Almost 4 years of renting a car from them and I can honestly say it went along without a single hitch. Excellent service and support throughout the period. Staff are very welcoming and efficient. Highly recommend their company.

It is a great car rental company. Had very good experience twice. Rates are very reasonable, service very reliable. On top of that, I happened to forget my passport in the car, I had returned the car already and I managed to call a very helpful person named Kamran who was working 24/7 and he managed to bring it to me midnight and the next morning I had to fly. I am very thankful of the gesture and I strongly recommend this car rental.

Fantastic to rent from... UNTIL IT WAS TIME TO REFUND MY DEPOSIT... 30 days came and went... i had to chase after the company for my deposit refund.

I would sincerely suggest to go for other car rental companies.They took the deposit of AED 1000 at the start of the contract and it was committed that the deposit would be refunded automatically in 30days to the same card after the contract closing date. Automatic refund didnt happened, and we have to follow-up with them for refund, if we didnt followed up and assumed that it would have been auto refunded then our hard earn money is taken away by dubious accounting/refund processes.And again they need to check to take more 2-3 days to process the refund. Why ?? I have rented many a times with reputed good companies, processes are very simple there. Good Luck to all the future buyers !

I had a great experience renting from Emad (rental period was 8 months). I got a clean car (Spark) and had no hassles dealing with them. Shahbaz was always prompt in assistance and the operations team were most helpful. I can understand that rental cars are a hassle to manage, but I had a good experience dealing with Al Emad overall. Very bad service I rent a car , they gave me a not renewed licence and they start to call me each day more that 10 times and one day I was going back to give them the car they surprised me that they are closing 6:30 and then I found it 7 oclock last call I tried to explain to the caller from the emad car rental that I am close to arrive there and he start to call me each 5 minutes and honestly I was going to have accident because of this call then I stocked inside Mariana traffic for may ba 2hours to went out I found them closed already without any respect to what I have damage and inconvienve from then I kept the car todays more because they are not opening in Fridays!!!! When I went to take the deposited I had to take picanto again even I told them I had a very bad experience with them they gave me Mazda zoom 3 and l have been promised that I will get pecanto I get another car one week later and I paid extra money for that then they give me nissan with a very bad smell inside and next day it is not working and I am tried to call them since tow hours nobody awnser even they do not have an emergency line for this very unprofessional I do not know how they run work in this herrable way thanks you to much AlEmad car rent for this very bad service you provided hopefully it is not happen with every body any way I will make complain against you to the authuries

We have rented a car and left a deposit in 1500 AED, also these company blocked our card to safe the car and according to the agreement terms they had to unblock the card and send money back within a month. All our requests to return money and unblock the card were ignored. So, dont repeat our mistakes and dont use Al EMAD serves.

Dear Sir/Ma’am,This is to call your attention to the service of your Rent a car towards to your clients.This is regarding to the rent a car that I booked Last Tuesday (1th Dec,2020), the sales in charge gave me a car of Pajero for 04 days, actually we just need only for 02 days that time, but unfortunately, she told me that this is the required days (04 days) of your office. And I understand the procedure of your office. In this matter I agree to rent the car in 04 days without doubting. Then the lady schedules the car as per the date and time of appointment given by me and delivers it to my place at the same day the car and she said it will deliver in my place and on the time we needed. (by 5 pm., and after how many hours of patiently waiting, I was dismay because after keeping updating her, when and where the car is, she’s not responding to me properly to my many messages and calls. And I asked the contact number of the driver (Mr. Walid) who will deliver the car. Then she gave me. Then I called the driver of the first conversation we had with the driver, he was saying that he’s on the way and I asked what is the cause of the delay, he told me that due to traffic and I was thinking that time is holiday why theres traffic. And this Driver is lying to me, at first, I called and said he gave him 45 mnts. To reach my place then after he said give him more 10 mnts then he will be in my place. Then after 5 mnts. I tried to call him again many times, he’s not answering my calls at all.Then, a few minutes later someone called me (didn’t get the name) and was saying that the car is not in condition. Then I was so mad because we are expecting the car to deliver regardless of waiting so long. Then I asked this person to give us any replacement or alternative car to use, and he said they don’t have another car available, then I asked him what we’re going to do, and but this talking me so rude instead to say apology or give the solution but he was talking to me very unethical way then he cut the line.I would like the following points addressed in response to my complaint:COMPLAINTPlease note of the following inconvenience that I had experience:· At first, they didn’t tell me that the car was not in condition when I booked. And after how many hours of waiting, and I called so many times even to your office, but no one replying me on this matter.· Secondly, why this driver lied to me that he was on the way and kept us waiting.· Third, we waited for many hours, but no one informed us that we cannot use this car. Probably the worst car rental agency in the world. Why? You have to fight every month again to reduce the monthly rent. They will send you every month a whatsapp message saying your monthly car rent is 1800 aed, even though on their website they say 1500 aed. Then you need to back and forth negotiate with an unfriendly employee from Al Emad. They are unresponsive, they work in an unorganized manner, as they have multiple branches but the branches to not work with each other. Save yourself the hassle by going anywhere else, expect for this place. We are now renting from Selfdrive.ae, much better!

