I think Don rent a car attracts a lot of customers from Gants Hill, London, my home town. Quite popular there as a lot of people there recommended this luxury car rental in Dubai. I tried it myself last week when I flew in Dubai and it was a pleasant experience. Friendly people all around and really easy to deal with which is what always looks for. Easy people and easy dealings.

Dont rent cars from this company. They will betray you and you will never get your money back. They did not gave me my 3000dh / 800 euro deposit back, 8 months have passed now. Didnt get a reply to my email. They blocked me in whatsapp and they do not answer any calls.

It was a bad decision to rent a car from Don Rent a Car we paid for the depot 4300 dirham and the driver told us they will give us depot back but since 5 months we are still waiting! But nobody answering our mails or phone calls so i cant not recommend it dont go there!! Its a really bad company...

Made my first ever solo trip in August so was naturally jittery. Lost my mobile phone so wasn’t really happy. Found Don Rent a car on the internet as it was close to where I was staying. Great all around experience.This guy really awesome.

I was referred to Don Rent a Car by a friend who visited Dubai last May and these guys were highly recommended. Needless to say, I tried them and was not disappointed. The desk guy was very very polite and helpful, first and foremost. Which is the most important thing to me. EVER! Just be nice and kind. Btw the same desk guy also happened to be the owner of the company which made sense. Always thought why he was so detailed and thorough and generally seemed to be the happiest employee EVER! Salah, a guy from Don Rent a Car dropped the car (a blue Mustang) off at my hotel on October 14. I received and noticed a little scratched body paint on the right fender. Called right back and inquired about to find that they had taken pictures of the car when it was leaving their premises and there was no such scratch. Turns out the driver who brought it to me had nicked it, the same guy who had blatantly denied it when I had asked. So all this got me 3 hours late for a family gathering at JBR which is quite far away from where I was staying. However, Don Rent a car gave me a discount as compensation.
