Scammers!!! when I returned the car no one came out to see the vehicle. I was ordered to sign blank checkin card and then a few days later I received mail with information about the repair charges for damages that were not there when the vehicle was returned. It has been two months since I made many times the official complaints, but unsuccessfully. I have still not received an answer. Unprofessional approach to the customer. I dont advise to use of their services!!!

If I could give lower I would. After arriving at the airport waited over 90 mins for the car and was never offered an upgrade (like I have been in the past). The feeling at the location was tense and jammed with employees and people waiting for vehicles that did not come. Did the walk around and was told that the spots I had pointed out weren’t a big deal. After I dropped the car off and was told everything was “closed”, I received 2 bills in the mail. Charges for tolls, understandable, and another for tire damage. I emailed them and explained that I had signed a clean return but was told no and charged for the damaged tire. Couldn’t fight the claim at home. Emailed multiple times after that wanting to see the receipt for the repair with no response at all. I would not recommend renting with Dollar from this location. They were seemingly too busy to tend to, and lost a loyal customer worldwide.

We booked a car with baby seat online, when we arrived they upgraded the car to 2018 model but forgot the baby seat so I had to tell them3 times. The have mini office before exit and one in the parking where you pick the car. Unfortunately the pick up and pick off take extremely long, even when and registering everything from home. They have to do it manually again. Check in took 25 min and check it out took 30 minutes which should take less than 10. Overall nice staff and good car.

They are considered in good location but, you will have the worst experience ever to return the car, you cant reach them by any means the only way is you have to drive on the opposite side and I wont drive o the opposite side so, had to park the car ad walk along walk to reach them they will send someone to go back and get the car by driving it on the wrong/opposite way. Its an experience you dont want to go through.Furthermore, They are the worst car rental ones you are out of Dubai tow to three days they will started charging your credit card over and over with out your approval. I was charged for over 500 dirham, I tried to reach by e-mail phone on reply but, I have kept all necessary documents so win Im back I will submit it all to Dubai government/tourist section to take care of them,

Terrible, dont rent a car there.Had a defect car and claimed that.Called there to ask them to change the car. Didnt have a similar car so agreed to a DOWNGRADE and that i had to go there to change the car.After several discussions, calling me a liar twice i left after one hour later without a replacement.Terrible costumer service, employees are respectless, cars are not worth what you pay for.Last time, never again.

STAY AWAY!!Double charged our card and are refusing to acknowledge it. Now we are home I cant see us getting our money back.Our flight landed 30 minutes earlier than expected. Our car was ready however they made us sit looking at it for 30 minutes before they let us go. Car came with only 1/4 tank of fuel. Staff were rude and not a single one acknowledged us when collecting or dropping off.

We are promised vehicles that they do not even have in their fleet and it is defended over and over again with the similar word!We insisted on having a Chevrolet Tahoe and repeatedly confirmed to us that we would have the Chevrolet and not a similar one and paid a deposit on booking. in the end we got a great Toyota Prado and of course at the price of a Chevrolet Tahoe.Cherry on the cake, we are told this color after having entered the visa card for the deposit! So obligation to rent!Pay more but dont go to them!

Dollar rent car at terminal 3 of Dubai airport provided me with a vehicle from the range below my reservation and not above as the background sometimes certain agency. The price at the time of payment was higher than what was stated in the reservation inclusive of all taxes. The vehicle they gave me had brake problems, very dangerous in the event that emergency braking is required. They took 4 days to answer me, I received a whatsapp message from one of their agent to warn me that he was arriving at my hotel thirty minutes later and at the time of replacement he brought me a vehicle again smaller. I told him that suddenly I didnt have time to refuel, he told me it was okay. The second vehicle had a battery failure after three days while once the vehicle was locked all was turned off and I checked. When I returned from the rental, I was asked for the missing fuel in the first vehicle and the reception agent was very rude. No apologies for the inconvenience caused during our two-week stay and no commercial gesture for the missing fuel when the employee had told me that it was not serious (well yes he charges twice the price of the cost of fuel). I strongly advise against this company which attracts customers by making believe that they offer the best prices but in the end we would have paid less with their competitor.

We reserved a vehicle for 4 days. He was compliant. A little cleaner it would have been even better. We had paid for the GPS option but no GPS was made available .. And worse, we are still waiting for the reimbursement 2 months later ... And no response to my emails!
