Hi everyone!We have rented a car from the Arizona company on 17th of July. As agreed, we paid the deposit of 2000 AED with a promise (in words) that the company will return the deposit within 1 month after returning the car. However, still didnt receive the money even after 2 months of returning the car.Everyday they come up with million excuses, but i am still waiting for refund.The only solution that will help is to raise a fraud case with Dubai police and Department of Economic Development.Its sad because other companies are good in Dubai! What a bad experience

NEVER EVER RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!! Read all 1 star reviews and see their copy paste replies and behaviour to the victims. This company DID NOT REFUND my deposit FOR MONTHS, and when finally did after my hundreds of calls, they DID NOT REFUND the full DEPOSIT, only a part of it. The Syrian manager Khalid promised on WhatsApp paying the remaining amount 2 weeks ago, however, I am still waiting. After seeing other people not received their deposit for 3 YEARS from this company, I feel kinda lucky that at least I received some part, but no justification of why they didnt refund the full amount as they are obligated to. Now they are blaming my bank like all the complaining customers banks. Seems all the banks in the world have issue when refunding, but Arizona Rent a Cars bank works perfectly. A complete FRAUDSTER! STAY AWAY!

I rented a car from the company. Paid the deposit of 1500 AED with a promise that the company will return the deposit within 30 days after returning the car. However, I did not receive the money even after 40 days of returning the car.The only solution that will help is to raise a FRAUD case with Dubai police and Department of Economic Development.

Same case as a lot of people in the comments, 2000 Deposit not refunded after three months...avoid if you can. Thats my advise.They will come up with million excuses so get ready to waist your time on whatsup..youll NEVER get a proof of refund.

Really great service. They didn’t have the car I wanted but they gave a great alternative, the Jaguar F Pace that got me thinking about buying it. They delivered and picked up the car from my address in Dubai at no additional cost and we’re on time. Highly recommended if you want to spoil yourself and your family with very well maintained and a vast array of luxury cars.

These people are fraudsters!They charge you a security deposit and then it is not returned back after you return the car. That is what happened to me and as i found out to several other customers.I already had my doubts when i checked the car that i rented on the RTA web site and it had over 4,000 AED fines on it from several years back.This company and professionalism or honesty is as far apart from each other as Earth and the Moon! Do not make a mistake and deal with them!A few more details - I addressed the company with this many times already of course. Every time the same answer on the phone - ah you still did not receive it, ok, well check with the bank and get back to you. Tomorrow no answer again. The only answer i received in writing was we will check with the bank. Sorry, but after two months hearing same things again and again, i have but at least to warn others.

Amazing experience! Picked me up from DXB Airport and got me settled into a brand new Jaguar. Definitely a great company for teens visiting Dubai. Hefty, hefty security deposit, between $500-800/vehicle. You are reimbursed but if your a teen driving from the USA in Dubai and get caught going through High-speed Highway Cameras, you can say goodbye to your security deposit. That just about covers your first fine! Tips for teen drivers in Dubai. Drive slow and watch your speed. Their are no state troopers, municipality police, etc hiding in the bushes. Arizona Rent a Car has a terrible reputation of NOT REFUNDING the deposit. Not recommended, especially if you are a tourist no way that you get your refund. They also create fake issues on the car and claim the insurance.

I rented a car in September 2018 from them, but by error they withdrew the AED 1500 security deposit, and it look long time until they returned it only in 2021, thanks to the Syrian Manager: Mohammad Affan. He is an honest man and treats customers with respect and dignity.Without him, I would never get back the deposit that was withdrawn by error from my account.

Anyone looking at this review, DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. They do not return the deposit. They are a total scam. Let your friends know as well. They still have not returned my 2000 AED deposit and claim that I should file a dispute at the bank, which is what they have been telling everyone else.I rented a car for a month in December - Jan, and still they claim the amount is disappeared in between the banks and they dont have it. I have proof that they deducted the deposit from my account and my bank even said that it was drawn completely from my account. Please protect anyone else from scams and let them know, read reviews from real customers. I have already filed a complaint with the Consumer Rights at DED. If you have not received your deposit, please complain to Dubai Police or Consumer Rights.

