After a lot of Google search, chose this hospital for my wifes delivery. It was under the supervision of Dr. Tabasum. A very experienced and caring doctor!All staff especially the nurses are very helpful and knowledgeable about their work. I would advise NOT to go to this hospital. It’s all about taking money and prescribing medicine you do not need. Maybe it’s just the dermatology department so stay away from there.

Just had to spend 10 days at Medicilinc Airport Road for my sons typhoid treatment.The infrastructure and the services worth appreciation . Found the Doctor Shafia Saba Memon (Pediatric) so compassionate and a thorough professional as she furnished indispensable diligence through out the course of treatment .All the staff at Pedriatric Unit at 3rd Floor (East Wing) had been exceptionally welcoming wether it was the security personnel Erik or room service, catering team or house keeping. Not least of all the extraordinary nursing team Irene, Hazel, Angela, Jovy, Ann and all were extremely supportive.I truely hope the hospital keep this standard up!!!BTW they have valet parking as well as 2 floor basement space to park your car under the shadow .:)

The Hospital Looks very small from outside, but it is a big and appropriate hospital, based on the facilities provided.The Staff is well professional and doctors too.Wait time is reasonable and the reception staff does a good job.Pharmacy is a little slow, may be due to the insurance process, that can be overcome by running concurrent requests.

Thanks to Etihad Airways I visited Clinic for Covid-19 PCR test. Service was gr8.i recommend you visit late night as there wont be any rush and u’ll get result within 24hours.

Its a nice hospital overall, appropriately staffed. Waiting time at the pharmacy is a pain, better take a print out of the prescription from the doctor and take your medications from any external pharmacy. Even though they have made 11 or 12 counters at the new pharmacy but you ll only see 3 or 4 pharmacist on duty.

I highly recommend Dr. Amgiad (Derma) coz he treated my long time problem very efficiently and with a lot of patience and as well as Dr. Amer Elbaba (UroGynecologist) who explains my case very well. My son have been admitted in a hospital and I was very un happy with the nurse and cleanses service .moving him to mediclinc airport road was the best decision I took .they were so fast in taking action I arrived to ER they knew I was coming transferred me to the room immediately all tests were done and x-ray was done on spot with blood test in my sons room .they were not able to insert a canola they didn’t annoy or hurt my son by trying their luck the immediately called the NICU for babies and nurse came and inserted it immediately. Now the best hospital I saw as a mother of four kids the best pedatric ward is in midiclinc airport road Full of colors and cartoon pictures for kids to not feel down or to feel their in a hospital .The nurses what can I say they were so loving and helpful And understanding and cheerful ,I have few names that were super stars . But in general all we’re fantastic .Our doctor was so loving caring and understanding he came twice a day and he was always ready to receive my calls or messages. And and their always doctors outside your room for emergency if anything happened you don’t wait for long .As for a special thank to an amazing customer service employee a lady I have no words to describe how great she isA lady in the administration that is always their for us and asking about my child and I I felt I was home .I never wrote a review In google about any hospital or organisation but I really want mothers out their to know where to go

I am a regular patient of mediclinic, and when it comes to internal referrals they are the best, but when I need to reach the Laboratory department just to ask one simple question for a very important reason (which exactly date can I do some specific test as they have told me there is some days only), no one answer for more than 15 days ( called over 10 times a day) call center is absolutely uninformed and keep forwarding a call to 4-5 departments, they have even give me false information about the doctor (oncologist) who is not there anymore, I have tried to take my case outside but as per insurance policy it will not be possible.So I have to drive over 2 hours just to ask a simple question face to face.Rudeness 5+Efficiency 0

Very bad experience and it will be the last time to visit this hospital. It is the worst place ever. I went for emergency as i had severe stomach pain and the receptionist said that i have to wait for 9 patients then because i was really in pain i was not able to go somewhere else and after waiting 1 and half hour the nurse called me for vital assessment and she was very aggressive and after she finished, she told me that i have to wait at least 2 hours since there are a lot of patients ahead of me, i told her that the receptionist did not mentioned that the 9 patient waiting time was not for the vital assessment, it supposedly that for seeing the doctor, she apologized since that is the case and either i wait or i leave.I went another hospital where i waited only for 20 minutes to see the doctor.

Update two:Even for collecting printed a printed results need to wait inline and I forgot to mention there is one counter working !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Update one: I came back two days later… Even worse, don’t waste your time like me … it doesn’t worth it.Their PCR testing service is extremely slow, around 7 individuals before me and I have been waiting for more than 50 minutes and I haven’t done my PCR test yet. Other places are much much faster. Really, way faster!

It was exceptional experience!My wife delivered our baby in Airport road hospital. Since very first moment, we felt care and respect. All members of maternity department, whether it’s doctors or nurses, room service or other staff provided highest-level service. Whenever we need something or some help, our needs were met in the fastest manner.Facility itself is very clean and pretty new.Looks like mediclinic really cares about their staff, which results in staff caring about patients.Thank you!

Very rude reception staff her name is Genevieve working in the neuro department very bad attitude with patients and her voice is very loud like she is shouting at you. I will never ever go to this place again and trust me I will inform everyone in my community about this disappointing experience!! especially with this kind of unprofessional staff.

