My mom is currently at this hospital, she is elderly doesnt speak English or Arabic and the nurse are shouting at her for someone who have covid and is already mentally stressed nor we can stay with her since she is an ICU patient. The level of humanity is shocking as they refuse to let her use the toilet and the reception and the nurses and pro are absolutely horrible. They said they have a lot of patients and my mom wasnt the only patient. Remind you she is in ICU, level of medical care is despicable and Ill be posting this everywhere and DOH need to look in to this matter. Is this how the covid patient experience is like!?

It is a well managed hospital. I was treated for Covid in this hospital and cured. The patient care is beyond expectation. They have invested in modern equipment for efficient management of cases.

Very bad experience... non welcoming staff... I came to the emergency I couldnt stand up they leave me one hour in a freezing room than they told to wait in a room without plillow without blanket until 8 am to have the analysis... and right now Im still waiting for a doctor or a nurse.... I came here sick and I feel worse now

Doctors are nice,but the reception people are very unprofessional and rude.

I wasnt there for any medical service, I visited yesterday for some paperwork application, so cannot comment on their medical staff.But, judging the venue/reception/front desk; its can only be described as medieval and outdated! Major renovation required. Its quite old building but need desperate facelift!That said, ample parking available.

This is Raveendra and It is very pleasure to share my experince with Al Rahba hospital.We delivered a first baby girl On 20th May. We are extremely treated well ,right from registration team,and doctors and nurses in emergency dept , obesity/ gynec dept , operation theatre , meternity ward, ICU, NICU, obs/ gynec ward. And all the nurses are so kind ,skilled , sensible and responsible towards every one.I should mention the security and cleaners as well- they are keeping every thing (facilities ) in order. Plenty of parking spaces. They served the food very professionally.Thanks to Al Rahba and UAE, abudhabi health care system.

Very nice staff but they didnt have a surgeon and referred us to the wrong hospital (LLH) who didnt have a surgeon either.
