can see from your quick reply, as Logic Car Rental you are giving me a lesson without any investigation. Thank you for your advise but you can keep it for yourself as I know the procedures about car rental. You signed the car return documents after checking the car. How would I know that if that scratch happened after I return the car? In this case you should have checked the car properly during the car return time.If you want to be more professional to deal with your clients, investigate the case before copy- paste any answer.

The service was good. I took Toyota RAV4 and it was in good condition and almost new. There were no problems taking the car and giving it back. Thank you!

I just hand over the Hyundai Elantra, in the Same Condition I received to Mr. Mohammed Sheweb, he was Very Co-operative, and has a Good Service , I am waiting to collect my Deposit of AED1,000.-- after 21 days from today by Bank Transfer.Once, again Thank Mr. Mohammed and All the Team for the Professional Service.

Best rate in the market also team was co operated they are accurate on time on car delivery, also they provided me CDW insurance which cover any accident.Recommended to deal with them .

Update: was invited to a meeting (read response for their words) thinking I would have a solution. Instead I turned up to a tiny, unprofessional room, very unclean with lots of clutter. Went round in circles and still was told I need to pay for a tiny scratch under bumper. Not only do they charge you, they add on additional tax!STAY AWAY!They scammed me out of my 1000aed security deposit for a ‘scratch under the bumper’. When checking the car, the man went straight to that area in under 20secs to tell me there was a scratch. AMAZING how he found it! There’s no way anyone would have found this. It’s a natural mark from going over speed bumps or parking and was likely there when I rented the car. When I originally checked the car, NO ONE would look there right under the car.I have found on the original contract that the man also failed to put a past scratch on the paper work which I have photo evidence from. By LAW he should mark all past marks on the document.When discussing with the manager about how I didnt do the scratch under bumper, he did not care and that I signed a contract so they have evidence. He said they will fix the scratch for 750aed plus tax. Funny how they will fix a minute scratch under bumper but won’t fix the big mark at the back of the car!100% a scam!PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

Useless company. Unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend anyone using their service. From start to end everything was terrible from collection (adhering to time agreed) to drop-off (which resulted in myself getting a fine due to their mistake). Ive never left a bad review but these guys are the worst rental car Ive ever used. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Completely useless. They were supposed to drop a rental car for me at an agreed car workshop. The guy forgot. Then said he thought it was tomorrow. Then told me there was nothing he could do. I had to call the insurance office and his manager for them to bring me another after waiting an hour. They deliver the car on an empty tank so you have to go and fill it up. Worst rental car Ive ever had.
