Best luxury car rental ever!!I’ve rent a convertible Mustang V6 that was just so furious and exceptionally beautiful! Most important the car was totally safe and well maintained.The team is amazing, they offer free delivery and will be picking up for free again the car for you at the end of rental period!Rental and deposit prices are very low and deposit has been refunded after only 8 days comparing to 30+ days for others!That was a fabulous experience and I’ll rent another car with them for sure.Thanks team!

Unprofesional 👎🏻 that lady dont know how to talk to customer. she dont return the deposit. you should fight and run after them to get your money back. they dont have landline no to call and ask the maniger. we had bad experience.

Im quite happy with their service. We lived above them in the hotel and decided to rent a car for a short period of time. We picked a low class car - just for family rides, nothing fancy. Id suggest you to check well the car both inside and out and make sure all the faults have been well marked on the handover pre-hire report. One of the cars we rented had quite a few damages on the interior of the car. However, the guys working in there were all understanding and quick to react. We were allowed to pay by debit card which was very convenient for us.Recommended for both luxury rentals as well as regular everyday cars.

Hi,I get back my deposit today as given date.It was good experienced rented mustang for 3 days. Staff was very nice, Way of talking was very polite and respectfull they gave me good and clean car.I will refer to my friends to get car from them.

Have been their customer since 2011 and no complain so far. I got surprised to see some negative comments especially the ones related to customer service.First of all if you are looking for pefection in everything, please turn to heaven to satisfy your needs ;)Second: Customer service representatives are also human beings and can be out of mood, sick, upset... right?.. and who said us, customers, are not unbearable and aggressive sometimes or even often? Myself deal with customers at work and sometimes they drive me so mad that its not like i do not want to smile to them its just i want to invite them into the world of rudness they deserve. That is why may be i am trying to be an understanding one.As for my cases, it happened that i was charged for a scratch on the car i had rented out but i had signed an agreement and was informed about such fees in advance. Even once my deposit got delayed due to some technical issues and it was fine, it is NORMAL, can happen with any business. So, long story short: I confidently recommend this company and even if you call the owner directly, i am sure he will assist you with pleasure as he is a down to earth person. Great service! Accepted as a native :) The car was ordered by e-mail two weeks before arrival, all the details were clarified and the free reservation was confirmed. However, on the day of ordering the necessary machine was not there, there was some kind of overlap. Within 30 minutes, another car was provided while documents were being processed. Further, payment of a deposit, payment of rent for the entire period, inspection of the car for chips, scratches and other damages with the inclusion in the inspection certificate. Signature, keys and tax :) In this company there is a limit on the mileage, 200 km per day, excess is paid separately. For four days of driving around the city + Aquaventure Waterpark + a trip to Abu Dhabi came out without exceeding the limit. For toll roads (Salik) it turned out 95 AED, payment after returning the car with a full tank +/-. The deposit was returned to the card without loss within five days. Rest was a success! According to the reviews, Faster Rent a Car should be a good place to rent his car. We took the chance and got a really good treatment. The rental was done in about 20 minutes and the car was ready. Thats all while we didnt have an appointment in advance. Give them a shot, the prices are nice too.
