The hospitality, kindness, and professionalism I saw from Micah and the rest of the staff is the reason I will continue to book with the St. Regis Corniche hotel in my future trips to Abu Dhabi. Had a blast celebrating my birthday stay here at st regis. The place is gorgeous, the pool is small but just perfect for family with small kid/s. The staff are all friendly. Checked in & Checked out is a breeze and hassle free.Since it was my birthday, they even setup the room with flowers and balloons and a small cake, which is really nice. Also, they gave us a room with a nice view of the sea.Will definitely be back here in the near future.

Excellent service form start to end. The staff is always professional and more than happy to assist with any needs. Nice swimming pool on the 3rd floor and at the private beach side, mostly used by family with young children. The beach was nice, tranquil and the service always at hand. I liked the gym, often the neglected area of many hotels, which was clean spacious and very well equipped...and guess what? The staff there was exceptional!The breakfast is a proper feast with good quality food. We had one dinner at the restaurant Villa Toscana...truly high quality Italian cuisine in an elegant yet friendly environment.

Honestly one of the best experiences I have had to date. The attention to detail, personalization of service. The room was amazing and to the standard you can expect from a St Regis. The added bonus here is really the team on ground. They were able to handle all queries in a quick and effective time. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the St.Regis.Warm welcome from the lovely female receptionist, very helpful, accommodating. She paid attention to our requests and gave us plenty of information, she was efficient and knowledgable.Mina, our butler, was courteous, insightful, professional, nothing was too much trouble, he is a credit to the hotel. Thank you for everything that you arranged for us.We enjoyed the pre dinner champagne history evening reception.The room was spacious and clean. The staff put balloons and a cake in the room too, for our celebration, a nice surprise.It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the beach club pool and beach area, through an air conditioned, marble, clean underpass. It was worth it. The sunbeds are spaced adequately apart, cool water is offered, drinks and snacks are available.Dinner at Catch was a delight.Breakfast offered plenty of choices, served to our table with a smile.We wish we could have stayed longer, especially as we were offered a generous check out time.😊

Everything about this place is perfect. The facilities, service and food. The only downside to this place is that the pool is a bit far from the hotel, but even this was done so that the pool will be in maximum proximity to the sea.

Bar staff on 3 rd floor, food was really amazing.... try it,will not regret! Only place in Abu Dhabi with enough alcohol - cocktails were with enough vodka, even less would be ok ;) !!!! Service was joyful. All guys at the pool area thank you, pool was nice and clean!!! Should tell you, you would be lucky if Taras,head of butlers, will check you in.... very professional and good service with nice smile. I love room this time as we have 2 separate areas for sleep and for coffee/tea/working. Also breakfast!!!! My favorite was bread with avocado and brie cheese, perfect eggs benedict with salmon!! One of the best places to stay in Abu Dhabi. High-rise building (rooms are between 33 and 49 floors or something), nice view, good private beach, great restaurants and warm front deck people.Few cons are - beach as they say is not a beach - its more like a back water, takes forever for lift to come, seprate sauna and steam bath for people without spa treatments, dont deliver outside food (could be due to Covid) and no resort feel.Overall you can stay for business trips but not a great place for family trips (specially with kids).

The best service ever at both locations Corniche and Saadiyat. I use Riviera’s swimming pool and cabana bar. Everyone there is cheerful, helpful and professional. Very generous dishes, complimentary ice lollies, juices sometimes. Life guards are amazing Mr Wasanath, Amir at Canbana. All the crew are Wow. Don’t know all the names but I know their cheerful faces. I would recommend it to people who enjoy friendship and great atmosphere. Can’t ask for more.

Fantastic experience in the heart of the Abu Dhabi Corniche. Every detail is cured with care. Beautiful common areas and huge space in the rooms. We got a half board offer including breakfast and dinner: both were served as a buffet and the qualify was simply outstanding. Will repeat for sure

Wow!What a treat it was to stay here! It was when the butler came and introduced himself and gave me chocolates that I really knew I was staying somewhere special!The room was fantastic with an incredible view. Breakfast was one of the best I have enjoyed!!The facilities are great including the Beach Riviera Club across the road which is accessed via an underpass.

St. Regis on the Corniche is stunning from the moment you pull up to the property until the moment you lay down on your luxuriously appointed bed. The lobby is breathtaking with a tapestry in the entry which is a priceless work of art.Registration was at a desk ( not a counter) where we were greeted immediately and professionally. Our butler, arrived to welcome us to our room and show us the many features available to us.We attended brunch which was delicious beyond words, the pastry chef gave me a tour around the dessert room and helped me choose items that were grain free. I have several years experience as a meeting planner so I’ve been to a lot of hotels, this one is superb!If you are looking to be pampered this is the place for you! Loved every minute I was there.

