Good mershifull neet and clean

Tried calling them multiple times for more than a week but no answer. What sort of administration?

Good knowledgeable Doctor and Staff. All staffs are kindly and so patient to explain everything to you.

Doctor Ashraf is so a gentle and nice person. And of course he does a good job and so professional. Hes staffs all as sweet as her and so patient to explain everything to you.juluos was the best.

I go to emergency room because iam sick but this doctor tell me to have a laboratory but he didnt tell me the result and everything. No empathy for the patients

The doctor urologist mr asraf does not have experience and he used to go away with your issue.. Never believe him and consult him. I recommend you to go another hospital for your health . He is the worst doctor i had ever experienced in my life..

I always feel like I get plenty of time to explain my issues without feeling rushed. Ive managed to get in to be seen within a timely manner even without an appointment. The staff is great and the urologist was great .he made me very impressed with this facility. After he explsin and remove my stone in 30 mintes with out any pain.thanks Dr Ashraf

Good Service but they are little slow

Staff are uninterested in patients. Paperwork was completed fraudulently. Standards overall are very poor. I am concerned about the standards of cleanliness and clinical care.

Good service, i would recommend Dr. Ashraf Khalil, he is really helpful.

This was my pre op appointmen i get such wonderful care of me, explaining things carefully to make certain I understood. Dr. Ashraf khalil Urologist is so perfect and more professional than my past dr he trateted me from renal stone and uti . hes smart and kind. Great combinatioin.

They tell you to come at 9:00am for an a appointment taken 2 days back for scanning to be done at 9:30 am... Its 10:30 and you still wait... 1.5 hours for jus a scanning ..And then I return back without doing it..