They are easy to deal with and offer the best market price. They will even bring the car to you without any extra charge. You do of course have to return the car back yourself. I also found my file record that was missing and they kept it all the days, and returned it to me intact.

I have rented from this office for a year and a half. Very helpful and best deals in the city from a trusted office. Great staff And very considerate. The deposit was given back with no issues. I highly recommend them.

They are very quick to hire the car but appalling at after care. I understand keeping a deposit for a set period, but the customer should have it returned on the agreed date with ease. I have made 18 answered and unanswered calls in the space of a week and still the deposit hasn’t been returned!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE. They are are liars and will not give you back your deposit without an argument. This company has been reported to the Consumer Rights Agency in Dubai and advised me that they suspended their trading licence.Their cars are in such bad condition, and we had a faulty airbag that went off whilst driving and refused to refund our money. They then accused us of causing scratches to the car, lucky for us we took a video of the condition of the car before we drove away, once we showed them the video they didnt know what to say.Pay that little bit more and go with a reputable company, but stay away from Al Emad Rent a Car !!!

They are very good and they have a nice system for booking cars. But the problem is that they will withdraw AED 1000 from your credit card as insurance in case u made any violations and stuff. Most car rental will just place a hold on your card for the amount. Not an actual withdrawal

AL EMAD car and bus rental is one of the best car rental companies i have come across in the middle east. Timely service attention to detail and great value for money in the rates. The cars are always clean and well maintained. plus the ever available roadside assistance especially of the Deira Branch in impeccable. i would suggest anyone and everyone to visit them when they are in Dubai for the best offers.

DO NOT RENT! Worst rental company!! They gave me a dirty car on multiple occasions. They promise you to pick up and drop off free then they charge you for the service. The staff speaks to u in the worst manner ever. They lie about car availability when u want to change the car. Their cars are malfunctioning. Oh and they say open 24 hours with a head office ready to serve u incase of an emergency but they actually close @7pm. So if you are on a trip to anywhere across the Emirates and something happens after 7pm you have to wait till next day.Please pay an extra 100 dhms anywhere like hertz or national for 247 convenience and professional support. We have 3 cars rented from them for over a year and they treat us that way. At first they may seem friendly and assisting but you will discover otherwise with time. To add, 1000 dhms deposit for 1 month!!! Even if u want a temp rental for a day or 2!!!I love how all the 5 star ratings are from their staff!!!! Please be careful.

August 2018: Although communication should have been good - they use WhatsApp, and do answer the office phone, communication rapidly descends to farce as you get passed and referred from one person to another, each behaving as a business within a business.Having viewed previous reviews only AFTER I rented, I noticed that others had raised issues over the age of cars being rented out, and the deposit return being an opportunity to scam. So as to these points:• the car I received was purportedly a 2018 (current year) model with 14,000 km on the clock. I can only assume it had been left out in the desert for a couple of years in order to sustain the level of ingrained dirt, then equipped with 8 year old mats to finish off the look. It is possible the odometer reading was genuine, and this was some kind of salvage car, or maybe it had been wound back. Who knows?• El Amad take 30 days to return a deposit, and at the end of 30 days, will return provided you havent forgotten about it. The reason they do this is because they know that after a month you will be back at work, will have forgotten all about it, so they get to keep it. Better off raising a visa dispute - if enough people do this, their contract with visa will be jeopardised, and this sordid little practise will be brought to a close.Or better still, hire from Thrifty or Avis, get a new car, pay slightly less AND get your deposit back without a fight.3rd October update. 30 days since car return and deposit promised back by today. Predictably hasnt happened...28th Nov update. Still fighting to get the deposit back. Two disputes loggedvwith Barclays. Next stop, court summons...11th Dec update. Barclays specialist complaints have promised return of the deposit by force if I can prove the 1,000AED payment was indeed a deposit. Proof forwarded to them...7th Jan 2019 update. Nearly four months since my hire ended, Barclays returned my money to me in full this morning with a £100 apology for their tardiness in sanctioning a rogue trader. It is beyond their remit to withdraw Al Emads subscription to visa, as only Visa themselves can do that. But customers must unite to act where Visa have failed. I did.

