Got my first rental car in Dubai. Brilliant experience .. Downloaded the iOS app which was very intuitive and user friendly .. Had a few doubts so i called and spoke to their subscription manager Gabrielle who was super helpful with all questions.Got my car delivered today, on time, as promised. The car is almost brand new, spotless and clean, shiny and scratchless. The delivery guy was very clear with instructions about paperwork, insurance, registration and car accessories.Overall great experience .. happy with the service .. I highly recommend this service !!

I have been using Carasti for the last 6 months on monthly lease. What I appreciate the most is their way of handling requests in a fast and professional manner. The cars (had different ones) are new and clean, and the staff are supporting and friendly. Had a minor issue with my car charges, but they took immediate action and handled it in the nicest way. I have even received a 200AED in my Carasti wallet as a thank you and apology. They are the best and my always go to rental car company!

I booked yesterday for the car to be delivered today between 12pm to 4pm because I had plans in the evening. They delivered it very late, ruined all the plans. this is my 1st time booking, only for 1 month. I will check their service for a month. If not satisfying then I wont subscribe again, so lets see! But initially gave me already a bad impression about their service!

I needed to rent a car for a couple of months and had had previous bad experiences with some of the big-name regular car rental companies so decided to try this.Downloading the app and registering was simple enough. The range of cars available was impressive and the prices were reasonable so I booked my vehicle.I would have given five stars but my car was delivered much later than expected, causing me to miss an important appointment.Since then all has been good and the communication with the company has been satisfactory.

When I returned the car , the inspector said there was a scratch at the front bumper , I said it was probably there before , as nothing happened while I was with the car ....and was a very minor scratch low at the bumper ....the guy asked me to sign and carasti would call me ......after 2 months they debited 450aed from my credit card , without calling me or saying anything .....tried contact ...they said the would email me ....nothing happened ...tryied contact again they didnt reply ....customer , be very careful on giving your credit card details for this company .

I rented a car for 2 months and second month they give me 200dhs offer, I made a small scratches which I can fix for less than 300dhs, they charge me 670dhs which they will deduct from your account so guys be careful.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Subscribed for a Mitsubishi ASX 2021 at 10:33am and scheduled delivery between 12:00pm - 16:00, AED 2,437.00 was deducted from my account. After waiting and waiting and numerous attempts to contact this scammer company still nothing. The vehicle has NOT been delivered and no one has contacted me. Don’t have an option to book a vehicle on the weekend if you can not meet your obligations. It is now 20:00 and I have wasted my bloody day waiting for this vehicle. Tomorrow my first stop will be the police station to report theft and lay a charge.

I just finished 1 month subscription. The service has been great. The agent assigned to me was very responsive. I didnt have any issues at all. The car which I originally booked wasnt available so I got an upgraded car without any extra charges. The car was clean and almost new. Now I am booking a different car for another month.

Worst company ever ! I did my booking when I arrived in Dubai for my vacations, the car was supposed to arrive before 12. Then I received a call telling me “sorry we can’t give you this car as your driving licence is less than 2 years”. I said but why did you took my Money and let me wait so long before to say it ?????They told me don’t worry we will give you an other one exact same: first lie because it was much expensive, but I accepted.Then the day before to give back the car they told me “ah sorry you’ve signed for 12 months for the car and 12 months for Insurrance”.I have the proof on the app that I first booked for one month but they continue to say we can’t do something.BE CAREFUL

Ive been renting a car from them for a few months now. Suddenly they just changed the subscription price, without even informing me.Firstly, they delivered a dirty car to me. I complained and received a voucher.Now they increased the price in the middle of my subscription.This is not what I subscribed for. This is not how you treat your clients.P. S. In their response they are telling me how the business model works. I know how your model works - you just want more money. However, members of my family and my friends are renting their cars too, but their rental company keeps the same rates for them, without unnecessary explanations about business models. It is my mistake that I went with Carasti, not with another company.

Carasti is actually a good rent a car company, the only comment that I should be suggesting is that they have less KM which the customer will not enjoy the car otherwise for me they are excellent, talking about excellency, I would like to appreciate and thank Ms. Sharmaine for her support and very accommodating staff of Carasti, I was in a Customer Service Field for more than 6 years and I know how hard it is but believe me, she is really really good at her job, she deserves an award for me, shes not perfect but she has the qualities that a Customer Service Support should have, I hope Carasti Family will read this one.

