I’ll go straight to the point, this company’s and its employees will literally steal your money.I’ve given back the car on the d day, everything was good, and they charged me extra 150 aed. They didn’t tell me why until I called, then when I called they gave me a first reason, and that they’re gonna call me back, a second time I called they gave me another reason and that they’re sorry they’re gonna refund me. And a third me agaaaain a different reason.And people on the phone are just liars, and make fun of you.Anyway they’re just gonna find a way to rob you with the card you left in the file.Don’t rent from that company if you don’t want to pay extra for no reason.RUN!

Very bad customer experience. This company was provided by the insurance. They delivered a car with very bad smell (smoke and bad odor from sweating) and the steering wheel was so sticky that I had to sterilized it . Additionally, they dont answer the phone or the emails plus they dont inform when they charge and what they are charging, I just received the sms from your bank. The security deposit is only released after 21 days. Also, they give any mobile number just a fixe line. The directions of your locations will be giving during a call, no WhatsApp location.

No one replying and its a very bad service, even the security deposit they makes it as a normal payment not hold on the credit card.Now i dont need your car I need someone to come pick it and return my security amount.**Advise to all never try this rental they have the worst service ever, they didnt return deposit.

The key which I got from driver was damaged earlier. which i was not aware. someone sticked the key cap by glue and it was without any effort the cap was opening by itself.(pictures attached fyi)on 28th aug i took car from sharjah airport I got the started (turned on) car by driver in morning. I just drive it to my office and parked it in parking area and in evening when I entered parking area I removed the car key from my pocket during that time I noticed the key cap came opened I thought it is just a normal key, and put it back cap and tried to start car but it didnt start at all then immediately I called for help. I was not aware of any chip inside the car key untill alquoz replacement driver tells me. and that ediot was not giving car untill i sign those papers saying it is my mistake. then I wrote down in that papers it is not my mistake and signed because its almost 10.30 I need to return to home.pictures show clearly the screw remains in key by dried glue and key cap doesnt have any positive locking. Any how they can check key by themself physicaly how easily the keycap opens from key. The same thing I told.but these people were very harsh/rude and they told they cant do any help and charged me back with 650 dhs for chip missing.that too they dont have any decision making people giving different number of names/ph numbers and even they were fighting between themselves saying different branch has charged we dont want to do with that very irresponsible persons

Please see other comments on credit card as well apparently Im not the 1st.I was given the rent a car through my insurance for 10 days from Fast rent a car as my car was given for repair.They initially asked me for credit card details and copy for the deposit and I told them from the very first mail that i was to confirm how the payment would be made. All was good in terms of service when they are giving the car. When I had to give the car back on the 10th day it was me who was following up on when they would take the car back and they did not even make a single call to confirm. Probably if I hadnt they would have just charged me for the additional day.Once I returned the car I had to follow up for the invoice as they already deducted AED15.75 for the salik. After sending me 2 invoices, one for the Traffic fine and another Salik I followed up on the details for the Traffic fine and told them that I would not want to be charged on the credit card. However, they did not give me the fine details and went ahead and charged me for that as well.I followed up and waited for a response for 3 days also sent another follow up email on the fine details and the payment receipt for the fine but Again no surprise no response.I called the office today and the lady (Naz) that sent me the email seemed very surprised that I was sent an email to make the payment in the office.She very conveniently then told me that she sent the email to their accounts department as they have the backup but did not ensure that the customer has got what was requested.Hopefully, someone in the company will have the decency to come back with a response now at least after reading this review.

I recently rented an MPV, a Kia Carnival, from Fast to show visiting family around the UAE. The front desk staff came across as extremely helpful, first when explaining the options and then with the rental process. There were no surprises either when it came to payment. The vehicle itself, while decidedly showing its age, was nevertheless well maintained.

Worst!!!!!!!!!! The better way to describe specially for Dubai Al Quoz Branch.I am using this only because My company taking from them from long time. The worst Rent a car i have ever used during my 9 years of UAE life. Operation department @ Al Quoz branch is the most Worst department among them, they thinking we are riding their car FREE FOR CHARGE!! keep on changing the cars as every time they are providing 2015-2016 model & we are in end of 2019 year!!!!!!! Poor Service, worst operation!!!!!!!

