As i was daignosed with COVID 19 with few symptoms,Docter refered me to Mafraq Field Hospital.I was treated excellently by providing medicines and foods at correct time.I would like to thank the Authorities who provide all the facilities free of cost and the staffs(doctors,nurses,volunteers)who provides outstanding care for the patients.This place is neatly maintained.

I am a bit disappointed because i wasnt able to receive a message or a txt confirming for my second dose schedule. I had my first dose vaccination last January 13, 2021 at around 9PM inside the mall 3rd floor of Safeer Center, Mussafah Shabiya 9 . That time they did not bother to give us a Card because according to the lady nurse the message will be sent to my provided number written together with a photo copy of my Emirates ID. I ask one staff there as I went there ,said the provider was under your name MAFRAQ FILED HOSPITAL (SMBZ) for the due which is Feb 3 supposedly for the 21 days count .Accordingly your satff went back Feb 2 early to the specified schedule, causing a lot of individual for second dose wasnt able to get it. I just wanted to confirm or wanted to contact but to no available phone number provided herein. May I know to whom I can reach out for my concern.Thanks

We are due for second dose and security told that vaccines not available and giving wrong information that can get from anywhere..unfortunately no one ready to give ..As per them it should be the same place ..Hire good security or give information for them ..no contact number available to check the vaccine availability..

Good evening all.very bad experience to visit field hospital almafraq.several times went there before going duty,after duty,in day time ,evening time ,just wasting the time.very bad behaviour of staff specially security,dont know how to deal with.then the govt.officials on duty in these days there giving wrong information and treating people like animals.it shouldnt be like this but I am sorry to say like this.

Security team Have very bad behaviour and giving wrong informations to the peoples coming for vaccine. Very bad experience. Sorry to say this...
