I burned through the minutes on my phone waiting for them to pick up. They never did so I had to give up.UPDATE: In accordance with the law took a PCR test on Thursday and was told the results would be delayed until Saturday because of EID. I never received the results so on Sunday I emailed them with my passport and called twice - both times being put on hold for 10+ minutes until I gave up.

Bad bad bad service. The contact center agents attitude when he was talking to me was so entitled and degrading. Me as an upset customer, rather than he calms me down and apologises for the inconvenience cause, he literally was rude and condescending.It was unfortunately the first time that I visit the center and now its definitely the last time that I visit.I will never encourage anyone to visit either.

Worst hospital in Abu Dhabi, Dr Hamdi is not behaving and not in the mood for patients

Wonderful doctors , staff and service.

I am not a patient in this hospital. But i came 3 times here to get Tamiflu capsules as they are the main stockists in Abu Dhabi. Unlikely other hospital, you need to open your file here first before you can get prescribed medicines. I can not say they are not great but their people do not know how to smile. Very different if compared to the hospital i used to visit. And they have limit parking space. Only premium paid parking there.

I walked in and no one checked my temperature, and as I was registering the majority of people sitting had their mask down, no one was telling them to keep their mask on until I spoke to the reception, and some put it on but a lot didn’t. With the current pandemic and cases rising I would expect to find more safety and precautions in a hospital.

I book an appointment and came on time and wait for 20 mints to see a doctor and they told me system problems, i think human made the system not the system control human lol bad, this is my last time to book at this GD Hospital.

They foul/cheated me twice once when they told me get the injection and come back and i got the injection from outside. However, the injection is covered by insurance( i have premium Daman) the procedures for applying is nt included. All other hospital/clinic is covered such procedures.I complain about it and i give the details for 3 stuff( call them self as supervisor) as everyone is refereeing to other but all were not helpful including a stuff considered as ( complain supervisor) . All of them were saying sorry and its our mistake but we can not do anything.Be careful with words when you are dealing with them.They called once again(4th time) just to say its our fault but we can not do anything and you have to pay for what we did not inform you if you need the service.

Dr Maki the cardiologist is very knowledgeable with humble personality.His nurse mark did his job perfectly.They are great team also waiting time is very short not like before .Thanks to GDC

It is without fear of missing the worst clinic in Abu Dhabi i already attended. Poor reception (rude staff) and a lot of disorganization.I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for a previously scheduled appointment and i was not consulted. I dont recommend

If there is more than 0 I will post it, In this hospital you will find the worst customer service and if you have appointment you will set more than 1 hr to see the doctor.

By far the worst clinic in Abu Dhabi. I have to follow up several time to know my results and every time I call it her no one answer the phone ot the doctor busy and some one will call you back... So fare for almost 2 weeks no buddy call or even bothered... Never again

Ive had a very good experience at Gulf Diagnostic, the receptionist was kind and cheerful. The process went smoothly and my average waiting time was about 15 minutes just as the receptionist had estimated. the waiting wasnt too bad as there was a coffee machine and a tv in the waiting area. The doctor was very professional and his nurse was quite helpful.

Casheir and receptionist was not helpful during COVID-19 and made me and family waiting more 50 minutes to get release for getting the medicine!!!!!!

First of all, I would like to appreciate the management and all staff. Really I feel very happy whenever I visited this hospital, we get full respect from all the staff, in reception area all the team give full respect , thank to Mr Elsayed Other from filling section , he always handling his activities in professional way with full respect to the customers. I new also to highly appreciate Dr.monther , really excellent , given full respect to the customers and top excellent in his professional job. Gulf Diagnostic Center Hospital is one of the best hospitals in Abu Dhabi. I have received a wonderful service from the Department of Nursing and Quality of reception. They have amazing and friendly smile with the patient. Thank you also to all the workers in the Department of MRI, and thank you for the service department.

It was one of the best hospitals 10 years back. Now it is really not good. All good doctors resigned.They didnt even fix their website.

Went to the hospital to get a blood checkup, the nurses all new that I wanted to get my blood checked and they didn’t even tell me that there was no Hematology. I had to wait to see the GP who was also rude and barely listened to what I was trying to say and then just told me there is no Hematology. I think the nurses should’ve explained from the beginning that they could not provide or help me with what I went for instead of wasting my time.

Bad service : long waiting on call response listening to unnecessary marketing services ..

I was called because they had an empty slot in an hour with the dermatologist. So l when there, and I get 10 min. before the appointment time. One hour later I give up. No reasons, and no apologies.

I was a new patient at GDC today. They registered me and let me see a GP well-under 10 minutes. I was out of the hospital and with my prescriptions within 20 minutes. The doctor was attentive, she listened and dealt with me efficiently. I was feeling very sick and agitated before I went to see the doctor, and by the afternoon I am feeling much better already. Such doctors and professionals deserve to be recognised and appreciated - thank you and I hope you maintain the excellent service.

Nurses were very attentive. The care is excellent and very professional. Patient care was their priority and making me feel comfortable.

Phoned up today to enquire about prices and what services were available, was put onto one of the dermatologists who was extremely rude and ignorant to me. She actually said to me why should I tell you for if youre interested just come down to the hospital. I would highly recommend not bothering to waste your time or money on these people.