It is a cheap price, but the service is also cheap. I didnt have any major issues with this company although I think they need some organisation to improve the service.

Terrible service, The indian worker there ALI , is being disrespectful towards me knowing Im a young woman, i want to see him talk to a man older then him, this way. He cants stop sending me negative messages. They over charge on fines and all their cars beep non stop when going over 120km/h. I wouldnt suggest this, any other american company is much better.

If you dont have any other option yes go for it. Make sure you are prepared for being charged extra. In case you dont pay extra thank your stars. No after sales, no back up support and if by any chance you leave behind anything of value in your car, it will disappear but you will get back everything that has no value.

The only problem for me is that they dont have partners in other cities for maintenance if you dont live in Dubai but thats not a big deal.

Please do not hire from this Company. I hired 2 cars from them and received appalling service. They lied repeatedly to me. Said a cars brakes were fixed when they werent, taking 3 attempts to fix them.Tried to invoice for other peoples fines. And when the car broke down (no a/c), lied to get me to take it back and left me stranded. I would strongly recommend NOT to use them under any circumstances.

V poor. You have to clean your car, (or pay 250AED for them to do it) pay 25% on top of authority charges for tolls, fines and parking fines. If you get a scratch you need a police report , and cannot deal with them on a Friday. They keep your deposit for 30 days but collect it instantly. Their practices are unknown to me and although outwardly helpful, the staff are totally intransigent. I would not recommend them - and I was a customer for over one year....oh, and had three rental cars in a row, all of which broke down, and needed their batteries replaced - days on which the cars were unusable of course, yet I still had to pay the rental.

Avoid! We are renting alot cars on monthly basis in Dubai and this company was far the worst experience.Very inflexible if it comes to changes. You have to wait 30 days to get your deposit back. They deliver the car free of charge but for return pick up they charge 150 AED.Make sure you count every scratch, even the smallest.

Imagine the worst car rental company and then multiply it by x 10. First of all theres almost no e-mail communication with those people (theryre using 1 email, several people sitting in the office - I guess doing facebook or something) so dont bother to send any emails since they wont reply. Majority of cars (had few of them) are all scratched with stains on the interior and sometimes even they want to rent you a car without working tail light (and then theyre all surprised that customer wants a car which is actually in good condition).Apart from crappy fleet - always they bring cars with almost NO FUEL. Is it really so hard to top it up since the customer will return it with the same amount? Of course - for Al Emad Cars Rental its impossible.I could easily write several stories about this company and the pain I had because of renting cars from them, however its better to put this as long story short: AVOID THEM! Dont waste your life with those guys. Cars are poor, prices are above the average and the customer service is on the ground level (cant be lower).

*** WARNING *** I paid a 1500AED deposit for a car rental to a man called Farrukh back in September 2016 and the car was returned in December 2016. I requested a refund from Farrukh in December but was told I had to wait 30 days due to company policy. 30 days passed and after Farrukh ignored my messages for a week, I was then passed on to Sadiq in accounts and despite it now being February and having received numerous promises from Sadiq, my deposit is yet to be refunded. I have now contacted my bank to initiate a chargeback due to fraud and Sadiq has now fallen silent. I would recommend anyone looking to hire a car in Dubai to avoid this company at all costs as unfortunately once they receive your money, their subsequent customer service is non existent. An unfortunate experience that has tarnished my time in Dubai caused by two people who have a complete lack of care or concern for anything other than their own fraudulent personal gain.

These guys are the worst! Horrible cars that either never start or are absolutely filthy. Staff abuse customers. Most recently Ali insisted I pay for the charges of changing the battery as their car would not start! Ridiculous behaviour and claims I am being dishonest. With such staff and cars, wont be surprised if these guys shut shop soon. Ali has the audacity to harass me about this payment and calls me repeatedly. AGAIN THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST. Stay away!

I rented a car from March 9-19, 2020. At first everything was fine, a girl who spoke Russian talked with me, she showed everything, explained everything. When we arrived to take the car, we all friendly told. When they rented the car back, they said that they would return the 1500AED deposit within 30 days, but after a month no one returned anything to me, I started asking for a refund, but they just push me off, send numbers to where I should write, to return my money! As a result, no one answers me in the Whats app, and they do not return the money. Today is May 13th, the money was not returned ...

Used the services of Al Emad in December 2019. Only the most positive emotions from communication: starting from the correspondence back from Russia, ending with personal communication in the office.
