Burjeel hospitals have proven that they don’t care about the patients and their health. They care only about how can they make money. They would do all tests insurance would pay for, they will keep referring you from doctor to doctor without any benefit. I have raised several complains but they haven’t reached me at all. I have tried to reach there “customer service” but all what they can offer is booking you an appointment which most likely is not gonna happen because the doctor too busy to see you.

With or without appointment, you will have to wait at least an hour. The receptionists r good at handling u when u question them. Go for other lots of better hospitals. This one is iuseless

Thankful for the Doctors, especially Dr B Amory who handled my cousin’s surgery.. As well as very thankful to Madam Samera OT of reception who gave us updates from time to time. The security named DHeeraj who even approached us and gave us updates also. Lastly, thankful and grateful to all staff and nurses who were all behind the surgery. 👍🏻😘

Dr. Basil safi, was great in giving details of what was happening and what will happen during and after the operation.Nurse Samira, from the operation was awesome too, she gave me a chance to talk to my wife before they transfer her to the recovery room.Great service by all the staff in Burjeel.

2 and a half month ago I got accepted in Burjeel Hospital as a student trainer for my internship. I started with phlebotomy department which was the beginning of the journey.All the staff, or more accurately the team, are very cooperative, hard workers and trustworthy.Each one of them is an essential and valuable member of the team, it’s like they meant to be together.During my stay with the staff, several things have caught my eye which include the way they treat patients and pay attention to details. How they explain to patients why and what are the tests they need. They even take it a step further and recommend alternative solutions for a good result that fit the patient’s needs.One of them would stay even after his duty finishes! Another one would work as fast as he can, despite his need for a break, so the patient would wait less .. such a great commitment!They also have a sweet team full of beautiful receptionists ladies.I realized how lucky I am to be surrounded with such a great people like them!And now my journey has come to an end, I’m really grateful for every single memory I shared with them.May God bless you all and keep you all safe.

I have had the best experience. Ms. Bedour helped us in every step in the hospital, she has the best attitude and good looking. She did the best she could to give us the best treatment and the greatest experience. And also we were very well attended by her.I would definitely come back to her in future

Had a very positive birth experience with Burjeel Hospital with its amazing staff and impeccable facilities.The Ob-Gyn team, especially Dr Pathukutty Mohammed ,has been invaluable all through my antenatal and postnatal journey.Dr Pathukutty and her team has provided me with best possible care during both of my pregnancies.Will definitely recommend the doctor and the hospital to any new mom-to-be.

Im quite satisfied with the service provided,they do keep premises neat and clean ,they do give proper reminders of our visit. But my personal experience with Gynec Dr Shylaja was not at all good; I was not happy with her treatment ; reasons Im not stating here.

I’ve had my gastric sleeve operation done here with Dr. Basil and Ms. Lama as dietitian. They are both amazing and forthcoming with expectations and information regarding every step of the procedure and the follow up. I really feel like they are a huge part of the reason that I feel good after my operation and why I’m very optimistic about the future!

They never let me in on time for my appointments; today I arrived before my time, waited more than 45 minutes and no one called me in for the appointment. Everybody was getting in to see the surgeon when it’s actually my slot. I chose to save my time and walked out of the hospital.It seems “walk-in” takes priority over the “appointments”.From experience, the other branches are much better in respecting appointments.

I would like to appreciate the hospitality and kind gestures of the Doctors and nurses here. I was brought to Emergency and the staff are accommodating. Even though I was so sick, I can hear them talking to my husband and making sure that I was feeling better. They gave me medicine and made sure that Im okay before they released me from the hospital. Experienced motherly feel explaining everything.Post cs good caring by the nurses.Had pleasure with the friendly attitude of ms Kareena, Lactation specialists. Thanks for the support.Encouraged for early bf where primi mothers have no knowledge.Catering service should be improved as it is served not in time as well as not given sometimes.

Amazing care from post natal staff - in particular a massive thank you to Dr Karine, the lactation consultant. With her efforts, we were given the knowledge and confidence to breastfeed our baby. She is an absolute star and an asset to the hospital. Her guidance and support was a must in our journey.

Visited GP today, 5stars for the doctorBut the nurse named Lorness was so rude, bad attitude, need to write all the details manually for the sick leave even they have all the data and file of the patient. gave them my company name that was not enough.Nurse needs Emirates id number, mobile number, email id, sick leave date even though it was clearly mentioned to her (For today).seems they dont have the proper system, if we hv to give them the details manually.

The worst treatment to patient.My mother is 76 yrs old and they were sending her up and down without any clear explanation from the doctor/team in spite she was having an appointment with the doctor who refused to treat her and send her to emergency doctor!Moreover the emergency manager was very rude with us and did not allow us to wait the doctor with our mother (who is 76 yrs old and not able to move alone) on the pretext that she follows the rules!I dont know what policy the hospital follows but all what I see it is the worst.

The doctor Mr.Basel safi did the surgery for my mother , he was very carful and efficient.The nurses was very helpful .Samira the assistant was helpful as well.

The overall experience was warm and almost all the staff were very co-operative. A special mention about Ms. Shajna who was handling the reception of the family medicine department. Hospital has advance equipment to meet the customers demand. They meet COVID-19 protocol.At the Orthopedic reception Mr. Aldrin polite to assist me until we got the confirmation from my insurance card. I notice also that he gives a complete instructions to the patients who are not sure about the process of getting appointments.It was my first time for a consultation in the hospital and the Dr. in Orthopedic accommodate all my questions. He didn’t hurry to finish to see his patient. He shared me his diagnosis and explain it very well until I understand.

I never had such a bad experience in a hospital like Burjeel. I have visit pediatric department and gynecology department. 0 recommendations. Staff coordination and systems are very poorly done. I have given my number in feedback box and no one called me. Hospital is clean and looks beautiful. Doctors are also good. But services ar very very bad.

PCR test service is worst here (Burjeel Reem), they miss the passport number to update on the Alhosn system for most of the visit visa patients.My two colleagues did a test together, and the hospital missed updating the passport number for one person on 11th September 2021 and it is not reflected yet on the Alhosn system.On 13th September 2021, I took PCR for my two family members, and they missed one person for the passport number entry.This random human error is a challenging situation for patients as they can’t go out without green status.