I just called radiology department to ask for the price of Oral Maxillofacial CT Scan and they transfer me to the cashier..when the cashier answer he is very RUDE and he said he does not know the price of the CT SCAN. I as a patient must bring to him the CPT code before he will give me the PRICE..and he cut the line on my face..I hope the management will take action for bad behaviors like this

The costumer service department is excellent , they are friendly and helpful in any case ....what i notice was that since the parking valet they were smiley and helpful i had the good feeling everyone will be like that , and i was right !

Dr. Surest is an excellent internal medicine consultant, GDC is constantly improving their quality but still need to enhance their pharmacy service, the pharmacists are insisted not to dispense so many items even covered by the insurance.

I had appointment and i had to be sitting for 30 minutes to get in, very bad with appointments.

Poor service! Unprofessional staff ! Not recommended for emergencies! we came for an emergency case ! And they wasted our time only on the registration process ! Then we thought we can directly see the doctor! They told us u have to wait ! We spent 3 hrs waiting ! Really?! This is how u deal with an emergency? The doctor room along with the observation room is not well equipped! Really we wasted our time and money!YOU SHOULD CONSIDER EACH CASE AS A SERIOUS CASE AND TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTIONS ACCORDINGLY!

I visit radiology dep.before one month i did MRI referal from another hospital from my friends opinion i was not expecting that kind of service , fast and respectful .They didnt have the best accommodation and luxury we are waiting area we random see everywhere but what i saw there the most was humanity and ggod service ...big thumb wallah

GDC or Gulf Diagnostic Center Hospital located in al khaleej al arabi st. is one of the best hospital here in Abu dhabi. they are accommodating all the patients they have friendly and smiling nurses and receptionist also they have a doctor that can make u feel better ;)

I regret to come to their clinic. Worst experience. I already file a complaint for 1 of their GP doctors. Very unethical, unprofessional and i guess very poor medical background. The hospital itself should filter employees who can only fit to their values and vision as an institution.

Their laser machine is literally always under maintenance. I have only talked to Janet from the laser treatment and the staff at the desk and i have to say other than Janet the receptionist always have no idea what theyre talking about, they always transfer the call to no one and i kept waiting until the line dropped. I have complained many times and they simply dont care. Other than the treatment, my family members who went there (Im writing on their behalf) had a very bad experience. I do not recommend this to anyone.

Sadly the hospital isnt clean. Most of the staff are not nice and dont care. The pharmacy takes a life time to give you the medicine thats if they even have it. Usually you end up searching for the medicine in other pharmacies. There is no elevator to some departments in the hospital so you have to take the stairs.

Very poor service. I waited an hour and a half with an appointment whilst the dr allowed walk in patients to be seen before those with appointments. When the dr finally saw us he smelt strongly of cigarettes which is unacceptable for a pediatrician seeing patients with asthma. The staff are impolite and have no customer service skills. This centre has unfortunately gone downhill.

The pediatricians here are excellent and experienced. However, ENT is very bad. My daughter almost died after a routine surgery because of a mistake the ENT surgeon still doesnt own up to until the pediatrician actually stepped in and saved her life.

Never again will I go back to this hospital. GDC was my familys hospital of choice 10 years ago particularly for their great service and the fact that it was close to home but for years now that has changed.I was referred by an outside doctor to go do a head MRI. My appointment was on 25/07/2016, I went in 15 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment and was told by a rude receptionist at reception 5 that I will not be going in on time because the patient before me was an hour late so they just let him in. Now I know things like this happen but the receptionist did not have to be so rude and inconsiderate about it. After all that unnecessary rudeness I did go in 5 minutes before my scheduled time and the receptionist made it seem like he was doing me a favor and kept pointing out how he kicked out the previous patient and that I should now thank him for the huge favor he has done for me...letting me go in on time. This was my first ever head MRI and I was nervous as it is, I really did not need all this added stress factored in.After a week now and no one has called me about the report that was suppose to come out in 2 days. I call them and they tell me they will not be sending it to my doctor because they do not have his email address and that I have to come pick it up and that it was my fault that I did not check back in two days even though they have stressed multiple times the last time I was there that I will get a call when the report is ready.The whole process was way more stressful than it was suppose to be.The lady that did my MRI though was very nice, explained the procedure thoroughly and answered my questions even though she seemed like she was in a hurry but she made the effort.

Disapointing! Quick to collect your money but unable to put a stamp on a paper. Staff not helpfull at all.Do not recommend at all

Ive had varying experiences there, mostly good but I suppose it depends on the doctor. Sometimes you need to remind them youre not just a bag of meat and bacteria.Regardless, I still go there as other hospitals in Abu Dhabi are in no way any better. More importantly, parking sucks so be ready for a little walk.

Most unprofessional Gynecologist ever! Dr.Yezhisai Anabazhagan was rude and aggressive. Did not even examine and did not explain. Assumed everyone has health issues and quote..so what!Very unprofessional and ill mannered Doctor!

Imagine showing up to an appointment and being told, sorry Dr. is on vacation. This happened twice in a row for dental and for another doctor. What kind of a hospital does this? No quality control. I will take my business elsewhere.

After a series of tests, procedures and surgery I was told that my condition is unknown. (During surgery I was also injected with something I had not agreed to) I was not referred to anyone further. A year later I have another medical issue because of pure negligence, on the part of Dr. Emad Rahmani.Now I require serious surgery, and will be raising my issue with the ministry of health post recovery.
