It’s my first time using GT SPORT car rental in Dubai and I have to say they have been incredible, very easy and straight forward, they delivered the car in mint condition very clean, had petrol and staff where very helpful and polite. They have also provided me a very useful service to pick up the car from me at the airport right outside the terminal and even helped me off load my baggage from the car. Thank you GT Sport team, will definitely use you next time when in Dubai again.

In Europe most car rental companies accept debit card, especially as many Europeans do not have that :) There are also plenty of other firms in Dubai who can refund to debit card, so better to use them instead of Gt Sport Car Rental. Here if you pay deposit (5000) by debit card then they refund you by Western Union instead of card reverse transaction. This means 12% (600) exchange rate loss plus (105) fee loss for you above the rental fee, i.e. total of 705 extra cost!!! Despite car was good, this was my worst ever car rental experience in my life.