I have been taken the services of Fast Rent a Car for over 9 years now. This establishment is well organized front desk and back of house team members and absolutely professional.The fleet of cars are generally new and most of the time I have taken services with full insurance and the upkeeping in terms of inside car cleaness is spot on. And the tariff is also competitive.Notwithstanding this if there were any problems they attended to it with proper resolution. Joseph the team lead at the Al Quoz Office of Fast Rent in Dubai has to be credited for professionalism and quality of services support.Keep it going all your good work!!!

Extremely rude, impolite and unprofessional staff: they are just concerned about your money.They block 1000AED on your credit card, then, after you return the car, they will deduct whatever amount they want and good luck to get Salik statement or any other supporting document: They will not answer your emails or/and hang up if you call.I suggest you pay more but you go with a more professional rent a car company!

Possibly the worst customer experience ever. I was a long time customer (2 years) and had a billing issue with Fast. I have been working on resolving it for the last month with no resolution in sight.Communication is abhorrent. I would recommend paying a little extra and renting from better established operators.

I suggest to change the name to slow rent a car, un professional staff. Car extremely dirty and good only for raising and transporting animal.i refused to take the car and got my money back.

Worst customer service....i collected a car from Airport which was 2013 model, driver told me that i have only few minutes to check the car otherwise airport parking fee will have to pay so i took the car just checking the exterior etc. and later i realized its overall condition is extremely poor and smelly from insider.i decided to return it back just after second day and went to handover to their Sheikh Zayed Road office then they checked and asked about every minor interior starches how this happen and so on like i have been driving this card from last three years.Afterwards, the process started to release the blocked amount against my credit card..its still going on since last 40 days...Very big no to them for next time...will prefer to pay little bit extra for peace of mind.

Worst car rental company..They made up a story that we lost the parking ticket. We searched everywhere for it including the employee at the end we found it with employee hidden in his wallet (the employees name is Mohammad Abdullakareem). He said it was mistake but we don’t believe it.After that he went back to the car after we signed the form and started looking again for scratches he found some dirt and wrote it as scratch in the paper , we cleaned it and it was nothing.

Not recommended as they had took money from my account WITHOUT my permission. I am really disappointed and I had trusted them with my card details!

Absolutely pathetic service, zero care for the customer, ignored all my issues, lied to me many times. I have zero trust in them and am paying to service my rental myself, as I do not believe they would bother ensuring the job was done properly and the cars were safe to use.STAY AWAY.

Horrible experience. I am waiting for police report for a dot on the screen. At first they said it was a scratch then when i said what is a scratch they said it is a dot. It is smaller than an eyelash in thickness, does not go from outside to inside of the windshield. Nothing but figment of their imagination. I cant even get it in a picture. I told them to contact the branch that rented me the car. They cannot even capture it in a picture. Horrible service....Josef the manager is pathetic, scrambling from one lie to another just to make a point. We went from big scratch to big dot and now a small dot to no such thing as big or small because it will expand in heat. When I looked it up and showed them that when the dot only appears on the outside it does not pass through, it will not expand. Then another set of lies that this is not a dot it is a scratch. Looks to be normal way of doing business for them. The sad thing is i saw it and even asked the guy renting if it is a scratch or something on the screen and he i both looked closely and thought it was a bug or something.Update: police came laughed and refused to make a police report. Now they want to charge me 2500 dirham to cover the damage because I didnt buy premium insurance. Scammers. Stay away.

Total Scam!!! They give you a car with 100 damages... When you come and give it back they tell you that there are 99 damages marked in the protocol so sign you will pay for the one that is not written... No chance i do that, luckily i read the reviews here before (as i did book via another portal) and took enough evidences to show all damages have bern there before. Do not book here.

But when I went to return my car , they charged me 200 AED without any valuable reason .After reading all the reviews , I came to know that they do this to all their customers. HORRIBLE SERVICE. The biggest thugs I rented from them in 2019 and I took a five-day rental car for almost 90 dirhams on the day I returned to Saudi Arabia. They withdrew from the visa approximately 3000 riyals. In a hurry, to join the trip to Defuni with a brochure announcing them to make them sick with dogs

I dont recommend it to anyone, contact this company, friends came to visit, rented a car from them, paid a deposit of $ 700, have not returned it for three months, went with my husband to their office, since friends flew to their country, respectively, Sharashkins office , which even cannot give a clear answer, people do not contact, they will not return the deposit.