Excellent luxurious hotel directly on the Corniche. The rooms are opulently styled. We stayed in the At Regis Suite. The suite consists of a Living Room, a Dining Area, a bedroom and a fairly large bathroom, with a tub and a separate shower.The butler service is excellent and attentive.The hotel has a nice pool on the third floor and also a big pool and beach at the Riviera Club.

We had a wonderful stay at St. Regis Abu Dhabi, we would like to commend personally the guest relations staff named Wariel Batac for his legendary customer service, we had a comfortable stay because of him. We would also like to salute the staff especially Maw for the The Terrace by the Corniche restaurant for their exemplary service during our Christmas Eve Dinner and Breakfast. All in all we had a memorable time in the hotel. The place was very classy and comfortable, it is picture perfect. The interior was nicely decorated. Beach is really good.

Would have definitely been better if with nicer sea view but I was satisfied.Nice food and beverage service - The buffet and Italian restaurants are good and the Crystal Lounge worth a special mention with the afternoon tea service! The Tea sommilier gave me good suggestions on the tea and more scones for a great treat!!!Can be Improved - The turndown service on my last night stay forgot the calm tea!

In the check in they were fast and did not notice that I book for two rooms. I had to go back to check in again for the other room.There is bad smell on pillows, I told them but they changed the cover only. I told them again, but no one changed it for me, so I had to sleep without pillow.The hotel is good, helpful staff. Thanks but I will not come back again.

From the moment we arrived we were blown away by the grand ceilings, tall curved dual staircase and magnificent Art Deco chandeliers in the lobby epitomize grandeur. Great hospitality as expected Guests are greeted with Arabic coffee and dates, and directed to the check-in counters which are discreetly located out of site on one end of the magnificent lobby. The experience of the old 19 century was very nice. We had breakfast in the main restaurant, I love the way they greet you and start your breakfast with a glass of orange juice and they hand you an eggs menu for you to order and the presentation of the dish was marvelous.We had a couple of drinks from the Cabana beach bar and grill and they had an extra menu for vegan and vegetarian plus kids menu. Over all everything was delicious.I would really recommend this place for families who wants to chill and enjoy their time with the kids.

This hotel is remarkable. The customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced, and Ive stayed at many hotels. Staff are well trained and authentic. The facilities are superb, especially the quality of the rooms and the spa. Its wonderful to have so many dining places and to be so close to the beach and mall. Each day we were given free mocktails at the beach and delicious fruit and chocolates in our room. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

A high-end hotel in Abu Dhabi. Just here for an outing and I didnt lodge here. But I can say it has a great architectural design. The meals were top-notch with different types of meal (continental, Arabian etc) to pick from. I was there close to a Christmas and the hotel was beautifully decorated with huge Christmas tree.

It was an amazing week. The hotel is extremely classy, organized and clean. It is one of the top services in Abu Dhabi. The butlers gonna look for anything you may need, and they are extremely kind and welcoming. All the structure is modern, the gym and spa are excellent.

Nothing could suffice explaining the beautiful experience of upgrading our stay to sea view room.We booked half board so we had the set menu from Villa Toscana which was a “food coma” and we enjoyed every single bit of it and they provided a ton of extras that we were scared we wouldn’t be able to eat breakfast the next day.They provide ice called water during our stay on the beach to try and overcome the heat, and they gave out flavored iced popsicles which was a beautiful gesture.The room was clean and the butler Henry was utmost polite.Breakfast the next day was even better than we thought. An unlimited menu to order from and the choices and presentation of food was majestic.This was one of the best experiences we’ve had and will certainly come again and recommend to our family and friends

I felt compelled to write a review on my overnight stay at the hotel. My family and I were celebrating my fathers 80th birthday. I asked for a some special treatment and attention during the Friday brunch. The team didn’t disappoint, with champagne at the pre dinner drinks and a cake at the table. My Father was overcome with emotion, this is due in some part to the wonderful and thoughtful approach of the team and the atmosphere at the hotel. More generally I’ve travelled a lot and stayed at many hotels, the St Regis go that extra mile to make you feel special in every way. Make no mistake this hotel is a must if you’re after that VIP treatment. Well done team, I’ll be back.

One of a kind dinner!My compliments to the genius who created Helipad dinner concept! To say my wife and I enjoyed means to say nothing.When you enter the tallest helipad in the whole Middle East and you hear the melody of live saxophone, you are already amazed, however after looking around you discover that the entire city is right in the palm of your hand. This is absolutely stunning. In addition you can observe how Abu Dhabi changes from sunset to night time.Variety of food is exceptional, the same applies to wine selection. Not to mention professional staff approach, especially Manoj, who made our evening unforgettable as he was able to give a background of each and every drink we tried.I personally can strongly suggest to celebrate special occasions here, just like we did with my wife.

