We pay a lot but the service is so cheap, the curtain almost fills down! The bathroom all the iron are rust! They must close one villa every time and do maintenance for each, we asked for a birthday cake and they said for sure we will bring it but they didnt bring it!! In the end, before we leave the villa the staff come to check the items!! They must wait after we leave and they can come in and check.

Worst reservations and front desk team. Their front desk manager Adeem (we believe that’s his name as he refused to disclose it or take any accountability) was the worst. He spoke rudely to our friends wife after his reservation team gave us wrong & recorded commitments.Can you imagine a hotel manager telling a lady guest in presence of kids - I don’t care (about wrong commitments) and do what you want? Quite shameless being in the hospitality industry that they believe in defending their mistakes with arrogance than managing customer experience..When we told him we will put this on review, he said I don’t care & ran away to hide in a room behind the reception like a coward. We were amused now knowing whether to laugh at the experience or continue being upset.We refuse to go back here to uphold our dignity.

It is a beautiful place to visit. I had booked the beach villas. But I didnt like the private beach as it wasnt clean and full of rocks!!! Second thing is the trees in the island wasnt organized well.

First, there were now shade in the parkings and in this heat the car is going to be a flaming hell hole by the time we get back (not what you expect for the price you paid). Second, the beach water was dirty and filled with stones my friend got injured and cut her foot!! We also almost drowned we saw death because there was a high wave (and we don’t know how to swim) and there was no life guard or any floats!! nothing!! When we asked for first aid for the injury, not all of them were experienced (we literally had to teach them how to wrap the injury!!) and gave us false feedback said it will heal on its own but we later found out it needs stitching! ++ The buggy takes a long time to arrive. The villa itself is nice though

1 night staycation for 3 gen family. Amazing place. Kids water park is great. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Only criticism is they dont provide any kind of milk/creamer for the inroom coffee/tea. Expensive but definitely worth it. Not a place to go to and penny pinch.

The island welcome centre is a great facility (terminal) easy accessied from the highway, the welcoming staff is very good and supportive, they will process your check in very smoothly. Good space to park your car (unshaded car park) free parking space.

Dont expect any VIP treatment, the rules of the jungle apply, you pay and reserve a ferry time but out here is everyone for him self, no actual schedule, people stand out in the heat to try and make the nex mini boat.

Amazing resort with a very high level of services. The food is excellent. The beaches are extremely clean. To visit at least once a year 👌

Nurai Welcome center is the place where you buy the ticket to visit the island. The service is quick and the parking is free. The lounge is comfortable with cozy sofas but too small. It has disadvantage when the weather is very hot, as you have to wait for some time for the boat. It would be appreciated to extend the lounge and make some shades for the cars that we leave for the whole day.

An amazing place, service is good, a lot of nice activities to do like most water sports, surfing on an artificial platform, most sports you could think of. It’s also a very quite place if you want to relax with a lot of privacy. However the food could be improved a bit.

Amazing place, restaurants bit far from accommodation site and you can have a really long walk or use the bicycle or call for a club car. The spa services were excellent. We had private swimming pools for each room in the villa facing the beach. Rooms and toilets were spacious. Staff were really nice and welcoming.

Peaceful place worth visiting in Abu Dhabi. you can get the full day access and enjoy the beach, restaurant, the spa and the surrounding facilities. If you are not willing to visit Nurai for the full day, I recommend you to book for dinner in one of the restaurants and take the 6:30 boat ( from 6:30 there is no need to pay full day access fees). one of the restaurants which I highly recommend is Hooked. You can take the boat to Nurai from the Nurai welcome center in Sadiyat.

Very nice beach and resort

Very nice hotel and facilities but lacking professionalism on services and food quality!The hotel is simply amazing in an exceptional location. We had small issues in the villa that where quickly fixed by the maintenance team. However, you expect high standing hotel to have those things fixed/checked before customer arrives.Food needs improvement; lack of flavor and spices. Some of the fundamentals are not meeting expectations which is a big désappointement. The staff in the restaurant are quickly overloaded even with few customers; they ignore you when you ask something and they seems to not understand what you ask for!!Finally, most of people we dealed with are polite and respectful but not really sociable with customers. Only exception was isuru (driver) and Ronaldo (housekeeping). Very nice persons doing all their best to please customers!Overall, great hotel with fantastic potential ... need some changes to make the experience as good as the resort !

Zaya Nurai Island is one of the most beautiful islands that I have ever seen. Has a nice beach and pools, kids playing area, water sports and nice views.

Beautiful island about 15 minute boat ride off abu Dhabi. My girlfriend and i went for a relaxing spa day and had a couples massage. The staff are all great and the massage was amazing. The only down sides were the lack of vegan options, there are literally hundreds of choices throughout the middle east but apparently none managed to make the short trip here, but not a massive problem. The second was the posers, sooooo many people just went to take a million pictures for their instagram. You know the annoying type, look at me im a model, no, you have a camera phone and an internet connection.

Friendly and helpful but they struggle to keep cups and glasses picked up and cleaned as guests pass through. Same is true of the island itself. Very friendly and helpful, but grossly inefficient. Almost like it is everyones first day.

The island is a great escape from the bustle of the city. It really feels like you are on vacation somewhere like the Maldives. The one thing that can be improved though is the service. For a luxury resort, the service is quite slow, with things like requesting a club car or ordering a salad for lunch taking much longer than expected

Very good place enjoining with family

The welcome center is there to take you from AlSaadiyat to Zaya Nurai Island. There is a nice seating area and a welcoming disk. Water and Coffee is provided free of charge. They take visitors going for a day trip and those who have reservations for a stay. The day trip costs about 440 Dhs per person. Even if you have a reservation, a payment of about 160 Dhs is required to ride the boat per group or couple(?). It takes about quarter an hour to reach the island. There is shaded parking area to park your car, and if its full you can park it in the unshaded area just before it. The boats goes off every hour on the half hour (8:30,9:30,10:30,etc..). The times of the check in and check out will probably be the most crowded.

They were so rude, when I called them I asked them about the partition they told me that if I paid 300aed they will put a partition for the pool so that no one could see us, and I asked them twice about it, they made sure that nothing could be seen. Once I entered I was shocked because everything could be seen from the sides.. when I called them asking about this I was expecting a better service but all what they’ve said that it’s my problem that I didn’t ask !!!

I booked a villa by the sea for me and my husband. And ended up getyi g mixed up with the dates and we never showed up. No one called me, to ask why or remind us. When I attampted to call them. It took me 2 tries until somine actually picked up the phone. 6 tried to apparently the right person, a Russian gentleman, whom heard me out. And proceeded to say I cant help youI have no doubt its beautiful, service I also have no doubt is terrible.
