I have booked and rented a car from this company 2 months back and it is my first time renting a car. That time i badly needed a car and unfortunately they are fully booked and only 1 car is available and it is old. Beware, they have an excess amount of 1700 AED on their insurance policy. If you have the misfortune to be in an accident where there is no other vehicle involved, and the Police issue a no blame certificate, you will have to pay Yeti the 1700. Plus there is a Co policy where you have to pay for the time the car is off the road whilst being repaired. This they can waived if you talk to them. Debby is excellent her role. Beware of the Co policies and small print. Lots of choice around in Dubai and better rates from others.

Needed a car for a trip to Abu Dhabi. Filled in the form on the website and was called almost immediately. Discussed the details and I could pick up the car in 30 mins!! Absolutely poor client relationship skills not flexible in anyway, operate outside their policy to give you the vehicle then use their policy as a reason not to support you as a customer. Never in my 8 years have a dealt with a company like this. Totally unimpressed and quite sadden by the way they have handled me.

I called Anna and said that they would bring me a car directly to the hotel. That was done. I signed a couple of documents, made a deposit and payment. After using the car, they also took it without any problems from my hotel. And I flew terribly that day back to Peter. Today I check the balance of the Card - the deposit was returned.
