Aster is generally one of the best clinic/hospitals I have visited so far. Particularly aster clinic tourist club area is exceptionally great. Great services ,understanding staff, rapid and very polite to their guests. In an overall I was so happy and pleased with the services and I will like to recommend this place. They also have strict covid-19 rules. Parking available and paid, 9:00pm they are closed

Worst experince ever , i have reached this poor clinic by thursday 26/08/2021 at 9 am to do PCR test for covid 19 to get it ready after max 24 hrs to get easily access to abu dhabi mallsNext day i didnot receive any message test result and they and i couldnot enter any mall in abu dhabi , they have wasted my weekend and i will report the same to SEHAAfter thousands of un asnwered calls i have reached them myself and found that they updated my passport number mistakenly thats why my al hosn app was not updated and still not greenAgain. Please never use this clinic. They are poor and have zero experince on handling patients complains

Dr. Phalguna is expert in identifying the problem or sickness of the child, Good at directing the correct meditational treatment in order to solve the health problem.He has a lot of patience towards parents in hearing to them as well as suggesting medication , guidance to deal the situation and overcome it.He has given good moral support along with right medication , confidence and diet.Thank you Doctor Phalguna.The staff also cooperated very well, they were supportive.

I went for check up yesterday the General practitioner Dr. Nikitha Satheesh is not understand a patient genuine heath problem. She is so arrogant she doesn’t have any manner. She doesn’t give me sick leave certificate also she behave like i asked her for kidney. I have medical Insurance card & our company paid for that. But I don’t what is her problem to give medical certificate for Genuine reason. And asked me irrelevant questions and argue with me. Very bad experience with Aster Tourist club area. I feel from his way of talking like me she make trouble to many patient. Aster Group please change that Doctor for patient referral.

Never ever pick up the phone to book appointments or any clarification. Dont be surprised if the telephone operators are rude (only if they answer the call). We had to follow up at least 6-7 times to get a soft copy of our test results and that too, the front desk staff was like she is doing a favor to us. Doctors are quite okay... But very poor support staff (front desk). Even if you have an appointment, you are still in long queue. This is absolute disgrace for Aster brand.. I really wish the CEO or someone from their senior management experience the same pain that we go through.

I would like to file a complain about the general doctor sadath salim , he is unprofessional and all and taught free of humanity , I was sick and I got worse because of his behaviour , I would like to tell him be more human with your patients . Such noble profession shouldnt be in those peoples hands.

Very sarcastic customer service from the counter, we just ask for follow up but the way she asnwered us is very unprofessional.1 nurse and 1 doctor only whos attending everyone. And there is another nurse for only PCR. Thats it! The service is very slow. And its very crowded. I even call before I came here hut they insisted that just come as a walk in.In the que, its been 15-minutes standing after thatIt takes me 1 hour and 35minutes just to be assisted by nurse to check my status.I was sick why im here. But they dont.mind assisting people who needs urgent medical treatment.I went here not be exposed too much to other people but I was wrong. My decision was wrong to choose this Clinic.For sure will spread the news.And will never come back again.This kind of service most specially with medical assistance needs more improvement. Very disappointed.

Not satisfied with their performance, I came with my wife, I was given a token and told that thefe was one patient with the doctor and one patient waiting outside. When it was our turn they did not call the token number and hurried another patient. When I complained to the nurse she simply stated that the other patient was there earlier when I asked why she did not call by token if that is the policy she simply replied that its the doctor that calls for the patient.All in all not a professional approach to treating patients.Would request the management to look into this token procedure and make sure that the staff adhere to

Its overall a great experience. I visited for my 4 year old daughter. We consulted Dr. Phalguna Kaushika(pediatrician). He is excellent, very patient, professional. Clearly explained everything and spent very good amount of time for us, and provide health education too. I really appreciate the staff including Ms.Nimmi and Ms. Anu and overall appointment process.I highly recommend Dr. Phalguna Kaushika in Aster Clinic - Pediatrics.

Dr. Phalguna Kaushik is the best pediatrician I have ever met! He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! My daughter has been suffering from constipation problem since 2 years. No doctor so far gave me clear reason and treatment but Dr. Phalguna Kaushik did. I highly recommend him if you are looking for the best pediatrician. The staff were also amazing.

Very limited staff due to which it take so long to consult the doctor.Many of our friends were visiting here but now due to this delays they all changed to different hospitals.We are still coming here for Dr Nikitha due to her expertise and service.Please add more staff to the hospital to keep the old standard.

Had to visit the clinic yesterday to collect my blood test result ( which they mentioned they would send by mail or phone number I provided but didnt send) on top of that the front staff in the 2nd floor was extremely rude.

I was in the clinic in tourist club area Abu Dhabi three times last week with my sister who is Down syndrome, the gentleman in the recption name Visakh (I’m not sure if I got the name correct) he was amazing & very helpful he identifies how to prioritize needs he is a great asset to your company.