This is the worst car rental I have ever seen. I rent cars often and in many countries, but this company just amazed me with its impudence, incompetence and disregard for customers. They did not return the deposit in any way; 4 months passed after the car was returned to them. At first they wanted to blame me the scratch on the underbody of the car, which is visible only when you get under the car. But of course they didn’t have photos before my rent. How can I inspect the underbody of the car before the start of my rental period? They didn’t answer. Only after contacting the police, the deposit was returned, but several hundred less, no report was provided. Just awful, I don’t know how they even have customers? It is a pity that I did not read the reviews before contacting them!

We rent a car in middle of march and promised that deposite will be back in 30 days. almost two months now and still no pay back. Their custom relationship is worst I have ever seen. I made a complaint to my bank because couldnt get my money and they are blaming me to do this complain. They are saying that they can not do anything because we made a complaint to the bank. They also tried to deduct the trafic penalty which I already paid them when I drop the car. Do not lost any paper from them, any payment paper because they dont have any idea what they are doing there. I would suggest who reads this to go to airport and rent a car from famous companies if you dont like to have same problem.

The worst car rental company I dealt with. Ive rented a car in February, and now we are in May, and the insurance amount has not been returned. So far, I know that there are no violations or any damage to the car, and now I filed a complaint with them at the Consumer Protection Authority . Worse company you can find in Dubai.It’s been around two months now since i’ve rent a car with them and I didn’t get my deposit back yet!Supposedly they should have give my money after 30 days, but they didn’t so i wrote to them asking about it and the reply was that they needed more time due to the covid19, which was completely understandable so I decided to trust them for another couple of weeks.Today it’s been almost two months since the date of renting so i wrote to them on their whats app again and they said that i need to wait because of my bank which is not true considering that i’ve been in touch with them regarding this situation and they said to me that if someone transfer some money to my account it will be on it straight away.I’m really disappointed.

Third month has passed and the deposit has not been given back yet. I was in the office last week where an employee told me that it has been handed over but the bank hasnt transferred thw money yet. My question is what bank takes three months?! They promised to send me a proof of that on the same day - well I am still waiting for that proof. Never again with this company and I will take actions to get that deposit returned.Two weeks later still no feedback from this fraud company. I wonder why does the owner only respond to the obviously fake good reviews but leaves mine without response?!Edit: after four visits and threatening to go to police, the deposit was finally refunded. Horrible experience and never again.

I am absolutely appalled and distraught at the unethical/inhumane way this business is ran. A completely fraudulent company. They have not returned my deposit at all; it has been a month and a half.... many others have had similar experiences. Do not rent here!! It took 3 hours to get my rental. We got the keys and the car wouldnt start, the employee said we will charge up the car in no more than 30 minutes. After waiting 2 hours the employee informed us the car isnt working, He offered a car that was sub par and low on gas. I have contacted them countless times for the deposit as it has been a month and a half, and they just say it is in review, or has already been refunded which I guarantee it has not. Completely fraudulent and unethical. A huge shame to the khaleeji ways and to the world. Disgrace to the UAE. (They continue to ignore me)

We rented a car from this company in December 2019. We were told that the refund would take 30 days so we waited until January 2020 to enquire about it when we were told refunds are processed 30 days from the date you return the car. 30 days and some have have lapsed and still no refund reflects.I read the mix of reviews and didnt react as our experience was fairly good up until this point. I wanted to give Arizona Group the benefit of the doubt and withold my review until the 30 days had lapsed to provide an authentic review. Sadly, the negative reports regarding the refund are true!

Please be careful, i am 100% sure, that this company is scam. They took an deposit and i never received it back. You will always get fake notifications and bills (Screenshots, etc.), that should calm you down. It´s already over 3 month and several hundred messages... Hoping now for a successful lawsuit
