I have waited almost three months to get my deposit back!! No one answered to a thousand emails! Will never use them again

Bas experience, they do not have customer service nor experience, not flexible and they leg you go with bad experience, not recommend for myself or any of my contacts.

Avoid at all costWorst experience everThey gave me a car with preexisting issue on it ( scratches on the wheel ) and I used the car for only TWO DAYS and had full insurance on the car.Now they charging me for this small thin 900 AED for a wheel fix to a toyota yaris !!!

This location is amazing and now I would only rent a car. Great prices and even better team. Had one booking and was running late, by the time I arrived, Nuhemi had prepared everything and just need the final go ahead on a few things. Only annoying thing is how far the cars are parked, and getting out and in of Arenco tower. But Nuhemis professionalism and gentleman smile made everything worth it and more!

Kudos to Nuhemi ! He is the guy i always deal with in this location. If you need a car go look for him. he will give you a great deal.

Called three times, was told i was being diverted to someone. The call then kept going on a loop back to the operator. i guess they are not interested in new business or no one was working on a Monday.