The place smells, overcrowded, i had an appointment at 17, did not receive a number and by 17:40 two patients walked in with no number. The reception guy says its a walkin despite me showing the code for my prebooked appointment on the app. Never coming here again.

Over all aster clinic tourist club are is good. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. But still few things requires improvement. They do not have elevator to take patients 1st floor also they do not have reserved parking for hospital. Hospitals should have parking for there patients.

They dont answer calls. You have to try multiple times.My medical report and sick leave have not been given. I called and emailed them but no reponse.

I give 5 stars to Indian Dr. Phalguna Kousika, pediatrician. He was very friendly and attentive. He was too patient and tolerated my kids fuzziness and tried his maximum to make her feel safe and calm. Clearly explained in detaiĺ about her reports and medication along with diet chart. Thanks to you Doctor!Less one star (0 star) for the front desk staffs in first floor for not welcoming (no smile, no kind gestures...). Filipino staff nurses are very good and gentle to everyone. Keralite staffs do not wear any smile if you are not their national. While taking blood, my 17month old kid cried to death and that area was swollen for two days. For blood test or vaccine or infact for anyother injections, I need to double think to visit the Clinic incase the staff will do instead of the Doctor. Forgot to mention : The one in the entrance is very welcoming.

My name is Antar BenghaliaLast week I had a terrible backache.This clinic was the nearest to me so I went there.I had to take the stairs because there is no lift.My visit took 4 minutes i think..3 minutes waiting and 20 seconds with Dr.Nikita...she didn’t bother herself at all (no Hippocratic Oath was found)...I told her I didn’t sleep last night please give me a pain killer...she was like ”ok” and she didn’t...and I didn’t sleep for another night until I went to another clinic.If you want to save time, energy and “money” don’t go there...very bad experience.

My spouse had her entire pregnancy treatment and delivery under Dr. Faby Abraham, Aster Clinic, Tourist Club Area, Abu Dhabi.During the entire treatment, Dr. Faby has been proactive in all types of examinations required. She managed to reduce the number of visits to avoid getting infected with COVID-19. During the delivery period, though there were some complications but Dr. Faby managed to handle those easily being more active and personally followed up the treatment at Medeor hospital.Dr. Faby understands her patients very well, listen to their concerns calmly and provide all kind of suggestions and possible supports. I am Diabetic past 10 years my sugars were chaotic high met many doctors but in vain heard of Dr.Vinu internal medicine from my group chat just met him as usual he followed up with my past results and my tons of old medicines....i must say his counselling is fabulous ,he gave me a diet chart made me follow up regulary was very patient enough to listen to all my queries and my sugars are under control and he is very friendly attends my queries when i call him in clinic despite of his busy time...i would recommend him to everyone !!

Ive been a patient for 3 years now and the service is always friendly, kind, and fast. The doctor will see you and diagnose you accordingly. I came in December and was diagnosed with Bronchitis. Dr. Neethish prescribed a breathing treatment and medicine that had me feeling better much quicker than expected. The service and ease of appointment making is seamless. First, when you approach the reception, you will see two receptionist without smiling and not welcomed. I had to wait until 1h30m to see the doctor even though you have appointment.Second, AVOID Dr. Harrith !!As I explained above. The doctor not following appointment procedure, he just let other patient enter. My wife was skipped by two families without informing the patient who had appointment.

Worst dont even know the priorities of patients busy attending diabetic and cholesterol patient took almost 2 hours to attend patient bleeding and in severe pain having injury and bleeding.Be practical know emergency and priority.

Terrible service. Receptionist directed my call to Dr hareth and he was really aggressive. I informed him that I was following up my case with another Dr in the other branch in hamdan street and she left so I need to follow up with him. He aggressively replied if my insurance is covered or I need approval it will take long time and told me exactly what do you want me to do for you exactly now I do not understand !!He took my number and said he will call back and he didnt . What a terrible and horrible attitude against patients . You are supposed to help people not push them away. Doctors and staff in hamdan street are waaay better

I came there at 8:40 pm feeling so dizzy and under high temperature. I approach reception and the receptionist were laughing with each other without to ask me why I am there. When I said that I dont feel well i need somebody to check me. She said cold as ice that Doctora is already packed to leave home and they are about to close?! There were 20 min more and clinic were empty. I asked them if i die there they will not ask somebody to help me because they need to go home 20 min before working time is over. She just laughed at me and said sorry we are closing. If this is what the etic in one hospital is then they can consider themself not humans. Person standing in fron of them shaking and they just rejected me before working time. This is how the dog is not supposed to be treated. Shame!

I thought NMC tops the list of worst hospital but Someone just topped it here - AsterClinic in Tourist club area. I have been waiting here since more than 1hr 30 minutes with only 7 patients in line. Still i am just sitting waiting for my turn. Ridiculous! They dont understand the emergency. Torturous! I hope i could give negative ratings -5 stars.
