Good but not organized.

We need our Al Ain hospital back normal as soon as possible.

I was impressed by the Admin Staff, nurses and doctors. I recently had surgery over there and everything went smoothly. It is a bit confusing to find a specialty as there are 3 separate buildings .

This is the most unprofessional hospital that I have ever come across. It is a place where Doctors feel entitled, and staff workers go to work for socialization, rather than patient care. The fact that the few people who showed professionalism, advised medical treatment elsewhere is indicative to this hospital. While there is a minimal degree of patient care, the emirate of Abu Dhabi should be embarrassed to have this as a public hospital.

Their professionals are very good. In general I am very satisfied with their services. Nevertheless, I have to admit that finding a parking space is a very awful task, but that gets sorted by being there 15 min before your appointment. Emergency services are extremely slow though.

I am expecting for a good service or to manage a good communication with the patient. I am here now and the staff nurse are very rude specially in ER department. I will not recommend to go here not because of me but for assisting my coworker. We waited for almost 2hours just to know what is the problem and the nurse tell us there is no best way just we need to pay to know. What kind of nurse is that very dissapointing.

Al Ain Hospital is one of the most modern hospitals in Al Ain. The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment.The hospital has different sections of treatment and surgery with the latest international experiences.

After calling the ambulance for my dad and spending almost an hour explaining his situation supposed they wrote the report already to hand it in to the ER. I was asked to repeat my dads case twice from 2 different nurses. Finally after being in the room for about 2 hours one has claimed that hes the doctor came asking me whats the case. How funny is that!! When I asked him about the ambulance report he claimed he did not receive. When I asked how come the nurses didnt notify you, he stated that they did. What was more funny that the nurses told him some symptoms I never mentioned!Dad felt vomiting and mom requested a pocket and asked dad to hold it, I know its funny. Dad did try to hold it for about 2 min. It took them more than that to just bring the pocket!! Its a hospital! How come a minor thing like that is not accessible??I didnt like the service and I dont trust the team. Will make sure not to b here again even if its an emergency.

Terrible experience. One of the most dis - jointed hospitals ever. Doctors do not have the ability to undetstand your needs (not as a result of language differences ). Rather go to Tawam hospital or Ain Al Khaleej.

The parking lots in the hospital are still the same since the eighties, that is, nearly 40 years ago. Something shameful.There are tremendous transfers that have occurred in the world during the past 40 years, and nothing remains the same except for the world’s monuments and Al Ain Hospital parkland.

A hospital has all the different medical departments .. There is also an emergency department.However, there are only rare cases for arrivals.

A high level hospital but during my treatment during the review I was treated every time a different doctor, preferably the same doctor for the same patient ..It also needs punctuality ..

I went to the emergency, shortness of breath, and the necessary work was done, praise be to God, I went out and surprised them by asking for a huge amount, and I am a Saudi and my mother is a citizen.
