I visited the Fever clinic last week with my two nephews to take free PCR test for students. The Filipina nurse Carol was amazing, my nephews didnt even cry. The Receptionist Nelma was so accommodating and hospitable. We received the result within 24 hrs., as promised. I highly recommend Bareen Hospital. Keep up the good work.

I just had an out-of-the-blue errand from my mother, to collect my uncle’s ID card, who forgot it there following an appointment earlier today. I have visited the hospital for several times, my sister and sister in law delivered their babies there. The staffs were very skilled specially in floor 2. The maternity nurses were excelent. I commend the filipina nurse chiki for being very patient and helpful with our patient after delivery and take care of baby very well. She is alone and busy but always come quickly when we call. She looks so nice and clean all the time. Very helpful. Thank you

They are on another level of stupidity. Pathetic service. Went there to get bills for my PCR tests. Took them 45 minutes and sending me to 3 different desks to tell me that its not possible due to software updates. My 6m old daughter was with me . The systems are so disconnected that even the staff doesnt know whats going on.

2nd time in a row worst worst worst experience starting from PCR test and getting my results. 1st time i kept calling for over 5 hours and i was not able to even talk to anyone to check about my results. 2nd time its already 2 days and i am still waiting for the result. THEY MAKE COMMITMENT OF PCR RESULTS 24 HRS OR LESS BUT IT DONT HAPPEN...... WORST WORST WORST

The urgent care section of the hospital seemed efficient however the Vaccine department is chaos. They dont have an appointment system so people have to line up for hours. It took me 2.5 hours today. Not enough staff to handle the crowds. I also saw people cutting the line and the staff obviously didnt have the power to stop it. The hours of operation change without notice. Management issues!

I am so happy with Bareen’s drive thru COVID testing . It is super fast and convenient. I have to get tested every ten days for work. It was such a hassle waiting in line in other testing centers and you have to make an appointment before. But with the Bareen’s drive thru it saved me a lot of time and energy. I particularly love that fact that you can park your car and everything is done on the spot. If it is busy you can pay before you even park. I highly recommend this service for everyone around me. Thank you for your hard work.

When it comes to PCR test, I observed the following1. Unorganised.2. Manual procedure and process.3. Delay in getting the PCR Result.4. Delay in updating AlHosn application5. Contact Center/ Customer support is very weak.The hospital needs to improve in so many areas such as digitalizing services and provide quick and quality services. Honestly, not up to my expectations.

Pcr results are coming on time but getting updation on Al hosn app is always challenge ..Whenever I did test and next day went to dubai.. return back to Abu Dabhi is always unpleasant due their IT system..Even after 6 hours from pcr results it’s not getting updated on Al hosn

I would like to share recent experience regarding my treatment of 2nd degree hand burn. I had gone to one of the surgeon for dressing during which he. Scrapped skin in such a way it caused tremendous pain.Somehow dressing was done , pain killer injected and was asked to see doctor after 2 day .After few hours of reaching home pain started again which shall not be case even after taking medication when the pain was unbearable I again came to another surgeon Dr Francis and told him story ..believe me doctor and assistant did the redressing and they removed the dead skin so gentle I didnt feel a pinch.Finally sent to home with some kind of relief from pain ..I had one more visit to same doctor and same proceedure was followed.I would thank Dr Francis and his assistance as they did proceedure in such a precise and deligent way I feel better as the days pass.s

I went 1st time for PCR test by End of March21.Pros:Rates: same as Govt specified.Wait: Almost No, time for visiting was 21:30.Was done by 21:40.Staff: Efficient, takes much less time as compared to other Drive Thru.Results: SMS and Alhosn App.Cons: No signs for Drive Thru Entry. I, like most of the 1st comers ended up Entring from Main Entrance. They must Consider this.Ps.The Drive Thru Entrance is just before the Main hospital in between the Diversion blocks.

One of the worst hospitals you would face, avoid if you care about the honesty and profession at work, I did a PCR test which the result didnt come out till now ( hitting the 24hrs mark) and I get a call telling my that they had to out my sample again and gonna take another 4 hours. Thats another way to say we forgot to send it to the lab.Hence iam already at the border of abudhabi.

Drive through PCR test in Bareen is one of the best in AD , because it’s not that much busy . the problem is in hiring unprofessional staff to manger it . They let cars in the parking and forget about them (( one poor security writing the number plats in a small book )) , And after 40 min realise that he forgot some after they start complaining .. and unprofessional and rude staff collecting the money and the ID .. but that is normal with cheap hiring .. there is a million good way to mange this and provide a better service than this .Update :Thanks a lot for the fast replay from mr.James .. who promised that an action will be taken to provide a better service .

Long queue for Covid pcr swab test, considering the number of people waiting for the test, the testing process seems slow, very slow. Good thing is that the result is available within 24 hours. Once I had done my swab test from another clinic which sends the samples to Bareen, I had called the lab in Bareen to request an earlier result to which the lady answering the call replied positively and infact I got the result earlier than I had anticipated.

They have drive thru covid testing, which is really convenient, but not sure if its available throughout the week or not ??

Third day in a row, waiting for second dose of Covid-19 vaccine for me and wife. they are saying stock is not available. They failed to schedule the people and zero information about stock availability. The ones who are planning 1st dose, they better visit to other providers like Seha, Mazyad mall, LLH or Burjeel group. This hospital service is a nightmare .

Its my first time to do my health check up and I was absolutely happy about the whole experience. From booking the appointment to getting the results overall good experience i would say.
