Good thing about these not-so-popular car rental companies is that there are no hidden charges. Transparent pricing. They don’t charge for each and everything. Credit card is not compulsory. They are flexible in terms on delivery and collection. Once you become regular you get special attention. I have gone to big brands seeing the Ads but didn’t stay much there. Ads are very suspicious. Ads don’t include some hidden fees and very limited mileage allowed.

Thieves! My deposit of 1500 AED was taken in February 2020, and the agent Shaheen promised I would get the money once I returned the car. After returning the car, Shaheen said he will deposit the money into an account in one week. I left Dubai, and now, one year later, Im getting no response from him at all. This place has SCAMMED ME, and I will be returning to Dubai soon and taking this up with the authorities. Thankfully I have all the proof in messages and the invoice he gave me at that time. Stay away from this place!

In start everything was okay. But they are delaying the deposit. Not attending the calls. Also the vehicle was not in good condition. They have become unprofessional with their dealings. Try to find an alternative to this rent a car.

Disapponinted! delaying the deposit! until now! i didnt receive it. And they are charging transfer fee of 20 aed because they said they will deposit the money into account!

THIS PLACE IS A HORRIBLE AND FRAUD. I rented a car for 5 days SIX WEEKS ago and I paid the rent by cash and 1000 AED for the security deposit cash. They told me it will be refunded after 21 working days after I returned the car. For two weeks they kept promise me that they gonna deposit my money and Now totally theyre not responding my calls. because they know that Im out of uae the took my 1000 aed 😌. Hope karma will hunt them down.Definitely I dont recommend to any one to deal with this Fraud company.

Options are good. Prices are reasonable. What I liked the most is they are located close to union metro. I can drop the car and access both red and green lines metro.

THIS PLACE IS A FROUD. I rented a car two months ago and I paid the rent by cash and 1500 AED for the security deposit which I paid by my credit car. They told me it will be refunded after 21 working days. I returned the car a day after and have not received my 1500 AED after two months. I tried to contacted them several times but they just dont respond. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Very flexible service and cheap cars. Staff are friendly. They even deliver for free in Dubai when its not peak time. Just give a request!
