Worst experience in car renting and waiting over a month for refund of the deposit money ..better deal with well known companies that treats customer at least with honesty

Weve had one of Paramounts rental cars for about a month, and the overall experience with them has been exceptional. Since the time we made our booking, we got a temporary upgrade to a higher class of car (because the car we requested was temporarily unavailable), prompt response, free delivery even after working hours, support for the one time where we had a check light on the dash which was sorted by their service team, etc. Their service is seamless and transparent, and we enjoyed driving a 2020 model year car for the last one month. They also accommodated our request for choice of color. Also, we requested them to extend our rental period by one more day, for which they also waived off any charges.

Last year had taken car for three months from them and decided never again, they increase and decrease rate at their own whim and fancy, they charge service fee on every salik and every fine, charge your credit card without informing and getting your confirmation to the bill.

They charge a processing fee on every fine while disallowing the renter from paying the fine directly which they can do without any processing fee! No one enjoys getting a fine and would like it if you didnt make it worst! Either allow the renter to pay their fines or remove your processing fee.

Very good service and excellent customer service

Paramount is professional and transparent in their business. They mostly have new cars available with them is a plus point so breakdown will be rare case. They are excellent in their service.

Not recommended at all, I recommend you choose any other international agency for a better service, experience and customer respect, I was a loyal customer for 10 months, and every month it gets worse, they dont respect loyal customers, Staff are so rude specially when they keep asking you about the payment before confirmed payment date, even if you would like to complain about something their response will be so rude !!Add to the point the extra fees that they deduct monthly without informing you , and if you called to ask about it youll spend around half an hour on the phone waiting for response, because they will keep transferring your call.In this market situation, I believe that companies need to maintain current customer relations at least, but when a company does the exact opposite that means theres no monitoring or supervision and thier employees dont care.Add to the point were

I need a car to rent and paramount we’re fantastic. They sent me a list of cars with prices and after I agreed which vehicle it was delivered that same day nice and clean. The drop off man went around the vehicle made sure I knew every scratch or dent then asked me to sign. No hidden charges,friendly staff and professional to. I would highly recommend them from short term hire to long term.Thank you Paramount!

I was extremely disappointed by the rent a car provided by your company. After 2 days when i got the car the tire got flat & when i informed your company they said you have to fix & change the tire yourself. Exactly 2 days after the car started giving me startup problems. I will not recommend your company to anyone & i will also inform my car insurance company not to deal with you guyz anymore.

They are big time Frauds!!I cant believe how bad a company can be with regards to there customer service.They will charge you excess and will never even return the money even if you call them several times.I had an issue with the car and they told me to bring it till Mafraq I actually went because it was a weekend and i really needed the car to be fixed.Not only did they not fix the car while i was telling there Manager that i need to drive far on weekend its urgent can you please help he just sat in his car and left.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER LEASE FROM THEM.Even there own staff admits that there management is horrible.

I have been using Paramount since 2005 and have always had excellent service from them. I used to be a long-term hire customer and had 2 cars for myself and my wife and they were always maintained to the highest standard and were responsive to any of our needs. Nowadays I make frequent trip to Dubai and Manoj always arranges to deliver the car to my hotel punctually as required and all formalities are completed in the minimum of time. There are never any hidden charges unlike so many other car hire companies that I have had experience with and the cars are always clean and relatively new. I would say to anyone that if you are visiting Dubai and need a car then do not look any further than Paramount.

Excellent. Place where rent a car proves that Service matters. The team answers for the queries. No hidden charges. All are straight forward. Will recommend to my friends. They deal in short term rentals, long term rentals and leasing of vehicles. Saloon cars, SUVs, commercial and refrigerated vehicles.

Poor service extra charge on credit card with out informing customer or sending details

They cheat your money. Even if actual fuel cost was 110 aed, they charged 140 aed from my credit card. This company dont do their business with honesty.

After leasing a vehicle from Paramount, for over 15months, today I called and asked Wether I could get a vehicle within the hour ! They have all my details, This was at 11.30 amThe only answer I kept getting was, it’s being sorted.By 12.30 my card got charged ...it is now 3.45 and I’m still waiting for the car !!!!When I called the sales lady that I’ve been in contact with, she banged the phone down and told me I wasn’t her “ servant”!!!!!!

They are rude, unorganized and Fraudsters!!The branch manager in Mafraq is so disrespectful that when I was talking to him about how terribly there staff treated us he just sat in the car pulled up his window and left.They will take extra charges from you and when you confront them they will tell you we will return the money and than never do.Anyone thinking of renting a car from them in AbuDhabi u better think a hundred times.

Car break down in al fujairah on Friday night. No one snswer call to assist.

Find the customer service to be lacking in communication skills. Provoking attitude from front of house. Non response to request. Not impressed with the people that I have dealt with in the last several months. They do not listen and give excuse and no common sense. I have been been with the company since 2009 as a customer. Management also non responsive. They where good at one point. Threatening and demanding. If some of the staff have been working for me they would of been terminated.Now I was left with a treating toned email requesting my car back by Mr. Manjo Kumar.after I had requested the company that he is not to ever contact me again. He does not listen and refused to get his boss to call me. He provokes me as a customers into to anger by refusing my request. They have done this on several occasion by not listen or by poor customer service. If you can not deal with the issue pass it on if requested by the customer. He needs training. He should also get his facts straight for what he tells others. i HAVE IT WHEN THE WHOLE TRUTH IS NOT TOLD. Common with some of these people. Some staff are good and professional.Communications breakdown and fabrication quite common in this company. Turns out that I got a better car, newer model, cheaper with polite service without excuses. It does not pay to loyal to these people for close to 10 years. They only take advantage. Shop around before using this company better offers out there. If you are with this company I would do the same.

Good point: car was new and good.Even Paramount states on their websites that the deposit is taken via a pre-auth hold transaction it was actually charged as a purchase on my credit card. When I asked for an explanation (had to call, because they dont reply to e-mails at all) they gave silly answers and insisted that it was a pre-auth, not a purchase.So be careful if youre a tourist, you might have to pay for the deposit on your CC due date and incur foreign exchange fees.Paramount first promised the deposit will be returned after 15 days, then it changed to 21 days and when I called them after 35 days to ask for my money back they said they will return it immediately. After another 7 days I contacted them again and mentioned police so they finally returned the deposit.Customer service is useless, dont bother emailing them with your issues or questions, theyll not reply. And when calling youll be greeted with the typical No, sir Dubai if you have a complaint.

They are really the most baddest leasing company I never saw in my life , the cars they give are totally not maintained and risky to drive , they give you the car and after 1 week you call them because the car breaks down, when they give you the replacement also few days and you call them to send for maintenance, seriously they are horrible, even the staff are laying all the time , I think the last thing they know in their life is the customer satisfaction this sentence is very strange for them .I never recommend anyone to have such experience with such company

This is the worst rental company by far it’s 0 customer service and they steal my money they charge my credit card after 3 days for fuel which I paid before I gave them the car, they lied and they said was not full and I come to know that the driver drove the car a bit before he returned to them