The good: The team is friendly and usually pretty quick to respond.The bad: The disorganization is extreme. Ive been using Carasti for several months now, and although I have had a couple smooth interactions with car delivery/collection/swap, more often than not its a massive headache. I cant put all the blame on Carasti -- the car rental companies they work with also arent exactly super competent -- but as I am renting through Carasti I expect them to handle the ins and outs of the rental process and they simply dont do a good job. When its all said and done, I end up dealing with two disorganized rental companies instead of one, and at this point Im not really sure what advantage Carasti is giving me or why I keep putting myself through this hassle? The concept of being able to swap your car is a good one, and with it Ive rented a handful of cars until I landed on one I liked. But in retrospect I probably could have done this with any company?Problems have included:- Reserving a car (several days in advance) only to be told the day of delivery (and AFTER Ive already been charged for the new, more expensive, car) that -- oops -- that car isnt available in your city, then scrambling to find something comparable (the app apparently tells you what cars Carasti can obtain in the UAE generally, not specifically in the emirate you live in).- Trying to organize a car swap, and receiving new car on requested date, but no one ever arrives to collect the old car leaving me with two cars to somehow find free parking spaces for. When Carasti finally does get someone to arrive to collect said car -- guess what? The person is from the wrong rental company so now we have to start all over.- When I first started renting from them, one of the bonuses was that once you request the car on the app, it will be delivered within 4 hours. Great, easy, fast! I thought. Except, again, despite clearly saying my delivery location is in X city, I get a call from the delivery guy trying to deliver it to me in Y city. I cant recall when my car finally arrived -- at best, several hours after I planned for it, at worst, the next day. Its frustrating and I think Ive had enough.

The worst customer service that you can get. Gave me a rate and a couple days later raised it by 400 and the excuse was brand new cars that are still 2020 models. I had to call them 3 times every other day cause they promise to call you tomorrowand they never call. Then finally got a message a week later that said working on it from someone or something and never heard again from them. Also mentioned their promo code that they offer to customers that work with their partner company and the person made me feel unwelcomed.

Final Update: feb 2021I have a brand new car 0km from Carasti as promised. Been already a while now and i always get the car i want. All i do is chose new car only i am happy with the the car i got i am keeping it for a year. The ease of paying and the ease in leasing without having to make deposit or make any guarantees. As simple as ordering a bar if chocolate from your neighbor hood supermarket. Definitely recommended especially for busy executives with no time to look after your car.UPDATE 1 same day 2 hours later from first review: This app is too good to be true and still beats me why they are not known on higher scale!!!! It was like ordering a meal online; i chose the car, i paid and now waiting for it to be delivered this evening! Will make another update once i receive the car. They advertise no hidden costs and within a month and 10 days after dropping off the keys. i get a message from my bank that carasti charged me extra addition costs ?????? I paid everything in advance and when dropping off the car they had it checked up and everything was perfect i signed the papers everything was smooth until they had to charge me god knows what this extra additional cost are, after a month and 10 days dropping off the car?? The problem is i cant even delete my own credit card info from the app (in other words i cant even have control over my own private information) and when i called them wanting to know the issue. No one answers until i had to call from a different number. when i brought the issue, they told me it must have been petrol allowance. IM SORRY BUT I GAVE THE CAR WITH MORE PETROL THAT I RECEIVED IT AND ITS ALL IN THE PAPERS. then they tell me well have to double check and get back to you in 1-2 days. its been 10 days and no one got back to me or even answers my calls till now! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND FAKE ADVERTISING. STICK WITH EZHIRE IS MUCH BETTER!

The app is amazing customer service is outstanding, but this is my second car with them, the money I saved I ended paying for cleaning the car although the car was stained when it arrived the supplier Shift were very rude and their exact words were you got the car cheap. Now I just received my second car much better service but again the car is stained and not in great shape. I love the app but the dealerships are giving them runarun down cars, and one more thing the bot customer service is very limiting easier to just call themThe only reason I am sticking to the app because I like the idea but probably my last car this month will pay the extra 300 and get a newer car
