I always go to their branch in al quoz. Ive been a customer for more than 2 years now. Its Fast service in that branch. Everyone is helpful. But of you need urgent service look for Azeem he is very helpful and he knows how to assist the customer. If Azeem is not there look for Muneer. He help me with smooth process of getting my car changed.

I rented a car. The process was smooth but there is a caveat. They keep a deposit which they refund after 25 (working days) and from that they deduct 25 aed. Please beware of hidden costs.

I had the worst experience ever when I was returning my car yesterday the customer service was rude and unhelpful. Also they stole me and although I had raised a police report for unknown scratch on the car they made me pay more than 3000 darhims and when I said you guys took complete rent during COVID-19 Bryan in JLT branch the customer service told me if u have an issue complaint to the head office and told me to other you pay or leave because I have other customers which is very u professional from him. If you care about your money, please avoid! I have tried numerous times to get in contact with them during the pandemic to return the car, but their offices were closed. With the proof in my hand, still they have charged me an additional month + hidden fees. They said before that the car has GPS and it can trace when the car was used last time, but now they are avoiding to give me an answer. After that you have to deal with some inexperienced and rude employees. Plus, they are not providing receipts for what you pay. It it not worth the headache.

Used to be highly competitive but now they charge 500dhs security deposit + VAT instead of blocking the same on your card and to collect it you need to revisit the branch. You pay VAT for a deposit which is to be returned and moreover have to go back to them to get the money back. How incompetent and unprofessional!!

This is by far the worst experience renting a car. I had the car for a month, on returning they charged me 1200aed of nonsense made up charges. If I could give them negative rating I would. Avoid at all cost.

Unethical company, dont deal with them. I rented a car for a month and when I wanted to return it, the guy actually went under the car to take a picture of scratches under the front bumper, as if he already knew that the scratches are there, they wanted to charge me 1500 for minor scratches under the front bumper in addition to a police report for 420. This company is running a big scam on their customers. No one will ever look under the car to check for scratches when receiving the car.

During corona times they will never answer your calls, they will never help returning the car, they don’t care if the car is not working on the road! all the branches, customer service is super rude! I have complained them to DED consumer rights and to DMCC ceo, I really hate needing to rent a car because of them . The only good person in indigo is Azeem at al Quoz workshop , the only person who will answer and really help. All others are very bad! I wish life treats them the way they play customers

This was the first time I used Indigo Rent a Car and the experience was great. Besides the price for a three week rental being much lower than any other car rental company they upgraded our vehicle at no extra charge. I rented car at Al-Quoz Industrial Area and turned it in at Jumeirah Lake Towers. Both locations were convenient and employees were very helpful. Will definitely use Indigo rent a car every time I travel.

The employees dont know their company location they send me other locations and because of that I got over charged because of 9 km over kilometers beside salik toll is AED4 from any gate, they charge 5 AED for every toll!! Am not sure if thats even legal, they charge every day aed 5 for roadside assistance and so on, not recommended at all

Worst car rental company ever. First they try to charge me AED1500 for a damage of AED320. And they were insisting to call the police because they cant close the contract. There was never ever an accident! And at the end they keep your balance payment to for 30 days before they pay you back. Even though they are already 6 days late and make me run after my money! You have to walk through a filthy workshop area to get to the office.The workshop area makes me worry about the maintenance of these cars.I will definitely not hire from these people as this experience literally made me walk away. Every time I renewed my car, the team provided a complimentary car cleaning and tyre pressure check. The prices are very competitive and the face-to-face & phone service was polite and professional at all times.I would like to take this opportunity to highlight Mr. Jun (Al Qouz branch) in particular. He provided an outstanding customer service to me. URGENT to READ all the below: Do not rent from them. Check all the reviews. The do not deserve half a star. Customer experience zero, they don’t give you any info about mileage 170 per day, seriously, going to AD and back or RAK or anywhere in this country, you will have to pay extra mileage. They don’t inform about the full insurance. They rent out the car in 5 min, but receive it in an hour. They don’t check the car from underneath while giving it to you, when receiving they blame you for a scratch under the car and take money from you. I rented the car for a month, used it for 2 weeks, they charged me the daily rate not even weekly. When talking to the manager, his argument was “ it’s in the terms and conditions, you should always read it” I have visited 2 branches, the Business Bay and JLT, none of the customers returning the cars were satisfied and felt they were being ripped off. They send messages informing you about the car service below 2 weeks of rental!!! What the heck is that about. They charge extra miles more than the 200 they should while don’t offer, charged me more than AED 360 for extra miles. Yesterday they told me if I return the car early I will receive AED 1350 back, I ended up paying AED 271 including Salik which was AED 61.The deposit will only be returned to the bank and removed block from the company after 30 days, and they don’t tell you working days or not. So since they blocked AED 1000 from your credit card, they bank will even take profit if you don’t end up closing it with your bank because it would have been blocked for the credit card cycle. If you have any remaining amount, they return in through a Cheque after 25 days or more, and you have to collect it.This is seriously a ripoff company. A couple in the Branch were shocked to know all this needful information provided by me instead of being informed by the customer service. And yes, they have also unfortunately signed the contract with the terms and conditions without reading the small font terms. And wished they haven’t even though they only need the car for 1 day.
