Ridiculous debit card policy. They charge 3000aed deposit if use your debit card and refunding through your ibahn after 30 business days. First and last time I’m using this company. Horrible

Worst customer service, would not recommend renting any car here. I was given a very old smelly Toyota Yaris, which I booked with basic insurance. After returning the car, I was charged a few days later for the Full insurance, which I never requested. Ive been trying for a month now to get answers on why Ive been charged, not getting any response! Such a scam, stay away from this company.

Leaving this review as typically all rentals show only negatives which doesnt help people who need to choose. So - when receiving a car make sure to have all scratches even absolutely minor market on the check in protocol - it will be shown to you on smartphone screen. Anything not marked - you can be held responsible. Our Kia optima had minor damage all over but everything was marked. All the rest was perfectly fine, all details and receipts sent right away to email, deposit unblocked within 30 or so hours after check out. We were leaving the car in DXB, checkout was also smooth and they confirmed that everythign is fine and now new damage on the spot. And also Salik charges. Bad surprise was extra 50 dhs for returning at the airport, should have been included but we had to pay extra. Bad but not major

Terrible car service , hidden charge above the rental fee and took huge time after end of contract to refund security deposit and not yet received . dont recommend at all .. be aware that this company owned by Hertz which filed for bankruptcy so think twice before engaged in a contract with them

Its a poor service. I had booked a car for pick up from marina mall at 1:30 pm and it had been confirmed at 11 am that the car was available in marina mall.I came at 1;30 and its been an hour and there is mo sigh of car. Its going to take another 30 to 45 minutes fro car to come from airport.Please dont use them un future. Pathetic... and giving no options or solutions

Avoid at all costWorst experience everThey gave me a car with preexisting issue on it ( scratches on the wheel ) and I used the car for only TWO DAYS and had full insurance on the car.Now they charging me for this small thin 900 AED for a wheel fix to a toyota yaris !!!

It was an awesome experience with Voler.........I had very less expectation about the car (demon). But what I got was a piece of red velvet....car was in mint condition, very less driven with zero negatives.....I give a full 5/5 rating

Terrible experience in the Marina mall store. Employee name Joy created a huge confusion with my process and the customer service team was even worse in the resolution.I was Dollar customer for one year and it was really frustrating to end the relation like this. But from now, I will be looking for other options for sure.

Rented twice from them, Corolla and Charger, cars were new, clean and in good condition, staff was nice. No issues with deposit refund.

The mistake was on our part, but instead of helping her solve the problem, the manager talked to us in an elevated tone, threw folders with documents and shouted something to his neighbors in the pavilion. disgusting service, terrible manager.

I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but I was fine. Renting in Marina Mall, at the counter I was about 5 minutes, handing over the car for another 5 minutes, no effort to fix the protocol with damage to the car. Return the car again for 5 minutes in the garage and 5 minutes at the counter. Unblocking the deposit in about 2 days. Next time I will rent a car from Dollar again.

When on the Internet in reviews it is advised to photograph a car when issuing it, to shoot a video, then know that this is exactly the case here. If the car contains scratches, be careful. Cheating can happen when an employee at the issue with you inspects the car, agrees with all the defects, but does not record some of them in the issue protocol. If you signed the protocol, it means that everything that is not marked in it is at your expense. At the reception of the car, the same employee will tell you that it was you who made the scratches on the car, and formally he will be right, since you signed the issue protocol where they were not. As proof, he can show you a photo of six months ago, when they were not yet there. Keep in mind that even if you buy full insurance, it will not help you in this case, since the insurance is valid only if you have a police certificate of an accident. It is unlikely that you will call the police if there was no accident. As for the car, as such, there were no complaints about it. As a plus, however, it can be noted that the protocols are sent by email.
