Took my friend there.They provide very good service to patients.Doctor, nurse all are very helpful.Neat and clean.Large parking area🚗🚘🚙🚖🚕.24/7 service 🏪🏨.Wheel chairs for patients🦽🦼.Emergency services are also good💉🩸💊🩹🩺.Laboratory also included so you dont need to go outside for test.Ambulances 🚑🚑 available.

Reception service very poorly.i came reception no patients more. after around 10 minutes more people came in reception. that time security staff start give in Tokens. for me he give last Number.I told him i came here first of this peoples, but not care. he telling just wait. How long i wait....so leave from there. its very sad....time :8 :45pm, 16/09/2021.

Worst Experience!Took my 4 year old child who was crying out of severe pain due to urinary infection at 11.55 am. They made me run from one counter to another - firstly one urology doctor who advised to wait and consult the pediatrician, then the pediatrician asked to consult the urologist. The poor kid was keep crying. Then had to wait for 2 hours for scan (there is no separate channel for emergency service). At 10.00 pm the child is still there, without any proper support. Had to go to another hospital..

Its very well mannered staff good coordination with patients. Mr. Favas at B block reception and security guards at both doors assisted very well and taken good care towards all the patients.Overall experience is outstanding.

Prior booking would save time. Family waiting area is there. Staff are helpfulParking available in near by areas

Worst hospital experience i had ever, i was waiting to see the doctor but no proper channel to see the doctor after registration & vital checking. only nurse to handle many patients so no control over patients. people going to doctors room as they like without calling their name or numberbecause hospital accepting more patients than their capabilitynurse giving her 100% but rest is worst. no number token or any otherwaiting time is too long , if you morning & lucky you can see the doctor evening .if you want see the doctor need whole day.Although Im aware this wont impact LLH, I just wanted to bring this to managements attention.

Everything good except the internal medicine counter.In one hour they were only able to handle 10 to 15 registrations maximum.may be some staff dont have some experience. But all the staff be like same. 2 times my daughter gone after waiting around 2 hours in the counter for registration.This review also iam writing after waiting 1.5 hours for my registration.

Love the ease and friendly approach of the staff and doctors when sick !Special mention to Miss Ashwathy in the reception desk who very well understood I was in pain and speeded the registration formality ! The LLH Mussaffah hospital has to be more systematic to avoid the delays of the patients. Due to fever I have went to the hospital and as part of the COVID protocol checkups it’s take me to complete closely 4 hours and I am too much tired to wait in each patient’s room such a long time.

He treats me very nice and I will give him 100 stars out of 10 he is very care person , and I will not forget his nurse Nabeen that he assist politely, and Namshana nurse in Injection room I like her way of speaking to the patient either me she treats very good . Very very worst experience ever... 28th may morning 8.30am I visited LLH clinic musaffah , from there they informed me to see the doctor at LLH hospital musaffah, from 12.0 pm to 5.30 pm I Have been waiting there for check up, but they are telling your file is not yet open, someone have to approve it from shabiya 9 LLH branch they said, which means no one is responding from that branch ..now I have to visit another day within seven days otherwise I have to apply for a new appointment.😑😑😓.

Dr Ommen (Orthopedic and hand surgeon), one of the best doctor i met ever before, he give enough time to patient, highly skilled, well experienced, listen to patient very carefully, very confident and friendly. may be waiting time would be more if u go walk in, but totally worth of it. i pray not to visit any Orthopedician in my life but if needed he is my first choice. Thanks LLH Mussafah to have wonderful doctor like him.

The hospital is unique, doctors can diagnose the disease easily and quickly, they do things for emergency treatment, nursing care is highly valued, and they do their best. However, the processing of a consultation needs to be updated and it may take longer to get a doctor. All amenities including hospitality, consultation, care and cleaning are excellent. My experience at this hospital was excellent.

But hospital dont want to share.. 80055 also I call they talk to supervisor still they didnt do anything... Its really careless...Dont go this hospital....

The efforts you put into my cate was so lovely to see. I was so impressed to see how you dealt with the covid patients with so much love as if they were your family. I have been preferred this hospital for mine & my family members treatment since I came to Abu Dhabi 2009. I was very satisfied and happy with the staff services and the Doctors. but I had such a worst experience in my life happened with LLH last week, when I was rushed to LLH after fall on bathroom. I got all emergency treatment and the Doctor on duty was well attended at Emergency ward. I had mild fractures on my back and the main doctor Dr. Raghavendra who is supposed to handle my case after CT scan didnt even come n see me and prescribed medicine by Emergency ward doctor and advised me for 7 days bedrest. after finished my bedrest I went to Hospital for further treatment as advised and i Met the same Dr. Raghavendra but he didnt even checked my injury and the areas of pain and prescribed tablets and advised me no problem to back on duty. but i have such severe pain and I consulted an Orthopedic and he was surprised for not even suggest a waist belt for my condition. also he changed my medicines and now I am recovering rapidly.