This is one of the hotels I would love to come back again and again. Great location and 5 star quality in all aspects. You are greeted with the best tasting dates ever. The finishing of the hotel is amazing. They provide butler service if you are in to it. The view from the higher located rooms is breathtaking. They keep the windows very clean so you can take great pictures.The Cornish is a heaven for runners and active outdoor people.

We used to have also the membership and it was my kids first place to ask to go in and enjoy their time. So, since The St.Regis was our eldest daughter favorite place we took a decision to take her and to all go and spend a night for her birthday in this magestic hotel.Everything small detail was perfect: the restaurant made her a cake and everybody sang for her, then we went after the diner to the room to find a surpris with ballons and another yammy cake! It was her best birthday ever, you made her 13th special as she has always asked for.We had diner and breakfast at the hotel. The food is just a story with every bite you take. From the moment I walked in and saw the grand staircases in the lobby, I was “wow’d” my entire stay. The check-in was quick and easy, accomplished while seated at a desk, not the typical standing behind a counter, additionally they threw in free breakfast for my stay. The Breakfast, by the way is excellent. My room was on the 41st floor, with floor to ceiling windows that had fantastic views across the marina and ocean. The windows were obviously cleaned regularly and were clear. The room was very clean and I loved the fruit and chocolate that were sent up. It was a very memorable stay and the staff is terrific. I will definitely return.

St. Regis Abu Dhabi is a very classic hotel, best part that it is connected to Galleria Nation Mall where you have plenty of restaurants, cafe shops, pharmacy and bookstore and best of all a VOX Cinema, the hotel itself has a very nice pool and Private beach in which you have to cross the street through their underground tunnel. The staff are so friendly a d the service is on spot! All measures for Covid-19 is perfectly taken into consideration!

When we arrived we got such a warm and pleasant welcome from Serena who made us feel right at home.When we got to our room we’re welcome by our butler Garry who was available for us anytime we needed on the morning we meet our second butler Samith who was very friendly and professional and went out of his way to keep us feel special.The very next day we spend at the swimming pool we’re we met manager Brian. Who helped us to find the right spot for us and guide us through all ins and outs of the luxury aspects of whole area.We were blown away by the high level of hospitality at the swimming bar.Our very friendly bartenders were Nico and Kumar.We loved The beautiful atmosphere of the live piano performance while having our dinner in Amazing Italian restaurant in hotel. The whole experience in this luxury hotel was just absolutely amazing. Perfect in every way, their staff thinks of every detail to make you happy. So I would highly recommended this hotel to anyone. Wow, first time at the St. Regis Corniche branch and I will definitely be returning! The service was spectacular, they have some of the most attentive, caring, and friendly staff I have ever dealt with. The pool is amazing, cleanest water and climate controlled so it is always refreshing, upon entering, you are given temperature checks, towels, and free water with a bucket of ice. We ordered dinner in the room and it was all top quality flavours, chef inspired plates to suit every palate, from the vegetarians to the meat lovers; like myself! The beef tenderloin is superb! Also the room has every amenity one could want, from a TV in the mirror to a waterfall shower and a floating tub! The beds are some of the cleanest and most comfortable pillows and mattresses that I have ever slept on. The breakfast was stupendous with buffet style and alacarte ordering, I recommend booking the half-board option because you will not be disappointed with the abundant food, menu, and alacarte breakfast is included so you do not have to approach the buffet line if you would prefer to eat as a family. Lots of seating options and plenty of staff at all times would highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to my next visit! Cheers!

Extremely poor service and unfriendly atmosphere. We had been there for a business meeting with around 7 people. Disappointing experience.

Beautiful hotel so much attention to detail on the inside and even through to the effort that the staff put in. The choice of pools were great, one on the third floor directly connected to the hotel and one where you pass under the road through an air conditioned tunnel to get to, this one is connected to the beach. Anything we needed we were brought and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The rooms were extremely luxurious and the sea view was to die for!

Went with our young twin children. Hotel was great as were the all the staff. The dining room staff couldnt have done more. They ensured that the children were well fed and regularly made them dishes that werent on the menu. Beach was also clean and the staff attentive. This is the place to stay in Abu Dhabi.

Feeling genuinely welcomed and the center of care for all St. Regis personnel even before you have an specfic request, made our experience superior. One of the best beds I have ever had. Breakfast just perfect in terms of quality, variety and service. Different zones ideal for work like the library or for a social moment like the crystal lounge. It was like to be at home but better for all those things you do not have at home.