I’ve tried to make an appointment with Dr Karim Elmasry at Mediclinic Airport Rd through a call center as well as by calling directly to the relevant department.So far I haven’t been able even to get through to speak with anyone or request for an appointment. Call center keep on giving me reference numbers and promising that someone will call me back to follow up, but no one did since Thursday 10th June. My reference is 21109716.I’ve tried to call directly to the relevant department by dialing the numbers given me by the call center but no one ever picked up the phone.It is sad that such a new facility has such a poor service.I’ve been referred to Dr Karim at Mediclinic by another doctor at NMC who promised and reassured me that I would be looked after and my matter would be treated and managed efficiently and with a professional approach. So far I can’t agree with her statement and I wish this doctor worked at a different facility where they have organized system with an emphasis on their customers/future patients.I did send an email with regards to the same matter as well as a DM via official account on Instagram. Unfortunately all were left unanswered. For this reason I had no choice but to use google reviews in order to get any response from Mediclinic Airport Rd.P.S. Last but not least, I’ve received an sms stating that my request with above mentioned reference has been completed?! When and how?! Because I haven’t received a call, an email or any other form of communication resolving my request.

I have good patient experience in ED as patient.

If I could give no star I would.Very bad telecommunications with this hospital.I wanted to do physical test so I went their immediately, I booked appointment to see a Doctor in the emergency as they told me. After long wating (1 hour and 30 minutes) they said we dont do physical test here. You have to see a specialist Doctor. Im really upset about this unorganized management.Dont apologize to me. Solving the problems better than wasting time on apology that nothing to do with it.

The staff is quite good and proactive but the waiting is abit hassles.

Covid testing center is slow. Nurses take break during high volume of customers.

2 PCR clinics, 2 nurses. 1 admission receptionist, over 30 patients. The duty officer assigning staff should be ashamed of themselves.

No coordination between their teams and no information with any one who is round the hospital. change their rules every day and patient has to come all the way to their hospital and suffer. after explaining all my concern they are bothered what they have implement overnight thats it.

For a hospital that takes pride in excellent medical services and patient care, Mediclinic Airport Road has failed us. My husband, who has been a patient in this hospital since last year, was diagnosed with back pain/ muscle spasm last Feb. 1. He was prescribed with pain meds and sent home. He didnt feel better, so on the same day, we went to another hospital. To our surprise & dismay, the back pain turned out to be pulmonary embolism. My husbands lung and heart were already compromised and he was in so much pain. He needed to stay in the other hospital for 7 days to be treated. Given that Mediclinic Airport Road has my husband’s full medical history, it is very alarming that something as dangerous as pulmonary embolism has been missed.To make matters even worse, Mediclinic did not even take the time to reply to my emails when I raised my concern on Feb 8 and followed up on March 3. I am not one who posts reviews like this, but when there is something wrong and a patients issue gets ignored in private, it says a lot about the kind of service a medical facility provides.Please do not reply to this review asking to send you all the details. Everything is in your inbox. I am still expecting an official reply from you on this matter.

Mediclinic is an excellent chain of hospitals, we had an amazing experience related to new born at Mediclinic Healthcare City Dubai but when we came here at Airport Abu Dhabi for birth of our child it was very different experience, first part of review is about in-patient services: rooms are tiny (again comparing to Dubai Healthcare city branch), there is no privacy in room between attendant, patient and staff through curtains (as its so small), I always admire mediclinic doctors and same Expertise level of professional doctors and nurses Here at airport road as well but during night shifts there is so much noise of staff in corridors that can be easily heard in patient rooms, some tests/activities are un-necessarily carried out at night shift ( to equalize the amount of effort for both shift staff perhaps) which results in waking up the patient again n again, nurses response on Call button is really slow And it was also one of the biggest difference with Dubai branch, either its a clear lack of staff or lack of management on staff, not only response is slow but sometime staff forgets about tests to be performed which doctors initiated. Now second part of review for out-patient services, Again Mediclinic doctors are best but this particular facility (airport road) is clearly mismanaged, the biggest issue is PHARMACY, its a chaos in pharmacy, usual wait time of 1-2 hours is normal, ppl often bypass lines based on their connection with staff, i even saw one doctor came with patient, she checked with token issuing person, bypassed the queue and got the medicines, btw same person was waiting for 30min n then may be doctor was called to help in prioritization, its extremely unprofessional and majority of people in Pharmacy were furious due to mismanagement, thought they cannot shout or register their complaint as its still a hospital but clearly there NO MANAGER IN PHARMACY, the pharmacist are slow, i was with my 8 days old new born and was about to leave the hospital without prescription as had to wait almost one and half hour. I really like Mediclinic and its doctors and my experience with Airport road was horrible, i would recommend ppl (specially expecting parents) to go to Mediclinic Healthcare City Dubai if they can.

The worst medical experience I have ever had in my entire life. Took a whole day just to arrange a couple of simple vaccinations and meds to travel to Africa. Three kids had to be dragged around from room to room to pharmacy to waiting room to nurse to I don’t know where. Avoid this place at all costs!

Bad and costly experience, I made appointment one week ago and they confirmed it and remind me, accordingly, I travel long distance and stayed at hotel, to my surprise when I came to meet the doctor they told me he on sick leave and no one even try to contact me, I waste my time and money and didnt get services.Its very clear there is no coordinatiin between appointment section and hospital clinics.

Worst hospital ever! I tried to schedule an appointment with the breast imaging department which was referred by Dr. Caroline, I called since last week, everyday, every hour and NO ONE, NO ONE pick up the phone! Unbelievable!

Went on Wednesday night for emergency had a fever and acute bronchitis...waited for 2 hours, doctor finally saw me and till now after calls and emails I cannot get my sick leave certificate...they dont care thats fine but at least provide my documentation.

Disappointed with Covid 19 vaccination appointment. Received confirmation last feb 4 and SMS reminder received yesterday for the appointment vaccination but end up not iligible due to the new rules. They should have not sent appointment reminder yesterday knowing the effectivity of the new rules of vaccination so that I will not waste my time going to the hospital for the appointment for nothing. Poor customer service in handling appointments.