I delivered my baby boy last month thr.. best experience ever.. doctor fatima is hands down the best gyno and the staff thr is super cooperative polite and helpful

LLH hospital is the best in the area with Specialized Health Care Facility . Located at Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. For orthopedic Dr.oommen is best as I visited him .He describe the problem in detail . Llh hospital has good doctors and staff. Really the best in mussafah abudhabi . The rush is a bit high but the treatments are excellent . The appointment is hard to get for most of doctors mostly when required but walk in facility is there. There is some coffee machines , telephone charging facility etc which may come to use when heavy rush comes . I have not seen this kind of rush anywhere else in near by hospital , this rush is only due to the best doctors and staff in this hospital . If for a normal medical checkup i wont suggest this place as you will have to wait a bit long for all test where as for pain and diseases you will get best treatment in all ways . I also show my children here for any issues to Dr. Abdul bari . One of the best doctor you will come across , with lots of knowledge and the way he treats is something i cant explain . Dr Mathew vedukoot, gastroenterologist specialist is not recommended for gastro or intestinal issues...I had gastroentestinal issues, he asked to ultrasonic, then x ray and blood test..when we did and took reports to him..He didnot meet us and when we pressurized her receptionist, she went in and came out to say Sorry, everything is fine and no medicine for u.. and doctor cant meet as appointments are full...Even today my wife is suffering frm vomits if she eats anything..

I had a bad experience with LLH hospital Mussfah last week.. I went to the LLH to treat a deep knife wound on my left hand and they dressed it perfectly and as per the doctor’s instruction I asked the staffs to get Tetanus Toxoid Injection, they said they’re not keeping that vaccine here but if I order they can provide anytime on next day but they said it’s cost 15 AED even I have medical cover, I paid 5 AED advance on that day. Next day evening 8 pm I went to take TT Injection and they asked me to come late night 11 pm 🤷🏻‍♂️, Actually I mean to say that they are not perfect on their Job (except the doctor) better to think twice before you choose. Thanks.

I am visiting this hospital for more than 6 years for myself and my family. Long waiting time always even after taking appointments. Staff behavior is not to the mark and kind of rude. I have consulted a doctor and after 5 days called for appointment again for follow up as sickness was not reduced but they said that doctor whom i have consulted is on leave for 2 days.. so i visited the next available day but in the hospital they asked me to pay 50 dirhams again for registration. I said doctor was not available and came for follow up but they dont care without paying 50 dirhams. They advised that u should have come on thursday and other doctors were available. So it seems we are at their mercy and they will decide which doctor we have to consult.

My appointment was at 11:30 am, it’s 1:30pm now. am still waiting to see the gastro specialist.At 11:45 they said doctor is busy n will be available in 30 minutes., at 12:30 they said doctor is available now, it’s been 1 hour since they said doctor is available and now doctor is not available in his cabin.Tell the truth and Everyone knows it’s hard to find the truth in medical industry.

I did my health/medical check up @ 26 Feb and was told that the report will be sent to be mail within 4 hours and after almost 200 hours & tons of emails and call . i am still waiting for my reportPlease you need to improve it!!!

Not advisable for cash customers. They will not discharge the patient until the amount reach up to security deposit. Rooms charges are so expensive morethan 5 star hotel rate.

We went to Mussafah LLH hospital with a case , baby swallowed 3 silica gel balls we were directed to Emergency care and one doctor in emergency was not ready to see the kid it self they asked nurse to check and told we cannot attend the case since silica gel is very poisonous and it can cause harm to baby soon. Neither they have given any basic treatment nor give any direction. But they have increased panic situation of Parents since kid was only 14 months old. Then we went to mafaraq hospital and got proper treatment. Was wondering if big hospital like LLH is only for treatment of safe cases doesn’t require these much facilities there. Nor the doctor have basic idea what eating silica gel can cause.

It was mine first to LLC hospital of Musaffah. During the visits doctor were good but the staff behaviour in :- counter of USG is not good , poor message pass , poor communication , showing rude manners.....

Special mentioned Dr.Nandini Menon, who take good care of me during and after my surgical operation. as well the nurses who called me and checking up on me..Thank you for this team.

Reception staff will never give you the appointment with the best doctors. They will try first to fix you with new doctors who dont have good experience. You need to ask consistently for it. They will always say doctors appointment is full. Search through Internet by the name of experienced doctors and then go to this hospital. This may give you a better experience with this hospital. Facilities are good here. Best of luck

Worst experience ever. For ultrasound only has one female doctor. when we reach she left and needed to meet male doctor for ultrasound. Not at all convenient for ladies. Hope they can have two female doctors for ultrasound also. Otherwise staffs are good. Insurance department always busy and each time approval takes long time due to late submission to the system...

Would give 5 star for the dr... Dr bari the pediatrician...but the service when my baby got hospitalized was v bad...when i i ask for diaper and wipes to clean my hospitalized 17 months old baby, the sister said get a tissue paper, wet it and do😔 how can a nurse say that... patheticAnd another thing is only a few nurses close the door while leaving the room despite the fact i was alone in the room with a baby who needs to be fed time to time.

We have visited to LLH Mussafah, Fully satisfied with Dr Sajeev S Nair, (pulmonologist -specialist in respiratory medicine )treatment. He is a Very good Doctor and treats with full satisfaction.He clearly explains the symptoms and corrective coarse of action with duration.Myself and my wife are recovered Within a day.
