Dont even think about booking with these cowboys...I booked a car online (received email confirmation like any other reputable online service), however when arrive to pick it up my car they were no where to be seen.Their company is a desk in a hotel, the desk was abandoned/empty today and when I contacted them by phone they pretended they did not receive the booking. Then they refused to answer my calls.Its a cowboy business and probably a one man show that did not bother to work that day. Untrustworthy business, to avoid disappointed chose another car rental service.The worst is I am not sure how they have been allowed to operate in Dubai!!

They are so good , the car i took was on a good conditionThe manager replies whenever i call , even when he missed the call he calls back .good car renting office to trust .

NEVER AGAIN ! I rented a car last minute for a toad trip to Al ain and I took the cheapest car they had (only one available). I booked everything by phone, sent the documents required on whatsapp.I requested that they bring me the car to a certain place, after half an hour waiting, they say to me that it will take an other 30 min because the car had to be cleaned. So i decided to make it shorter and go directly to the place and took the car. Which cost me 40 aed by taxi.After receiving the car I notice that the breaks are not working properly, I immediately call them. The answer : we will see if we have a car available and call you back. Of course no call back. Oh no sorry I had a call back saying to be careful because I had no insurance with the car ... ( wonderful just 1 more good surprise) .So thanks god nothing happened we call them to pick up the car as I have to mention the office is not in BARSHA as mentionned online but in DEIRA, I texted them to pick up the car. So we have been charged for 2 days even thought we used the car for 1 day and 4 hours they refused to do something even thought the car breaks were not working properly.SO at the end we paid 2 days and now they are requesting to pay the extra mileage which was never mentionned before which add an extra 129 aed when I just wanted a simple car for 80 aed per day.I rented many cars before in different country and I never had this experience. They have no customer service, they just dont care about safety, just the money. I dont even know how is that possible that a business like that is still running.I forgot to mention that I strongly belived that tha car that I got was someones personal car and mileage were around 17000 which can not be true when you have deffective breaks...Update 8months later still fighting to get my deposit back of course none of there phone is working ... completely unprofessional and disrespectful !!

They are unprofessional dealers, I think this is a fake office. Dont waste your time with them.
